Only downside would be booking a room with a balcony as they just look onto other buildings, with ducting from kitchens so could not really sit outside.

The hotel is spotless, very modern and the balcony with its amazing views and food is the highlight. Thr location is also ideal for us as we used the Termini to go to the coast. Mini bar and the complementary two waters per day is nice. The staff are good. We felt the room was smaller than what was shown and wish it had a few more sqm for its price. Still its been overall and great 4 star hotel. We give it a 4 ½.

Breakfast area was small but perfect and we loved the food. The staff are so friendly and nice and can’t do enough for you only downfall is the lift is tiny and can sometimes take a while but overall I would highly recommend. Location is perfect

- Beat (7/5): Tolles Frühstück und gute Bahnhofslage mit ausbaufähigem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Frühstück ist super, Dachterrasse ist sehr gut (braucht es in dieser Umgebung aber auch, weil nette Cafés zum draussen sitzen in unmittelbarer Nähe fehlen). Lage, wenn man mit dem Zug reist (ansonsten gibt es sicher bessere Locations, um in die Stadt einzutauchen). Zimmerpreise und Konsumationspreise (z.B. 8 Euro für ein 33cl Bier) eher zu hoch. Das Essen im Hotelrestaurant ist ok, aber seehr enge Auswahl.
- Xaviera (9/5): Fantastisch verblijf! Echt een aanrader! - Mooie en nette hotelkamers. Op 5 minuten lopen van het station Rome Termini, waar je met de Leonardo trein in 1 keer heen kunt vanaf het vliegveld en vice versa. Half uur lopen naar de Trevi fontein en half uur lopen naar het Colosseum, vonden wij prima te doen. De vrouw achter de receptie had wat meer behulpzamer mogen zijn. Ze wist bijvoorbeeld jet dat de Sixtijnse kapel bij het Vaticaanse museum hoort en bij vragen hielp ze niet door het zelf op te zoeken. De man die onze koffers naar de kamer bracht en de man achter de balie vonden wij wel heel behulpzaam.

Staff are very nice, Breakfast has Bacon and rggs and Continental served on a rooftop restaurant looking over Rome. At night you can have a drink on the rooftop terrace snd see Rome at night. Walking distance to the main attractions and the Metro on your doorstep. Hop on Hop off bus a 5 min walk. Book tickets before you go to the attractions, A MUST! We used Aviator, reliable. Lovely weather as well.
- cpeters_G69 (10/5): A warm welcome awaits you in Rome - The Independent is within 5 moinutes walk of Termini Station whch makes it an ideal base to travel across Rome. With many restaurants and cofffe shops loacted nerby ample choice for a weary traveller. The Hotel excelled with its warm welcome, allied with clean well appointed rooms made the stay enjoyable. A stunning breakfast location and bar area with panaromic views across Rome was an added delight. Further with a wide range of quality food choices at breakfast accompanied by excellent service, made for a wonderful start each day. The hotel is a tall narrow building means that space is sometimes at a premiumt but there is nothing that can be done about that. Only minor Hopefully I will get back to Rome soon and I would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Breakfast on the terrace with an incredible view of Rome was truly inspiring and set the tone for a beautiful day. Overall, everything was very good. Although the breakfasts were somewhat repetitive, they could be made a bit more varied.

Petit déjeuner copieux et apéro très sympa par beau temps sur la terrasse. Chambre très bien y compris salle d'eau - literie confortable. Hôtel proche de la gare termini à 6 minutes à pied, mais au calme. A proximité, beaucoup de bus et métro pour visiter les différents sites (très pratique). Je recommande vraiment !

- Bartosz (10/5): świetne rzymskie wakacje :-) - śniadanie - rewelacja - dobry wybór na początek dnia - i na słodko i klasycznie kawa na tarasie z przepięknym panoramicznym widokiem na Rzym pokój bardzo przyjemny i komfortowy - było wszystko co trzeba (duży plus dla palących - na tarasie popielniczka ;-) lokalizacja - bardzo dobra - blisko Termini - ale nie w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie (mieliśmy obawy co do okolicy i bezdomnych, o których czytaliśmy w opiniach - ale nie było tak źle) w odległości dłuższego spaceru do wszystkich atrakcji - lub po prostu korzystasz z metra - stacja Termini jedyny minus - to twarde materace w pokoju rodzinnym na dodatkowych łóżkach - poza głównym dwuosobowym na tyle twarde - że można się czuć rano "połamanym" - szczególnie po całym dniu spacerowania po mieście :-) no i ta winda...malutka... 5.cio-osobowa - ale używaliśmy jej głównie do wjazdu na śniadanie na tarasie na ósmym piętrze poza tym hotel naprawdę godny polecenia :-)

Had booked direct so the mini bar contents (wine, beer and juice) were free for the first use and water was provided each day, also free of charge. Breakfast each morning was on the 8th floor with a balcony having amazing views of the city. Beds very comfortable. The shower pressure was fantastic and having a bathtub was a plus to soak after the day out touring. Highly recommend this hotel.

The best part is the morning breakfast at the rooftop, personell there always helpful. Only minus is that the street below can be a bit too busy and restless in the evening, hower it is close to buses and metro so its a give or take situation.
- Crookedbillet (8/5): Good, well located city centre hotel - A very well located hotel, just few minutes walk from the main train station/ transport hub (Rome Termini). Large and well equipped rooms, with a rooftop bar and restaurant where breakfast is served. The breakfast is varied and has a cooked offering, and is satisfactory for starting the day. Michelly who was there when we stayed is delightful. The hotel does not have a lounge or relaxing bar area, hence the four rather than five stars, however we would certainly stay here again. Bear in mind that you book direct, as we happened to, then the first fill of the minibar is free! What's not to like about that - a very nice perk.

Staff were friendly although there were a couple of miserable staff on check in. Great breakfast which catered for all which had lovely views from the top of the terrace. Beware!!! Informed by the porter that there is NO AIR CON for the rooms. Heating yes but just be careful when booking in the summer months. Unfortunately no fan on offer. Room was spacious though no cutlery only wooden sticks so may want to take your own spoon 😀 paper cups also 🤦🏼♂️ Perhaps hotel may change their policy on these two minor things. All in all a lovely 3 night stay. Great base & a few good restaurants nearby

- latikaf2016 (6/5): Room for potential - The hotel front desk allowed us check in an hour early which we highly appreciated. Being an Expedia Gold member and on our honeymoon, we were upgraded without any questions. However, the showers have room for Improvement as there were a lot of scratches in the tub, the water didn’t drain properly and the buffet was average at best. The views from the rooftop are definitely wonderful to wake up to. There is only one very small elevator so on occasion we would have to climb the staircase up 5 floors to avoid waiting - not preferred. Overall, decent hotel very close to the Termini station but expensive for what you get.

- Cheezebunny (8/5): Simple no frill hotel close to train station - Location - 12-mins walk to train station. Conad City supermarket 6-7 mins walk. A few restaurants, laundrette around other than that nothing much around. Atmosphere - nice cozy boutique hotel. Only 1 lift serving 8 stories + 2 basements, so very crowded at times. Room - the family room is smaller than pictures. Only 1 single bed is sofa bed, the other is a make shift collapsible type, so not so comfortable. Clean and decent. Due to the location,bus n truck noise can be heard throughout and early morning. Breakfast is simple. Overall a decent hotel if you want close to train station and not too touristy.

Even though it is officially rated as a 4-star hotel, it can easily be compared to many 5-star properties. The service was fantastic, the rooms were excellent – very comfortable, clean, and well equipped – and the breakfast was great with plenty of options. The only minor downside was that our room was located close to the housekeeping area, so early in the morning we could hear the cleaning staff opening and closing closets and moving things around quite loudly. Aside from that small issue, everything else was perfect. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

- TimH615 (10/5): Glad we chose this hotel - We stayed here one night during Christmas. We showed up really early and the staff was really accommodating, super nice. They helped us dry out and stay warm after the morning rains even though it was well before checkin time. Our room was very nice, very clean. Location near Termini was ideal. I wanted to specifically mention Lamin (sorry if I misspelled your name—this the runner from Gambia), who was very kind to us. Would definitely stay here again.

- Руслан (1/5): - nothing This hotel refused to accommodate me even though the money had been debited from my card. They offered to accommodate me in a neighboring, cheaper hotel around the corner! The reason for the refusal was not clearly explained, as it was already evening and we were tired, we were forced to go to another hotel. I do not recommend anyone to visit this hotel or book rooms there.
- markyb07 (10/5): Fantastic hotel in Rome - Fantastic hotel in a great location to get around all that Rome has to offer. I was really impressed with the staff who were brilliantly friendly and helpful. The roof terrace tops off a great place to stay with fantastic views and great cocktails. I will definitely stay here again when I revisit Rome.

- helenahQ5950RT (10/5): 4 night stay. - Great location, close to the train station and within 30 min walk to a lot of attractions. Hotel is inviting and the standards are very good. A good breakfast range which you have from the rooftop, so you can admire the views and sunrise. All staff were friendly and helpful especially Michelley, who is a credit to the hotel.

Camere vecchie e usurate dal tempo. la prima camera aveva un forte odore di fogna. Chiesto di cambiare, la seconda non si chiudeva bene la finestra. Prezzo non economico, ma capisco siamo in anno di Giubileo e con i pellegrini vale tutto. Da evitare

We had family room on the second floor looking backwards but there was so much noise from the next building. Our room was adjacent to we were direktly effected. - V2188IOmarkd (8/5): Central location to Rome’s historic sites - The hotel is a 2-3 minute walk from the Termini Station so ideal if you use the Leonardo Express from Fuiminco airport. All major sites within 25 minute walk and so ideal for getting out and about. Hotel very clean and the staff friendly. Great views of the city from the rooftop bar. The only down point was the gym being closed during our stay though we got plenty of steps in to compensate!
