Romy Maxime (10/5): Heerlijk - We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in het Opera Hotel. Locatie is super. 5 minuten lopen naar het Taksim plein. Ontbijt was heerlijk en uitgebreid. Dagelijkse wissel van gerechten. Bedden zeer comfortabel en prachtig uitzicht vanuit zowel de kamer als de ontbijt zaal. Eén speciaal bedankje aan het front-office personeel. Ze hebben ons super geholpen bij al onze vragen en met het vervoer naar de airport.
siripoom (10/5): Beautiful views from clean spacious rooms - Great location within 10 minutes walk of taksin square; and 10 minutes to T1 train or ferry to Asian side. Far enough away that rooms were quiet. Close enough to walk to good restaurants. T1 train makes it a quick trip to Old Istanbul. Chose the Bosphorus rooms. Beautiful calming views of the Bosphorus from room and balcony. We could sit on the balcony for hours. Rooms are spacious, clean and have wonderful bed linens. Special kudos to courteous Bert who gave us good advice and recommendations. Other members of the staff were also kind and friendly. We used the massage service. My masseuse was very good. Breakfast was plentiful but a bit dull. Adequate with hot items, fruit, vegetables and cheeses.

Elisabeth (10/5): Ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt mit sehr freundlichem Personal, tollem Service und einem gemütlichen Zimmer mit seitlichem - Wir hatten ein 3-Bettzimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick und haben uns im Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt. Das gesamte Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der tolle Service: Als jemand von uns spät nachts noch Lust auf einen Kaffee hatte und wir keinen mehr hatten, wurde uns tatsächlich um 12 Uhr nachts noch Kaffee aufs Zimmer gebracht. So einen freundlichen und aufmerksamen Service erlebt man selten. Wenn man überhaupt etwas bemängeln möchte, dann auf wirklich hohem Niveau: Die Preise für die Getränke waren schon ziemlich hoch – über 16 € für einen Aperol fanden wir doch etwas schmerzhaft. Trotzdem hatten wir insgesamt einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder!

Iia (10/5): - Our stay at Opera hotel was great! The room was clean and looked just like the photos. We also had breakfast included, which was very good value for its money too. The staff were always kind, helpful and accommodating. Overall, would really recommend staying at the hotel, and we will definitely be back! The only small downside was that you could really hear all the noise from the corridor in the room, but I think that’s a downside almost all Istanbul hotels have. In general, this did not make our experience worse

Olesia (10/5): Локация супер удобная , в 7 минутах от метро Таксим, при этом на тихой улице . По прямой от отеля вниз - и пристань Каба - Очень приветливый персонал. Максимально чисто в самом отеле , номера прибирали идеально: каждый день меняли полотенца, приносили новые тапочки и воду.

Un grand merci à Maya, au personnel et aux les agents d’entretien qui ont fait de notre séjour (lune de miel) inoubliable. Les chambres offrent une vue magnifique sur le Bosphore, l’hôtel propose un service de SPA que je n’ai pas eu l’occasion d’essayer mais qui donne envie. /

Kristin (10/5): - Престоят ни беше чудесен. Персоналът беше изключително отзивчив и усмихнат. Едно от най-големите ни удобтсва беше паркингът. Закуската беше голяма и вкусна. Стаите бяха чисти и доста просторни, на високите етажи имаше и хубава гледка. Леглата бяха доста удобни. Местоположението на хотела е чудесно, близо до площад Таксим, спирки на градски транспорт, Босфора. В близост има доста магазини и заведения, с традиционна и вкусна храна. Със сигурност бихме отседнали отново в този хотел! Препоръчваме!

Das Hotel hat sich stets um unser Wohlbefinden gekümmert und das Personal war jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch die Lage – Taksim ist bequem zu Fuss erreichbar, was unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Ein weiteres Highlight war die wunderschöne Aussicht von der Rooftop-Restaurant. Insgesamt können wir das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

При заселение дали улучшенный номер ,но такой номер не комфортный оказался .Ванной комнаты нет ,есть душ посреди номера и совсем не приспособлено куда повесить полотенца, повесить халат положить вещи ,помыться вообщем это квест был ! Замечания свои сказали ,но зачем реагировать ,мы ж уедем скоро ,но вернутся точно не хочется уже (

James (10/5): A excellent hotel with very helpful staff in a convenient location for all your sight seeing needs in Istanbul. - Excellent locations for all the places we wanted to visit in Istanbul. The hotel was of a high standard and the staff we all excellent. A special mention to the daytime manageress who so helpful with planning our day and how to get about more efficiently. Sadly the pool and terrace wasn’t open but that was my fault as I didn’t read the detail regarding the pool.

Balcony is not completely private- the next balcony overlooks. The room cleaning could have been slightly more effective, double checking glasses and towels.
