- Karsten (10/5): dies ist und bleibt eines unserer absoluten Traumziele! - Das Hotel liegt auf Sentosa Island in einer traumhaften Lage am Yachthafen. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich eine Vielzahl von sehr guten Restaurants. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern, sehr geräumig und erstklassig - mit modernster Technik - ausgestattet. Darüber hinaus existiert ein riesengroßer, sehr angenehm temperierter, Pool sowie ausreichend super bequeme Liegen. Das Personal ist unfassbar freundlich und zudem jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit und super aufmerksam. Auch das im Zimmerpreis inkludierte Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist absolut zu empfehlen. Unser Aufenthalt im "W" und auf dieser Insel war einfach traumhaft. Es hat natürlich auch seinen Preis aber dafür bleiben kaum Wünsche offen. Wenn man am Pool Getränke bestellen möchte, muss man dies zwingend über ein smartphone beauftragen und dazu vorbereitend einen QR-Code mit dem Menu scannen. Eigentlich ne gute Idee aber wenn man durchgängig eine super helle Sonneneinstrahlung hat, kann man auf den Displays zum Teil kaum etwas erkennen. Vor diesem hintergrund wäre es wünschenswert, dass man auch bei einer der vielen Servicekräfte etwas persönlich bestellen kann.

- Charlie (10/5): Perfect stay for us - thankyou to everyone - I had reasonably high expectations after reading the reviews, and I was not disappointed. Couldn't fault anything - really nice hotel, staff were all fantastic, the breakfast was amazing (particularly travelling with two kids who are very picky eaters) and everyone just went out of their way to make sure that we had a great time. Location is ace. On the map, it's not right next to things like Oceanarium/Universal, but there's a free monorail that's two stops away (10 mins max) and a free shuttle bus to get there. Pool is great too and my kids loved the water slide. Nothing - genuinely couldn't suggest anything, it was all great.

The kids loved the pool and the slide and there was plenty of available seating for the adults to relax. The area is nice and quite compared to other areas in Sentosa. The breakfast options where good and the free island bus makes everything available to you. The staff were amazing. Nothing really to note here. If I have to pick something it's that they didn't have pineapple juice available at breakfast after our first day... really not an issue.

- Culture14673984377 (10/5): W Staycation - As a local myself, I wanted to enjoy a staycation with my mother along with holiday vibes. W Singapore was just the right place for the vibe as it was situated in Sentosa Cove, a private area away from the city. The area around the hotel feels like you're transported to a different place and does not feel like Singapore. Special thanks to the guest experience experts, Tony, Ria & Aziq for arranging welcome amenities in my room. This valuable surprise has made my mother very happy. The check in was check out process was smooth. Shout out to stacey and her front desk associates for helping me out throughout check in. When my room was not ready, I was delighted to be brought to a nearby in house restaurant for refreshments. It was fun to get to play a lucky draw as well! One plus point of the hotel would be its 24 hour facilities. The pool was opened 24 hours, which at times we felt like it was exclusively for us when no one used it. Overall this stay was a delightful one. I will be back in the future for another stay.

- junewA8780KB (10/5): The Perfect Finale to My Winter Vacation at W Singapore – Sentosa Cove - I stayed at W Singapore – Sentosa Cove from January 10–13, and it was the perfect way to end my two-week winter vacation. It truly made the last leg of my trip unforgettable. I used my Nightly Upgrade Awards and was upgraded to a Rooftop Escape Suite with a private pool — an incredible surprise. As a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium Elite member, I really felt recognized and appreciated throughout the stay. From the moment I arrived, the welcome was warm and genuine. The door attendant helped with my luggage and personally walked me to the front desk. Check-in didn’t feel transactional at all. The staff took time to introduce the hotel, explain events, transportation options, and share tips about exploring Sentosa Island. As a first-time visitor, that meant a lot — I didn’t have to ask basic questions because they were already one step ahead. The Escape Suite is about 80 sqm and very well laid out. There’s a separate living room, a large walk-in closet, and a spacious bathroom. The 180-degree views of the bay and ocean are beautiful, especially at sunset. The private balcony pool can be accessed from the living room, bedroom, and even the bathroom, which made the whole space feel open and luxurious. It’s honestly one of the best Marriott rooms I’ve stayed in. Breakfast was also a highlight. The quality stood out — fresh seafood like smoked salmon, good cheeses, Asian options like dim sum and laksa, made-to-order eggs, tropical fruits, fresh juices, and a great pastry selection. It felt elevated without being over the top. What impressed me most was the consistency. Every interaction — front desk, restaurant, housekeeping — felt friendly and genuine. This stay not only met expectations but exceeded them, and it gave my vacation a very strong and memorable ending. I would absolutely come back.

When I entered the room I was so surprised it looked lovely and the cake was yummy. All staff at this hotel are friendly and professional. They will fulfill yr requests. The rooms are cleaned to a high standard. The food here is yummy. They have a wide range of food to choose from. The grounds are well maintained and the pool area is very clean with plenty of clean towels. There is also a well equipped gym on site. Our room had a marine view, which was beautiful. The area is lovely to walk around with other restaurants and a 7-11..there is a free shuttle that will take u to the station.. I would highly recommend this hotel. We usually stay in W hotels when we travel and this one did not disappoint Thank u W hotel

- Victoria (10/5): Best value, beautiful location, fab staff & facilities. - The W is a home away from home. It’s clean, bright, generous on space & the facilities are second to none. And the staff! They are beyond amazing on every level. The pool-wet deck bar closing at 5pm
