• georgelin (7/5): - L'emplacement est idéal et l'appartement tres convenable. Le parking sous l'immeuble est un plus mais attention plus qu'exigu !!!!! L isolation phonique est déplorable et la presence de fêtards rendent les nuits compliquées. Un gardien est toutefois présent pour tenter de régler le manque de respect de certains résidents.

• Andre (7/5): Amazing location for those who go there for the slopes - The location of the property was in a place close to everything (lifts, shops, restaurants,etc). Kitchen had everything you needed, the lockers was a big plus because we didn't have to take the skis/boards up to the room and make everything wet. The thin walls/doors for the hall and other rooms. The lack of electrical outlets near the beds (for example to charge your phone). No hairdryer included (don't forget your own if you need one).

• Mafalda (5/5): Boa localização mas limpeza a desejar 👎🏼 - 👍🏼 Localização: muito conveniente pela proximidade à estância de ski 👎🏼 Limpeza e conforto: A falta de limpeza foi imediatamente evidente… como podem ver nas fotografias, logo à chegada encontrámos uma meia e um carregador perdido, bem como, um papel usado no sofá. Ainda, o varão do armário estava partido, o que impossibilitou pendurar a roupa durante toda a estadia. Além disso, notámos uma quantidade significativa de pó, o que nos causou bastante desconforto - chegando mesmo a acordar com os olhos inchados!!

• Irene (8/5): My buena ubicación, con algún detalle mejorable. - La ubicación para esquiar es excelente. El guardaesquís también es cómodo. Nos tocó un estudio que daba a las pistas y la vista estaba muy bien. El parking es pequeño y de maniobra algo complicada. Nos encontramos la plaza asignada ocupada y hubo que improvisar, porque por la noche no había nadie con quien contactar. Resulta algo cutre tener que hacerte la cama al llegar de viaje.

• Luis (3/5): Só é bom na localização. - Foi muito fácil recolher as chaves e a explicação dada foi concreta e prática. Não necessitávamos de mais informar, além do que foi dado. O apartamento é mesmo à frente da pista de ski, uma grande mais valia. Havia um guarda skis, que também deu muito jeito - O apartamento não estava muito limpo. É pedido aos hospedes que limpem o apartamento antes de sairmos, pelo que acredito que não deve ir lá outras pessoas a limpar. É a limpeza dos hospedes anteriores. - Apartamento minúsculo para uma família com 2 adolescente e foi essa a capacidade que demos. - Muito barulho durante a noite - Apartamento velho, as almofadas eram travessões com 5 cm de altura e não havia protetor nem de coleção nem de almofada, assim os lençóis que nos dão (estavam impecavelmente lavados e passados a ferro) não é suficiente para proteger os coleções e almofadas, pelo que estavam sujos - Não tem secador de cabelo - Pratos e copos à justa (5) - Não uma toalha de mesa, um pano da loiça, nada, só o mínimo dos mínimos - Só há cobertores que não devem ser mudados nem sacudidos, porque o meu marido e filha tiveram um ataque de asma.

• Eduardo (10/5): Fantástica :) - Todo muy bien, el apartamento para 5 personas estaba genial. La calefacción funciona muy bien, con un termostato general para todo el apartamento. Las camas muy cómodas, sobre todo las literas. El sofá cama un poco peor, pero también bien. La atención del equipo de recepción también perfecta, nos ayudaron con forfaits, seguros, equipo de ski y clases para los niños. Había cosas que se estaban un poco envejecidas, como el sofá cama, pero en general todo estaba muy bien y la relación calidad / precio es excelente.

• Sara (7/5): Agradável - A Localização é TOP, o apoio da recepção é muito bom. Ajudam em tudo. O Sofá cama é horrível para se dormir. A nova mobília ( sofá e cadeiras da sala) apesar de bonita, não tem estrutura nem qualidade para a rotatividade de utilização dos apartamentos e por isso, apesar de novos, estão todos deformados. Quando nos sentamos nas cadeiras afundamos e o sofá cama faz uma cova para o centro.

• ANA MARIA (9/5): - Excelente ubicación para esquiar, delante de los remontes, comercios y restaurantes al lado, buenas vistas, mobiliario el justo y necesario, WC independiente de la ducha, hay parking en el edificio y ofina de atención al cliente también en el mismo edificio. Las iluminación era escasa, sobretodo en la cocina, no había secador de pelo, apartamento antiguo pero instalaciones correctas.

• Lindsay M (9/5): Absolutely perfect first visit to Andorra! - The location was perfect! Adjacent to the ski lift- it was essentially 'ski in/ski out'. There were quite a few restaurants, cafes (don't miss the french cafe for pastries in the morning!), and shops within the block. The staff in the Frontera Blanca office (particularly Wendy) were INCREDIBLE! They helped with everything throughout the week. Wendy helped plan all of our activities and gave very clear instructions about how to access all of the different activities available to us. We loved the package of cleaning supplies provided at check in, it was very useful for the week. The kitchen was well equipped and provided the opportunity for us to enjoy meals in the apartment before/after long days of skiing. The beds were pretty comfy. The apartment was spacious and the views of the Pyrenees mountains were amazing. We are already planning our next trip to Andorra and to Frontera Blanca. The noise was a challenge. The walls are quite thin, and you can hear everything from the adjacent apartments. The first half of the week was lovely, as there seemingly were not any neighbours. Once neighbours checked in, we could hear most of the activity from the other units. Luckily we were quite tired and managed to sleep through the noise.
• Andrii (1/5): Ужасно - Ничего Очень трудно заселиться. Мы искали более часа пока нашли где наши ключи. Интернета в номере нет. Пароль который предоставили, не подходит. Никто не отвечает в поддержке до сих пор. В номере все сломано. Душевая лейка поломана. Вода просто льётся.

Les procédures d'accueil et d'état des lieux sont rapides. Au prix de la location, il faut rajouter 12€ par jour pour stationner car le Pas de la Case est un conglomérat de magasins et de parkings payants jour et nuit !

We arrived early and they had large safe/locked temporary storage for our luggage and equipment which meant we could unload and get parked. Only reason for not giving max points for everything was they did not keep a record of us paying the tourist tax on arrival ( I paid cash) so charged us again when checking out.

• John (6/5): Pleasant - Location to slopes and village. The review is about the apartment, myself and my son stayed, so the apartment was sufficient for head down and shower. The corridor noise can be horrendous (not the apartment owner fault). It wasn't the cheapest around but certainly not the dearest. Beds are not great, apartment in general is in need of modernisation.
• Jeremy (8/5): Perfectly fine and adequate but just a bit disappointing. - It was cosy, quiet, the mattresses were comfortable that were the most important factors for us. And a great location although the lockers were at the other end of the building. Duplex arrangement was fun. Although fine, it was old with many bits really in need of replacement. Also easy to fix things like kettle and toaster broken with exposed cables were a surprise considering the cost per night. In general for what we paid would have expected a far higher level of finish. Just no investment for many years is poor considering the profit that they make. In general is as expensive as France but much smaller and worse quality. A shame as has such potential.

• Alla (8/5): Great location - Frontera Blanca building is located right near ski lift. We got apartment with mountain view, balkony and kitchen corner. Also all the kitchen dishes available, small fridge, cattle, coffee-machine, microwave oven. Downstairs and down the street are the best restaurants in the resort. We ordered also ski passes and rental equipment by Frontera, Ski rental is in the same building, we also got discount by Frontera for ski rental. Ski storage is also in the same building. So you get full package. We ordered also parking - that is quite important in the location. Stuff was very kind and supportive. WiFi was sometimes week and some resources were blocked. Apartment furniture is quite simple, but that was expected. P
