- Di Emme (6/5): Dipende dalla camera - La posizione è indubbiamente il punto a favore di questa struttura. Comodissima per girare a piedi il centro storico. Camera minuscola e totalmente sprovvista di armadi. Un solo armadietto con 6 appendiabiti per due persone e neanche uno scaffale, zero assoluto, nessun altro posto dove mettere i vestiti. Siamo stati 4 giorni con i vestiti in valigia in mezzo ai piedi, ovviamente irrimediabilmente spiegazzati. I rumori esterni, nonostante i doppi vetri, si sentono moltissimo ed anche i rumori interni della struttura, scale, porta dell'ascensore, persone che russano. A noi non davano fastidio ma bisogna tenerne conto per chi cerca il silenzio. Manca una testata del letto, dovevamo attaccare il materasso al muro perché i cuscini non cadessero nel buco. Colazione semplicissima, molto continentale e poco romana, inteso come gusti. Connessione wifi ("appena sistemata") aveva una velocità ridicola, meglio la connessione normale del telefono, che comunque non prendeva benissimo fra quelle mura. Tv inutilizzabile senza una connessione stabile, incomprensibile l'utilizzo, i comandi non rispondono, dopo 15 minuti ho lasciato perdere tanto non funziona nulla for free. Anche gli snack in camera a pagamento, dopo aver sganciato oltre mille euro per 4 notti. Ma veramente? Alla fine dei conti il prezzo è davvero troppo alto, mi dispiace dirlo è un bel posto ma onestamente per ciò che ho pagato l'esperienza non è stata all'altezza, troppi minus ed un solo plus.

Os quartos precisam de manutenção, principalmente no ar condicionado. Um problema que existe é que a maioria dos motoristas de táxi ou Uber não conseguem chegar até a frente do hotel é necessário andar alguns metros para solicitar.

Room was very good and whirlpool bath very useful after high step count days in the City. Breakfast a pleasant bonus, served in "afternoon tea" style with plenty of savoury and sweet. We were in teh top floor suite - sloping ceilings, particualrly in teh bathroom just take a little get used to.

I would consider booking the hotel again but I would consider other hotels. - The staff (Katerina, Florence and cleaning crew) and the exemplary service they provided. Rooms were so hot. Inability to control the temperature. Street noise. Had to open the windows to let cool air in but this allowed lots of street noise to get in after midnight. Thin walls and I heard my hotel neighbors talking and doing other things…. Wish that breakfast was a full serve yourself buffet instead of a sit down service. Opted to get breakfast somewhere else.

- Rihárd (10/5): - Pontosan azt kaptuk ami a képeken is szerepelt, nem beszéltünk sem angolul sem pedig olaszul, és így is mindent megtettek hogy jól érezzük magunkat, az elhelyezkedés szintén kiváló aki szeret sétálni az majdnem minden látványosságot gyalog meg is tud tenni, voltunk már több 4csillagos hotelben, amik ennek a szállásnak a nyomába sem érhetnek.

The location was prime and walking distance from everything. We walked to the Vatican, Villa Borghese, Colosseum, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, everything we did we walked to. Because of the prime location, it was SO loud at all hours. It felt like the walls were very thin and we could hear anytime someone entered or exited the hotel and all the people through the night in the alley outside. Very loud. We also found a small colony of ants by the shower but we killed them and didn’t have a problem after that. Also found some in the closet but not nearly as many. My husband also had some issues with the climate control not working properly in our room.

- Domenico (1/5): Ottima posizione ma struttura pessima - ottima posizione centrale e vicina a Piazza Navona, silenziosa nonostante il palazzo piccolo si accedeva facilmente e l'ascensore porta direttamente al piano. Ristrutturato di recente e con vasca nella stanza Pessimo letto, sgocciolo continuo dell'acqua proveniente da altra camera personale che chiamava di continuo per fare il check in e ci ha fatto attendere alla porta. Televisione che non funzionava. al check out segnalati i problemi non ci hanno neppure offerto un caffè per scusarsi

La ubicación está cercana a cafés y restaurant, también del transporte público. La estadía cumplió con todas las expectativas, sin duda volvería a alojarme aquí

Frukosten och personalen var hjälpsam och mycket trevlig Skönt med golvvärme på toaletten Regnduschen och färgterapi var trasig och ingen information om det vilket är tråkigt när man betalar för det. Mycket ljud från korridoren på morgonen vilket gjorde det svårt att sova. Liten hiss knappt 2 väskor och 1 person rymdes. Mycket hård säng.

Un cazze in particolare a Lara dolcissima e scrupolosa mi rende tutto meraviglioso. A presto.
