Buscando urgentemente otro hotel. No entiendo cómo cogen reservas o te comunican que estaba cerrado. No fue puntual la cafetería de al lado nos dijo que llevaba tiempo cerrado.

Rakic (5/5): Nismo zadovoljni - Lokacija i osoblje Cena 190 eura po noći je izuzetno visoka za sobu koja ima pogled ka zidovima tako da svetlost ne dopire do sobe. Osećalo smo se kao i kavezu. Doručak za hotel od 4 zvezdice jako loš ( kroasani, testo i voće koje stoji nedeljama pa se osusilo ). Nisu ponudili sveže voće i salate, cedjene sokove, sirove kolače… Hotel od 4 zvezdice MORA da ponudi zdravije obroke i da opravda cenu.

PHILIPPE (2/5): Disapointed - We arrived from Capri at 10pm and nobody was at the reception. The entry door was closed and we could not accesa the hotel. We had to find a room somwhere in Napoli at 11pm. The property never replied us back to our complaint and we never get our money back from this situation.
Kirsten (2/5): Avoid, there are multiple other hotel options in the area, hopefully with more pleasant staff. - The room had the necessary amenities. The port area is nice with multiple restaurants. The receptionist (manager) was dismissive, arrogant and rude. The hotel is advertised as English speaking but a couple of the receptionists did not understand my English (my native language) and missed nuances. The initial receptionist yelled at me trying to clarify the miscommunication about stored luggage. I have never experienced that before from a manager of a hotel. Unfortunately that affected my impression of the hotel.

Sèbe (1/5): Le plus court check-in - check-out - Rien Nous sommes arrivé et avons constaté une chambre catastrophique pour apprécier quelques jours de vacances. Chambre exigu entre 4 murs (sensation de claustrophobie) aucune luminosité naturelle, il faut même en plein jour allumer les lumières. La seule petite fenêtre se trouve au fond d'un minuscule corridor loin de la chambre et donne sur les climatisations. Etc... Malgré avoir perdu 438 EUR, nous avons quitté les lieux pour un autre hôtel car il était impossible de profiter de cette chambre pour apprécier quelques jours de vacances.

Arthur (8/5): - The location is superb, right on the main esplanade. The seafront stretch is full of hotels, but this one offers great value compared to the larger ones down the road. Rooms are good, sizeable, with balconies from which I had a good view of Mt Vesuvio over the bay. I forgot a pair of glasses, but the staff was very helpful in sending them to me.

Paul (8/5): Wonderfully situated with far reaching views to Vesuvius. - Francesca and Julia were most knowledgeable and helpful providing great suggestions for dining and sightseeing. Perfect bay location yet 15 minutes only to ferry and Spanish Quarter. Small issues: The Nespresso coffee machine in the room did not have coffee pods or milk. Also Italy is a country that produces amazing bread and yet the breakfast offering was pre sliced rather than crusty rolls to accompany the meats and cheeses.

Vincent (3/5): Décevant pour un hôtel qui se dit hôtel 4 étoiles - L'emplacement et le personnel agréable et souriant. La chambre vendue comme chambre Deluxe vue sur mer (qui donne sur la rue). La fenêtre était cassée, nous n'avons donc rien pu laisser dans la chambre. L'isolation phonique est inexistante, ce qui donne le sentiment de vivre dans la rue. Deux cafés restaurants sont situées en bas de l'hôtel, où les gens restent dehors à parler très fort jusqu'à 3 heures du matin, surtout le week-end. Ménage fait en surface uniquement. Le petit-déjeuner est indigne d'un hôtel 4 étoiles. Peu de produits et les rares qui y figurent sont des produits industriels bas de gamme.

Jael (10/5): This was a well run hotel with great views and a fabulous breakfast. - This was a beautiful hotel right near the water! The breakfast was very good! The steam shower was confusing to use. More instructions would be helpful!

Simone (10/5): - Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare nella suite vista mare. Camera fantastica con panorama mozzafiato sul Vesuvio. L'hotel è in un ottima posizione per raggiungere piazza del plebiscito e via Toledo con pochi passi a piedi. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Camera pulita . Tutto perfetto. Mi è piaciuto tutto ma se proprio devo scrivere qualcosa penso che potrebbero migliorare la colazione visto che mancava della semplicissima marmellata e metterei il prosciutto cotto al posto del prosciutto crudo. Aggiungerei anche della ciabattine da camera visto che mancavano. Comunque rimane sempre un hotel stupendo nonostante queste piccole mancanze.

Riccardo (9/5): Amazing location. - Location (amazing) and bed comfort. BKF could be better. Rooms lack some small details to make it perfect (no trash bin in the room, little space to hang the towels, very confusing system to light the room…). But all in all, amazing!
