Giuseppe est un hôte absolument formidable : disponible, accommodant et de bon conseil, il a fait en sorte que l’on se sente toujours à l’aise durant notre séjour. Ses conseils pour les restaurants de quartier ont été un sacré plus dans notre voyage. Nous recommandons absolument cet établissement si vous restez à Rome !

• Jennifer (10/5): - The location is very close to St Peters and the vatican.There were some good local restaurants in easy 5 minute walking distance. Guiseppe, the patron for the suite was very helpful with local restaurant recommendations, advice from his extensive knowledge of the city and taxi bookings made on our behalf. He wanted us to enjoy our stay. Our room was clean, warm and cosy, with a large comfortable bed. The room was quiet and we slept very well. The bathroom was small but with a large shower and plenty of towels and towelling robes.Guiseppe provided tea and coffee and snacks to make us feel at home. The building was secure and the area felt very safe. As the suite is on the ground floor there are no views of the city.

Izvanredno!!!! - Apsolutno sve je bilo besprijekorno Iznimno cisto, krevet jako udoban, mirno okruženje, zajednicka kuhinja opremljena s svim sto mozete zatrebati i vise od toga Masažer za noge u sobi-koja paznja vlasnika!!! Komunikacija s vlasnikom kao s prijateljem ljubazna. Sve pohvale Osjecali smo se kao kod kuce Sigurno se Vracamo budemo li opet dolazili u Vatikan 🤞 Nemam niti jednu jedinu ni najmanju zamjerku

Bed was very comfortable and we loved having the breakfast items available and Italian coffee. The location is of course incredible..

The location is fantastic near the Vatican, within a 30-minute walk of all the sights. There's also a shared kitchen (coffee, fruit, toast, jam). Everything is available. Giuseppe greeted us personally, kindly explained everything, and gave us tips on how to best explore Rome. Thank you, and we'll recommend you to everyone.

• JKrls (9/5): Estancia ideal junto al Vaticano - Ubicación inmejorable, a solo unos metros de la Plaza de San Pedro en el Vaticano. Además, hay paradas de autobús muy cerca, lo que facilita moverse por Roma fácilmente. Ideal para disfrutar la ciudad sin complicaciones. Quizás lo único menos destacable fueron las vistas desde la habitación, pero como apenas pasamos tiempo en ella, no fue algo relevante durante la estancia.

Същият се намира в изключителна близост до Площад "Свети Петър" ( не повече от 5 минути пеша). Въпреки това, апартаментът е тих. Стаите са просторни, като всяка има самостоятелна тоалетна и баня. Леглото е широко и удобно. В стаята има телевизор, а в апартамента има и wi-fiДомакинът Giuseppe беше изключително любезен и отзивчив. При пристигането в апартамента той ни посрещна. Последният ден, тъй като полета ни за връщане беше вечерта в 20 часа, ни позволи след освобождаване на стаята да оставим багажа си на съхранение в апартамента и така успяхме да имаме още почти пълен ден за разходка в Рим. Въобще по време на престоя ни се чувствахме изцяло като у дома си. Апартамента също така има и общо помещение, в което може да се прави кафе или чай, а Giuseppe беше оставил и леки закуски. Друго, което много ни хареса, е че в непосредствена близост до апартамента има спирка на градския транспорт и така лесно може да се стигне до центъра на града и останалите забележителности. В квартала има много ресторанти и барове и самият Giuseppe препоръчва някои от тях, като също така обяснява и за транспорта. При пристигането ни получихме и карта със забележителностите на града от него. Въобще престоят ни в Рим беше страхотен!

Il proprietario molto gentile, nonostante non sia prevista una colazione classica da hotel mette a disposizione uno spazio comune dove si possono trovare caffè, thé, acqua, bibite, yogurt, fette biscottate e marmellata. Ho apprezzato il silenzio serale e la vicinanza ai parcheggi sotterranei.

Mesmo com essa informação publicada no booking eu enviei mensagem para confirmar e tive retorno positivo do responsável(tenho todas as meses). Deixei minha hospedagem em Capri de maneira antecipada para passar a noite do aniversário da minha mulher em Roma, confirmei por mensagem que estava indo para lá e que faria o check in neste horário. Quando chegamos lá e informei que o cadeado não abriu, falaram que não estava disponível para eu entrar, mas ofereceram por 150 euros para me liberarem, quando falei que não queria me desejaram boa sorte para arrumar uma outra acomodação... No final passei a noite do aniversário da minha mulher com malas em Roma buscando uma outra acomodação, a pior experiência que eu poderia ter… Não recomendo a acomodação

Giuseppe recommended 2 places for lunch/dinner and they were good. His responses were very prompt - a great host. Was convenient to pick up a rental car at Sixt on our last day. Nothing to complain about.

We had the suite to ourselves - lovely treats in the kitchenette . Guseppi went above and Beyond to look after us , we had a gluten intolerant traveller & our host brought us directly to a suitable restaurant . He was available by phone all of the time & arranged our transfers for us . Everything was fantastic

The room was adorable and lovely place to rest and the communal kitchen was much appreciated with snacks and drinks. I was there as a reporter covering the passing of Pope Francis and could walk to St Peter’s square every day in 3 minutes. There are lots of lovely cafes and restaurants close by, and the owner Giuseppe is so kind and helpful and will be happy to recommend excellent places to go.

Nice to have access to sitting area to eat our breakfast. Room looked out onto road so necessary to have blinds shut all day plus completely shut at night to cut down any traffic noise. Fridge stocked with wine and beer- great if you drink ; though we’d have preferred some simple bread and water!.

• Michele (8/5): Very good - The Lunaria Suites are ideally located for the Vatican City and St. Peter's Basilica. The room was a good size and had plenty of storage. We did not have any breakfast but we did have access to a small kitchen area. I think that the seal around the shower tray needs some attention. We would also recommend that a shower mat is needed in the shower as the tray is slippy.
• Uga (10/5): Wonderful place to stay in Rome! - The property has the perfect location, 2 min walking to the Vatican, 2 buses that takes you to Plaza Venezia from where you can walk almost everywhere. The room was super clean. Giuseppe is a wonderful host who helps you in every way he can to make you stay even more wonderful.

Giuseppe was the perfect host. He was in contact before our arrival and met us upon our arrival. Kindly left breakfast, daytime and evening drinks and snacks which was a perfect way to start and end the day. Great customer service throughout our stay. Highly recommend this property.

We had to endure 3 days of cold showers due to an issue with the hot water system. We didn't get any advice on travel from the host.
