• Fagner (10/5): Il materasso e i cuscini erano eccellenti e mi hanno garantito un sonno ristoratore. - La camera è molto bella e dotata di acqua, macchina per il caffè e capsule; inoltre, c'è una cucina a disposizione e della frutta. Nota: non ho ordinato la colazione. La doccia non è stata installata correttamente.

• Tuija (9/5): Viihdyin täällä oikein hyvin 2 yötä. - Huone oli siisti ja rauhallinen. Kiva että siellä oli kahvikone ja -kapseleita. Palvelu oli erittäin ystävällistä. Pidin sijainnista, koska se ei ollut keskustan hälinässä. Lähistöllä oli hyviä ravintoloita. Tämä ei ole hotellin vika, mutta Venetsiassa on helposti hyttysiä, joten ei ehkä kannata jättää ikkunaa yöksi auki.

• daria (10/5): Pace, comodità, silenzio e accoglienza. - Sicuramente l'accoglienza: Per soddisfare le nostre richieste, due famiglie con relativi figli, ci hanno riservato un intero piano provvisto di due camere matrimoniali di cui una con due letti matrimoniali, oltre ad esse c'era anche un angolo cottura per fare colazione che in una situazione normale sarebbe stato in condivisione con estranei mentre in questo modo siamo stati come in un appartamento mantenendo i nostri spazi e privacy. La zona in cui è situata l'Antica Raffineria non è ancora selvaggiamente attraversata da noi turisti, mantenendo un'aura autentica e poetica. Tanti piccoli locali perlopiù frequentati da ragazze e ragazzi per godere dei cicchetti, calle che si snodano misteriose tra le meravigliose case e fondamenta luminose e inaspettate. Consiglio di leggere e di farsi guidare da "Venezia è un pesce" di Tiziano Scarpa e dalla guida di Corto Maltese. Il prezzo, ma si sa che Venezia è diventata ormai un lusso, non come quando vent'anni fa andavo a trovare i miei amici universitari..

• Jacek (8/5): Very good for a couple for 2 days - Quiet and clean. Good location far from noisy street but close to restaurants and all attractions in Venice. Little dated and our room was small but enough for 2 people.

• Encarnacion (9/5): Un viaje inolvidable y un alojamiento perfecto - Fantástico alojamiento ubicado en un barrio con mucha vida y apenas a 20 minutos del centro histórico, tranquilo y animado al mismo tiempo pero alejado del bullicio turístico del centro. La habitación fabulosa, grande y limpia y con todos los servicios necesarios y con vistas a un precioso jardín y una cama grande y muy cómoda. El personal es encantador y te ayudan en todo lo que necesitas, super amables. Si vuelvo a Venecia lo haré a este alojamiento, nos ha encantado. Pues no le pondríamos ninguna pega al alojamiento ni al viaje, todo fue GENIAL!

Good communications before and during stay. The fan in the room was rather retro, but very helpful. We had first floor room that was rather dark. But it was very helpful to be next to the breakfast room -- one of us wake up much earlier than the other.

• Debra (10/5): Wonderful place! - Stefano at the reception desk was so nice and extremely helpful. He went out of his way to help us with directions and getting us ice when needed. The hotel was in an excellent location and very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Would have liked to have a fan in our room.

• Patricia Ana (10/5): Excelente ! 9p - Excelente la atencion del recepcionista, no recuerdo el nombre, hablaba español. Nos explico todo muy bien. La habitación muy grande y cómoda, con una cocina en cada piso para calentar la comida o desayunar. En la habitación teníamos cafetera, para eléctrica y agua mineral . Una experiencia bella que no olvide nunca. A un paso teníamos un canal y sobre esa calle hermosos lugares para comer. Realmente lo recomiendo. Nos encantó. Me gustó todo....

O recepcionista foi muito gentil e prestável. O quarto era muito bom para 4 pessoas. Tem um espaço óptimo para descansar. A decoração não é maravilhosa mas perfeitamente aceitável.
• Liubov (4/5): - Nice location if you want to see real venitian life. Spacious and clean room The team. Receptionists were quite cold and not proactive at all. I arrived at 3.15 pm, as confirmed via booking (3 to 4 pm), and first thing the receptionist told me that she was just about to leave, but since I arrived, she will show me the room. No instructions for self checkin were sent at that moment, so I wonder how she planned to manage that for someone without internet access. The cleaning personnel opened my door with her key without knocking the door first. No cards to refuse cleaning. No blackout curtains. The team also refused to provide an air conditioning feature that is however mentioned as available in room description.

• Lucía (9/5): Excelente, para repetir. - La amabilidad de las personas de recepción, todos los días te dejaban café y agua, eso es un plus, poder tomarte un cafe cada mañana antes de salir se agradece muchísimo y no en todos los hoteles lo hacen. La habitación amplia, la cama cómoda, smart tv, ventilador, baño cómo, todo genial. Las cortinas eran blancas y al no haber persianas entraba mucho la luz al amanecer y me despertaba. Yo pondría cortinas oscuras. Había un ruido que sería el aparato de calefacción o algo así, pero yo puse tapones y dormí genial.

Mancanza di colazione, deposito bagagli a pagamento al check out (ma eravamo a conoscenza di entrambe le situazioni al momento della prenotazione)

La habitación es completa, con minibar, cafetera y hervidor. La cama muy cómoda. La atención del personal fue amable y muy cálida. Algunos elementos de la habitación no estaban del todo limpios (unas tazas y el suelo de la habitación). No tuvimos aire acondicionado, pero nos dejaron un ventilador. Había mosquitos (a pesar de tener mosquiteras en las ventanas)

• Nick (8/5): Simple accommodation in peaceful location - Beautiful location with channel view, peaceful, but with many restaurants and shops nearby. Big beds. Possible to store luggage after checking out. Entrance is quite hidden and it took forever until staff answered our ringing of the door bell. Having to carry various keys around also seemed less than ideal.

Все було супер 👍 нас супроводжували від літака, до прибуття в номер, розповіли як краще до них дістатися, про місцевий податок, теж все розповіли. Чисто, охайно, без лишніх запахів сигарет, чи ще чогось, ванна кімната, чисто, були всі зручності,рушники, мали свіжий запах,комфортно! Ліжка дуже зручні!

• Deb (10/5): Like coming home... - This Hotel B&B treats its customers like family. You are welcomed kindly by Stefano and Solsa(Sp?), the perfect hosts. The B& B provides cozy, comfortable rooms, with a fully stocked bathroom, refrigerator, coffee and tea in the room, a dining area with kitchen amenities, PLUS a cool outdoor seating area. It is secure and safely protected with locked doors and special codes to enter, so only guests can access the spaces. It is tucked into a small alley, which makes it a quieter space especially at night. Antica Raffineria is located just outside the busy loop of Venice walking traffic. But it is close enough to everything to be a 20-30 minute walk wherever you want to go in the city. There are cute restaurants and gelato shops on the sidewalks just outside the hotel. I appreciated the map of Venice Stefano provided plus directions to tasty restaurants and must see places in the city. I had an emergency because my purse was taken along with money, phone, and documents. Stefano went out of his way to make phone calls, arrange a train back home, contact my family to reimburse him for the train costs and considerable traveling money. In what could have been a disaster for me, Stefano was my guardian angel. I can say with some assurance, a chain hotel would not assist me in the generous manner he did. I am forever grateful. I will book a place with Antica Raffineria when I return to Venice.
• Jessica (9/5): Really lovely Accomodation in a great location, highly recommend. - Location was great, in a really vibrant area with lots of bars and restaurants but the apartment is set back so was really quiet at night. Walking distance to everywhere. Good communication from the owners and really accessible for any questions during our stay. Water in the room on arrival. We were a family of 4 and the room is big enough to accommodate us all. Beds really comfy.

Ubicación perfecta, detalles de desayuno en la hab, nevera, tetera, Netflix … El baño completo con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Todo limpísimo y la cama comodísima. La atención del personal de 10!!!
