• Ronaldo Luis (4/5): Lamentável - Limpeza ruim, só trocavam as toalhas de banho e não limpavam o local. Além disso cobraram uma caução de 100 euros que paguei assim que cheguei e não me devolveram no checkout, dizendo que iriam devolver depois e após uma semana ainda não devolveram a caução.

• Chiara (6/5): - Posizione TOP, proprio nel cuore di Montparnasse, quindi nulla da dire. Vicino a metro, ristoranti e con molta vita sia di giorno che di notee. L'hotel molto piccolo, soprattutto il bagno con anche il lavello un pò rovinato (non scendeva l'acqua ). diciamo che il prezzo pagato (senza colazione) è un pò altino.

• roubille (5/5): - hôtel bien situé la chambre est défraichie et ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos disponibles sur le site de booking: une seule fenêtre alors que 2 fenêtres sur le site, peinture défraichie et écaillée, lavabo de salle de bain en verre dépoli ébréchée sur les bords, joints de bac à douche grossièrement refait. Le lit était peu confortable , en inadéquation avec le prix payé pour une nuitée, chambre très sombre. Je pense qu'il s'agissait de la chambre réservée aux réservations booking qui n'est peut être pas du standing des autres

Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas. Pour couronner le tout, le gel douche proposé dans la douche m’a irrité la peau. Vraiment navrant pour un hôtel situé dans un bon coin de Paris.

Only problem was that I was charged before arrival, and on arrival. The first staff member didn’t refund the second payment, but eventually I spoke to another staff member who did it with ease.

В ванной был очень странный дизайн из стеклоблоков,как-будто на них решили сэкономить,принимая душ,вода выливается на пол.

• Andy (8/5): I loved being in the heart of a neighbourhood, with shops, and conveniences all around. - My room had a desk at the window, which I loved.. into a back shaft, but fresh air and open none the less. The tiny WC was art deco renovated and very clean and efficient. The bed was firm, perfect and fresh. I was not even sure about breakfast.. I discovered after two days that there WAS a breakfast room in the basement. Who knows if it was good value or had enough protein?

• Lijin (1/5): Bad - The attitude of the staffs. We had to wait for awhile to get into our rooms, even though we arrived one hr after the check in time. Then, we got locked out at night since the key was left behind at the reception for safety. They replying in a non sympathetic way that they were fixing the shower. No apologies. The last thing is, we found a bug in the bed and told them about it. They said they would check and change the sheets. However we never got an apology or follow up about it. And they didn't change the sheets either, to our notice .......We would have expected that they say they didn't find it again but that they are sorry perhaps

• Christian (3/5): Dette blir ikke igjen. - Nært Metro og restauranter Knøttsmå rom. Trappen og heisen har kun plass til en person og er eneste rømningsvei. Brannalarmen er i tillegg svært sensitiv for damp, så en varm og god dusj er ikke mulig. Dette er skiltet på hotellet, men ikke opplyst på nettsiden. Badet var fullt i sprekker i dusjkammer og fliser.

El teléfono fijo de la mesilla solo está de adorno porque no funciona. Entraba un poco de frío por la ventana de la habitación 2 planta hacia la calle.NOS PIDIERON UNA GARANTÍA DE 100e sin saberlo antes,van 7 días y todavía no hemos recibido el reembolso ya que entregamos habitación perfecta. Estamos esperando al HOTEL VAVIN PARIS. Gracias

Toca pagar 100€ de depósito que dicen que te lo devuelven en 7 días hábiles una vez haces check out. O sea que te vas y no sabes si te regresan el dinero o no. El ascensor ultra pequeño. Y te toca dejar las llaves de tu cuarto siempre que salgas.
