- Judita (10/5): - Nagyon közel van belváros, az állomás és a szállás igény esetén biztosít parkolást,ami nagyon fontos volt nekünk mivel autóval érkeztünk és azt utcán szinte lehetetlen szabad parkolóhelyet találni. Tiszta,rendezett szállás,nagyon barátságos és készséges tulajdonossal. Nem volt ilyen.

- alain (5/5): - Literie confortable, beaux lustres et belles décorations au plafond La propreté est douteuse, le petit coin cuisine très vétuste, la bouilloire entartrée de bas en haut. À notre arrivée le lavabo est bouché, pas assez de pression d eau dans les wc pour évacuer les excréments, obligé de remplir d eau la poubelle de la salle de bain et de la vider d un coup dans la cuvette et enfin le bain à remou ne fonctionne pas. Durant notre séjour, seul le lavabo a été débouché. C est désagréable !

Il parcheggio privato è all'aperto, delimitato dalla recinzione e spazioso. Inoltre la struttura ci ha fornito di tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno, preparando tutto per il nostro arrivo. Se si utilizzano le biciclette in sharing oppure i monopattini elettrici si può raggiungere ogni luogo coodamente. Bel appartamento molto spazioso e silezioso. Comodo accesso alla struttura con una procedura di chek in veloce. Suggerisco di migliorare l'arredamento dell'appartamento con tende nuove e coprenti.

Mi è piaciuta moltissimo e mi sono sentito come un Nobile di Firenze. Letti comodissimi, con biancheria pulita e il materasso scelto con ottima attenzione. Complimenti anche all'ottima galanteria del personale... Se ci sarà occasione, quella sarà la mia destinazione. Mi è piaciuto TUTTO

Unfortunately our room on the first night was at the front of the property facing the road, this was too noisy for us and quite small and in need of a refurbishment. The staff were more than helpful getting us a better room, more spacious and quiet, at the rear of the property. Car park was secure behind a large wall and gate. The property is about a 20 minute walk into the historical centre, far enough away you’re away from the tourist hub but still with a few nice cafes and restaurants with a few minutes walk. Request a quiet room, some rooms are on a main road and very noisy. Needs refurbishing.

- Giacomo (8/5): - Ambiente semplice, pulito e tranquillo, fuori dalla ressa del centro ma comunque in buona posizione, a circa 15-20 minuti dal Duomo. Non era possibile abbassare il riscaldamento nella stanza, abbiamo dovuto tenere aperte le finestre durante la notte

Le finestre della camera si affacciano sul giardino, quindi è molto silenzioso dormire. Fuori dal centro, lontano senza la bici o la macchina 2 km. L'acqua della doccia non scorre bene perché è intasata dal calcare.

- Colombo (10/5): - le camere molto belle con soffitti affrescati e dotate di piccola cucina . Ottima la posizione dai monumenti principali (mezzora a piedi, ma ci sono anche mezzi pubblici). Abbiamo utilizzato il parcheggio privato a pagamento per la macchina ed è stata una bella opportunità, visto che nei dintorni non si trovano parcheggi liberi e quelli a pagamento non sono protetti.

- Tanya Audrey (7/5): Di solito eccezionale ma questa volta un po' meno - Ho soggiornato altre volte in questa struttura e mi sono sempre trovata bene. Purtroppo questa volta la stanza che mi è stata assegnata era meno confortevole delle altre volte. La maniglia della finestra si è staccata aprendola. La televisione non si vedeva bene (un problema con il cavo dell'antenna?) e la copertura di plastica dello scarico si è staccata dal muro appena l'ho usato. La posizione è eccezionale perché è vicinissima al posto dove devo recarmi per lavoro quindi sicuramente ritornerò, ma devo ammettere che questa volta sono rimasta un po' delusa.

Nous pouvons le conseiller . - Bien situé malgré une grosse demie-heure à pied pour accéder aux principales visites au nord du fleuve. Quartier résidentiel, ascenseur, grand lit de 1,80, doubles fenêtres donc pratiquement pas de bruit malgré la route en dessous. Parking à proximité. Un restaurant pour le soir à 200m, sur un petit parc au bout de la rue qui est face à la Corte di Cloris, avec un serveur parlant très bien français et de surplus très sympa. Difficile de se garer pour décharger les valises, pas d'accueil l'après midi (mais accès chambre et parking bien préparés à notre nom à l'accueil), et message envoyé au dernier moment pour envoyer le code du clavier d'accès. Lunette des toilettes non fixées d'un coté ainsi que le fonctionnement déficient de la chasse, ces dernières remarques ont été prises en compte par Armando. Parking et taxe de séjour très chers. Aucun document de la ville dans la chambre.

- Inmaculada (5/5): - Viajamos en grupo . Mi habitación está en la primera planta . Muy grande e espaciosa. Estaba bien, quizas un poco ruidosa por los coches de la calle . Estaba limpio. La única pega fue que para pagar las tasas, no encontramos a nadie en recepción . Y después cuando nos an contacto para pagar Nos reclaman unas bebidas que estaban ya pagadas anteriormente por los compañeros de viaje de la otra habitación. No se pudo pagar las tasas de impuestos puesto no estaban .. Y nosotros no teníamos nada de consumo para pagar y lo estaba reclamando.. Este es la única queja que podemos poner Después ya lo an comprendido Mi habitación fue bien y grande . Pero no todas las habitaciones son iguales. Pero si estaba limpio. Y en zona residencial y segura El que nos reclamen consumición que no corresponde Después se disculparon

- Beáta (8/5): - Elegáns, tiszta, rugalmas be- és kijelentkezés. Van saját parkolója. Rengeteg volt a szúnyog. Ablakot nem tudtunk nyitni, nem tudtunk szellőztetni. A teraszra nem lehetett kiülni a rengeteg szúnyog miatt. A későn érkező, hangoskodó vendégektől nem lehetett aludni. Sztem túlzás, hogy ennyi pénzért elvárják hogy mosogassunk el és rakjunk rendet. Az is fura, hogy ezzel még fenyegetőznek is, hogy különben még 10 eurót felszámolnak.

- Olesia (10/5): Definitely will book again 💯 - Great villa made into a hotel. Spacious, clean, air-conditioned, quiet, private parking available. The staff is outstanding! Such a pleasant stay! Most windows had mosquito nets, but the ones in bathroom didn’t.

- U1196QHsaraho (10/5): Delighted with our stay - We stayed with Relais La Corte di Cloris, last week from Wednesday 18th to Saturday 21st of June. Our room was fabulous, large, airy, comfortable beds, lovely kitchen cupboard which served its purpose and a lovely bathroom. The hotel was easy to find, about a 20 mins walk from the Dome, through 2 Piazzas, a lovely walk and a welcome retreat from the busyness of the city center the hotel, as a lovely garden to sit and read and wonder about Florence. There are plenty of local restaurants, which serve delicious food, at half the price of the restaurants in the tourist spots in town. Again, a lovely local place with a big Supermarket, further up the street. Also in the Piazza Savonarola, there is a little kiosk that serves, drinks, crisps and soft drinks, in the evenings, we really enjoyed sitting with the local people having a drink in the dark watching the neighbours, enjoying the cooler time of the day! We would absolutely go back and stay here again!

The concierge tended towards impatience, conveying a sense that he did not want to be bothered much by contact with clients' and their requests for information.

- Christine (10/5): - A break from the busy historic sites made our stay at the Cloris so wonderful. Gabriele was very helpful. His advice got us started on taking the public bus to offset the bit of extra distance from top sites. A kitchenette and a grocery store 5 minutes away was very convenient. The room was lovely. We stayed May 11 -20, 2025. I highly recommend this hotel as a place to decompress from busy sight seeing.
- Bradley (10/5): - This quaint property was perfect for a quick stay in Florence. The staff were very helpful , location was great - near the Duomo and the football stadium Very walkable area.

- Mckayla (8/5): Beautiful back garden - We where in the back garden house and it was very quite (except the owl by our window in the night) beautiful place and was very clean. Generally 25 minute walk to some great spots., so didn't really use taxi or busses. The back yard garden was beautiful and relaxing The kitchen "hut" in the room took up unnecessary space I'm my opinion, but I also didn't need to use it, if it's something you'd use it would probably be worth it.
