Guest Reviews
- Tina (8/5): - Spacious and has nearby massage and dining places.
- Wander43587106696 (6/5): Faulty Shower Head - Checked-In and find that the room is pretty outdated and worst when I take a shower, the shower head was quite faulty. After complaining to my friend whom booked the room for our group, he told the staff to fix it before we come back from Party. The housekeeping chimes uncle is quite rude also. Will never stay here ever again!
- Anbualagan (8/5): - Nearby many restaurants and massage shop. Pretty good for a short stay
- Daryl (6/5): - Old property that is not well maintained. Moulds
- Hwee Chik (10/5): NA - The room was very clean and customers service is good
- YU (6/5): - Okay for short stay, but room was a bit dirty, KTV sound too loud so very noisy, also the counter refuse to provide second card key.
- Kok Wai (6/5): - Toilet wall has black dirt.
- GetzyBear (2/5): Far beyond expectation - The hotel room is in poor condition, and the Wi-Fi connection is extremely unreliable. While there is a dressing table in the room, there are no chairs provided. There is just one wall socket available for charging devices, and no other outlets near the bed. The shower room is not ideal due to the worn-out and leaking faucets.
The bed & bed sheet are dirty.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Experience with Grand Sentosa - Very good location surrounded by restaurants, seafood and spa. But do not expect the quality of hotel room facilities. No hair dryer, no Fridge and Safe is not working. Our room was not ready at the time of check in and need to wait. The room has smoking smell, and the view from window is another hall or corridor, it make us feel unsafe. Overall, it is within 2-3 star rating.
- Siyak wang (8/5): - Convenient and many shop and restaurant
- Shawn (4/5): - This property is very old. The bedroom was not clean properly and toilet title looks dirty. The exhaust fan is full of dust. Lucky the bedsheet and towels were clean.
In the morning when we went down to look for breakfast, the front office staffs didnt even greet us even when they see us, it was us who greeted them.
The hotel was attached to a mall which looks like a ghost town. Very eerie.
Given this experience, I wont book this hotel again.
- Andy (6/5): - Hotel shower equipment not in good condition
- congy97 (2/5): Family trip to Malaysia - Worst hotel we have booked , we tried to contact the hotel and no one answer . Booking trough to app and tried to email for request and never reply.
Room is small and unclean .
Definitely will not choose this hotel if I know how they treat their customers.
- Konstantin (4/5): - Quite a rundown hotel, located in a semi-abandoned mall.
Bed sheets were clean.
Floor carpet was very dirty
- Goh (6/5): Budget Hotel with Good Food - Hotel Room was big and the location is good as The Store Shopping Mall is just beside. Behind the hotel are lots of Karaoke outlets. A short distance walk will lead you to the Night Food Street which sells lots of Malaysian Street Food.
- bakearoos (4/5): Poor network reception incl wifi - Wifi is very poor and there is hardly 3G/4G reception in the room !
Rooms are quite clean. Staff are pleasant but they really need to do something to improve the network reception in the rooms.
Location is quite ok - there are F&B shops around the area.
- andyzhang28 (2/5): Terrible hotel, won't come back again - Terrible place to stay, the only good thing is the location. Close to FamilyMart, restaurants, Watsons, Guardian, etc.
We stayed there for several nights. The room and furniture looks old, the carpet feels dirty, the floor is uneven like cracked tiles covered with carpet, no trashcan in the bedroom (there is one inside bathroom), no mini fridge, and the drawers are dusty.
There are no wall plugs beside the bed, so you can't charge your phone while using it.
Moving on to the bathroom. It was quite slippery (greasy) when we first arrived. There are no hot & cold adjustments for the tap water, no cups, no hairdryer, toilet button is hard to press/flush, and the exhaust fan is moldy.
I asked housekeepers to change the bathroom rug since it's wet but they can't speak English well, so I tried to adapt by using Melayu but they just stood there and confused, very little effort to understand/communicate, and ended up taking away the rug without replacing a new one.
The worst part is probably the window, you can find similar reviews simply by using the keyword "window". It is not facing to the outside like regular windows where you can get direct sunlight in the morning, instead, it's facing an empty floor that give creepy/eerie vibes if the window is left open.
Trust me, spend a little bit more and find a less depressing hotel.
- Cheng Hai (6/5): - The location is very convience for tourist who want to go around nearby
- Bootraveller (2/5): Avoid at all cost - Avoid this hotel at any cost .
Pro : location
- friendly staff
Cons : no tv reception
- cant flush toilet
- hot air cond
- dirty linen and bath towel
- old and dirty carpet
- very small shower water outlet and pressure
Stay here during CNY holidays since other hotel is fully occupied.will not come back again.not worth my money.please upgrade this hotel
- 77nipund (8/5): Hotel Gand sentosa - Grand Sentosa Hotel Johor Bahru, a three star urban class hotel is ideally located in the heart of business and 'Chinatown' district of Johor Bahru. Grand Sentosa Hotel is filled with happenings from day till night. Witness the liveliness of the city as night's falls, savour tantalizing cuisines or party and shop to your heart's content. Grand Sentosa Hotel Johor Bahru, which is within Plaza Sentosa, you can also enjoy shopping with a variety of anchors which include the largest family spa in Malaysia, F&B establishments and retailers include costume jeweleries, bridal galleries, optical, watches, Chinese medical halls, reflexology centres, family karaoke lounges , night clubs, discotheques, hair and beauty salon, cafes and various specialty stores.
- Ah_yang00 (2/5): Old and dirty - This is a really budget room which the hotel does not care for their clean and room environments. For the same price, able to get another hotel which nice and clean. The only things is the location of the hotel is good. Do request to change to a cleaner room but the receptionist said that all the room is the same condition.
- Jw (8/5): - Cheap decent n clean hotel for 1 night stay. Alot of food places nearby
- christyEfiyanti (6/5): Dusty room - We stayed in family room for 2 nights, consist of one double bed and one single bed. Room were spacious, bathroom were adequate and shower were good, air conditioner works good. There's no refrigerator, and the room were dusty under the closet. Breakfast was basic but enough to start a day. Located in a plaza near a lot of restaurant, especially chinesse seafood.
- Mei (4/5): - The hotel lobby is fine, staff overall tries their best. The interior is really bad, ants everywhere where's there's drinks and food. Faulty faucet. Fortunately the bed is ok. Location is good. In-room wifi is ok. Internet at the dining room where breakfast is non-existent.
- Lee (10/5): Ideal stay - I always book this hotel as they have Celestial movie channels n other Nat Geo channels to watch for entertainment. lots of eateries nearby n easily accessible
- aaddss6 (2/5): Below standard - My friends and I stayed here for overnight. There were 5 of us, so we booked 2 rooms. Obviously one room will be occupied by 3 people, and we had to request for another glass for drinking purposes. So we called to front desk and request for another one, and guess what did she told us? “But there is already two glasses in your room”, REALLY??! When my friend replied, why cant we have another one, the FO told us that she will check with the housekeeing. We waited for 2 hours and went out first to buy some food. When we came back to the hotel, we personally asked it again from FO and we were told again to wait in our room. When the housekeeping person came, he did even looked inside the room and asked us why we needed another glass. Seriously??! And before that, upon checking in, they only gave us one keycard per room even when we request to have atleast two , So pls expect to stick with one another as you cant do your stuffs alone! I cant believe it! Though this is a old hotel, and you cant expect that much, you guys still need to train your staffs , maybe the reason why your hotel doesnt have much guest is because of the poor attitude of your staff
- Yangtraveller (4/5): GoodLocation but wifi and 4 g is bad - Location is great - next to lots of eateries
But the wifi is slow and the 4G reception is horrible (Maxis).
Room is basic , large though .
Close to amenities . Staff pleasant
But they really need to do something about the wireless reception
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Clean , quiet, wifi is strong. Nearby have plentiful of delicious food available.
Night owl need not worry about food as some eateries’ operation hours are till 04:00am.
- Jaime (6/5): JB trip - Bedsheet looks dirty.
- Khaiyuen (8/5): Decent hotel for the price. - Shower pressure and temperature OK. Shower door present. Location OK.
- Ken (10/5): - I lost my phone after I checked out, on a Grab car. The hotel staff went the whole nine yards to help me contact Grab and subsequently to driver to help me retrieve my phone. I'm eternally grateful in particular to Ikram, as well as the other front desk staff. Needless to say, I will be a lifelong patron so long as the hotel continues to operate.
- Chan (8/5): Value for money - Overall ok
- dhilipsairam (4/5): Central location but very poor room standard - Location very central, close to lots of eateries and authentic massage parlor. Room is spacious but carpet was too smelly when you enter the room, Dirty sheets, No ventilation's, Staffs don't respond for any calls. totally disappointed!!!
- NuRul (10/5): - Amazing
- Verified traveler (8/5): Average - I checked in for 1 night at Grand Sentosa hotel with my family. The location is convenient and plenty of food around if you are looking for short stay. Counter services was average as I dont really sense any friendliness of the reception. It was fine for me because we only stay for 1 night. Overall for the price, this hotel is quite good.
- Francis (6/5): Basic hotel with good massage places nearby - Basic hotel with good foot massage places just downstairs at the same building.. The room aircon is powerful but too noisy.. The window is faulty at room 4030 as cannot be locked... Security issue so better get someone to check.. The shower head and the stand have to be replace as well.. Not in good condition..
- Verified traveler (8/5): Reasonable price near sentosa - Good if you are driving parking is FOC room is big and bed comfortable based on the paid price.
- John (8/5): One night stay - I find the pillows too soft which affected my sleep
- tan (8/5): Hotel with good location - Hotel with great accessibility. Great good around the vicinity. Decent hotel and family friendly.
- Riki (8/5): - So far so good. Everyone was so friendly. The room was big for 3 person. Just that it do not have a mini bar in the room.
- TOH (10/5): - Great stay .... helpful staff ...;)
- Jason (4/5): 1* hotel at most - Pillow, towel - so dirty
Toilet - tap water low, host spoiled
WiFi- sucks! Very weak signal..most of the time can’t receive signal
- Derek (6/5): Normal stay - Just common room and lack of room facility, no spare room key provided,
- johnathansim88 (2/5): Worst Experience - Room 4072. Check in the afternoon, room was full of cigarette smell. Went out and came back in evening, found the door was lock, suddenly a lady open, room was occupied by others, the lady still use my charger, went down to complain to front desk, just say morning shift make a mistake, gave other people room to me. No explanation, nothing done, just gave me a new room. How can i trust the safety of this hotel. When hotel staffs dont give a care to the guest. Im worry this is common in the hotel as staffs seems calm and no facial expression of showing concern to the guest. Never send any security guard to check the room also.
With such service provided by the hotel, i urge all travelers and tourist to take care of your belongings. You never know who might be in your room. Im just lucky that it was just a woman and a drunkard man on the bed.
This hotel staffs need more training and service with a smile. All look like dying fish.
- Kok (6/5): Room service lousy - Service so-so.Nothing fantastic.Ask for one extra pillow request denied .Room not clean, bedsheet not changed ,no tiol paper.Solitary Bangla worker cannot cope.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Near to eateries.. good for midnight suppers and chill outs.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Hotel towels were black in colour instead of white. Hotel toilets at lobby were locked up, bedsheets were dirty with yellow spots. Last day of stay, there was a blackout. My toothbrush and soap were thrown away by the chambermaids. However the hotel rate is reasonable and it is conveniently located near to The Store and lots of eating places. Moving around to other shopping centres is also convenient. It will be a good hotel to stay if the standard of cleanliness is improved and the facilities upgraded or renovated. It will be good to have a back up generator if there is a blackout so that the guests will not be inconvenienced.
- Chua (6/5): - Good place to stay
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Many eateries nearby.. near to shopping malls.. recommended..!!
- calvin (4/5): - I stay recently at this hotel , staff was very friendly but the room lighting was poor , should install more lights in the room as the lighting in the room was very poor and the air-con wasn’t cold at all.. the heater in the room was faulty.. no matter how I adjust , it doesn’t seems to work..
hotel location wise was great , there’s lots of Coffeeshop and food stalls around the hotel and it’s 24/7 for some food stall. Hope my next stay I could see some improvement for the room lighting and the air condition in the room
- Verified traveler (8/5): Overall good but weak wifi speed - Clean, convenient, Overall ok but the internet speed was very slow and disconnected sometimes.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Budget hotel for budget holiday - Reasonable priced (S$45 per night) Budget hotel with furnishings needs to upkeep maintenance. Shower screen doors are unable to close properly. Window with no street view but it ok as it is quiet & peaceful at night for good rest. Strong WiFi in the hotel. Complimentary bottled water and toiletries are provided. Only 3 hangers in the wardrobe. No fridge provided. A 32inch small tv for a spacious room. Bed is comfy but pillows too small. Good neighborhood with good choice of restaurants or transport to elsewhere.
- Sam (8/5): Simple and no frills - Simple and no frills hotel. Good if you just need a place to sleep
- nelsont909 (6/5): Bare essentials - Hotel is in a prime location, with eateries and restaurants nearby. Some will say these are tourists traps... well.. as long as food is good and you check the price before ordering is ok.
Was given free upgrade from superior to deluxe rooms.. more empty space.
Found the bed comfortness to be so so... bed sheets are generally clean but feels rough and a bit worn..(dun try to use special lights to check in the dark ok..lol)
the sofa in our room was in a bad condition. (springs are badly worn out)
Dun expect proper tv programmes of course.
Shower is generally ok except had a bit of smell.. (just turn on the shower head to give a bit of flush to get rid of the smell.)
At night, there was an intercom announcement every now and then from outside the hotel which can be heard. (could not make out what was said.) Called recep but no one picked up.. luckily it seemed to stop a while after midnight.
Sound proofing is very bad and can hear lots of sounds from corridor.
Also have cigarette smell from corridor.. unfortunately should be from guests insisting to smoke in their rooms even though this is non smoking. Saw another review warning that better to upgrade to deluxe rooms else room may have cigarette smell.
This Hotel is for the budget traveller only.
Will probably give it a pass next round.
- Michellert2402 (6/5): Location is good - hotel location is good and the price is cheap nearby there are lots of night foods and bar around. Althought the hotel is old and not very clean but still ok to stay. will be back for short stay again.
- Chew Chin (8/5): - overal it was a good stay at the hotel
- Chew Chin (8/5): worth your money - staff are very professional and friendly
- AmandaK3920 (2/5): Bad Service & Atmosphere - Below are a few reviews I have for Grand Sentosa Hotel , The situation is as such. Initially I booked a superior room with twin bed, upon reaching , I have upgraded into a superior suite (with an additional charge of RM150 excluding GST) which we are fine with it as we are expecting to have a better room condition.
1. Unfriendly & RudeStaff : No greetings upon entering; When enquire for an additional towel , I had a shock of my life as they are chargeable . Hence , I have requested to speak to their manager, they told me that the manager is on leave and put me on hold without informing me , I was listening to their automated music for a good 10 minutes before I have decided to hang up the call . No follow ups were made , no call back whatsoever . When asked whether there is a pool / billard area as advertise in one of their posters in the lift . The staff just look at you , and ignored your question , making you feel like you are a lunatic with hallucination. After asking the second time , only they provided us with an answer.
2. Room Condition : Dirty carpet throughout the room you need a slipper to walk around, without it , do expect to have dirty legs. Do not walk barefooted , you will get a leg injury as there were sharp things lying around which you wouldn’t notice at first until it’s too late. No room slipper. No bathtub inside a suite room. Having a water heater in the room is redundant because despite turning it up to the max, there is still not one drop of hot water . Imagine having to shower in ice cold water at 4am+ in the morning . Very very very limited TV channels with a very small TV screen. Coffee area is dirty , tea spoons were BLACK & DIRTY. There is no hair dryer as well . Lamps were spoilt , bedsheet were dirty , feeling very itchy the entire night . Sofa were disgusting . Table in the living area is rusty .
3. Room Card : Only provided with one card. So are we expected to go out together and glue to one another like some sticky glue? At times , we wanted to go out on our own , have our on schedule and do things on our own, but sad to say , we were not able to do so because of this .
4. Toiletries : No shower gel but the funny thing is they do provide shampoo. Wanted to request for a shower gel but I was afraid that it is chargeable as well. Towel provided felt like it is being reused . Doesn’t seemed like it has been washed , to top it up , there is obvious worn and tear in the 2 towels provided. Suggest that the hotel change their entire hotel’s towel due to hygiene issue .
5. Check in process : One word , SLOW. Kept throwing my card here and there slamming it and all .
6. Parking Ticket : Chargeable parking ticket despite providing proof of stay such as hotel key card. However , it’s just that one time .
There is more that I could point out . But I felt that I have written too much . Do try it out at your own risk. You may provide your review here after you have experienced it.
- Benjamin (6/5): Average - Soso
- tawon26 (6/5): Hotel need to renovate - Location is prime, but hotel is old, need to be renovate.
You can see stain everywhere, from bed, bed sheet, shower etc
Wi-fi signal is also poor connection
Breakfast menu is average, better to have breakfast at old town cafe nearby
- Richard (8/5): - Environment convenient to city. Serrounding have good food.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Convenient location - Very good location. convenient to do all everything.
Especially restorant, spa, massage, drink etc.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice hotel in a shopping mall - Nice hotel in a shopping mall with many street food stalls nearby
- IZ (8/5): NICE HOTEL IN A SHOPPING MALL - NICE HOTEL IN A SHOPPING MALL AND MANY FOOD STALLS
- Verified traveler (6/5): location ok. cleanliness bad - location good.
room was dusty
door lock was broken
- soh (6/5): Simple room for a night stay - Would not recommend to friends at the moment as hotel is under renovation from 11-6pm daily. Not very compromising chamber ladies when asking for extra towel n toiletries. Check in staff is polite, this time round the bed is very clean, don't get any bugs bite! 😃
- Verified traveler (8/5): - average hotel and room are normal, reception staff service is not good
- Raymond (10/5): Most of the shop not occupied - Below the hotel rooms are shopping center and many eatery around. But lack of crowd and not of the shops are not open. However nice and cheap place to stay if you have your transport. Short drive to KSL and Johor town. Parking free.
- Chan Hwa Meng (8/5): A great place to live - Yes everything's went as smooth as silk.well excellent location convenient shop around clean and safe
- Vui min (6/5): - Bad service, slow. even just 2 to 3 customers queue need to take 15minutes. Room card also can updated wrongly(is a malay male )lets customer walk down again to the counter updated the card.
- Ann (6/5): - Overall was good, only the bedsheets and carpets were a bit dusty. Like the location with a lot of food places and massage around.
- Xin Rong (8/5): Problem. - Room was good, everything was good except for 1 thing. I booked a smoking room but they gave me a non-smoking instead and insist us to smoke outside the hotel which was quite troublesome for us as the distance travel to and fro. Nevertheless everything was good.
- debbielee73 (2/5): never coming back to this hotel - a low budget but bad condition hotel. Cigarette butt burnt marks on toilet seat cover and carpet. strong smoke stench even when I requested for non smoking room. Generally a run down hotel which needs a renovation. Waited a long time to check in at 10pm and a long wait to check out at 12 noon. Only one counter servicing the queue.
- Tan GC (8/5): Hotel in the Shopping complex - Hotel window facing the wall
No fridge
TV channel limited
Good for those who Drive to nearby
Shopping centre
- miamekarpuspa (6/5): Not really happy - We stayed at this property on Jan 24-27. One month before, when I made the booking, I wrote that we needed connecting rooms because we would be traveling with my mom (73) who needs our assistance. One day before our arrival, I sent a direct email to the Reservation, stating (again) that we seriously needed connecting rooms. But when we checked in, the FO said no connecting rooms available.
I worked in a hotel back in 2003 in my home country (Indonesia), we used Fidelio system (maybe now hotels are using a more sophisticated system). Assigning connecting rooms was very doable, it was not impossible at all, IF ONLY the Reservation & the Manager give any attention to their customer needs.
The only thing that preventing me giving 2 stars is that -luckily- nothing bad happened to my mom during our stay.
But it was very tiring for me to go back-and-forth between my room & my mom's whenever she needed my help. Why didn't we all stay in one room? Because there were already my husband and my 2 boys, with 2 big luggages.
Huge rooms? Yes.
Affordable price? Very.
Great location? Definitely. A lot of restaurants & a supermarket within walking distance.
Clean? I doubt it. The rooms were carpeted, and I never liked carpeted rooms.
Air-con? Worked so well. In fact, we didn't turn it on but somehow the room was still cool.
Do we recommend it? Not sure.
Will we be back? Nope.
- Wilson (8/5): Nice price for spacious hotel room - Value for money, easy access to food and supermarket within the same building.
- Ks (6/5): Just need a room - Nothing much to commend about. Just an average hotel. At least the room is much bigger than other hotels in jb.
- Hady (6/5): the location is ok, easy to find some food - the facilities at the room like deposit box got some problem
- Jennifer (8/5): Check-in staff is slow in tracing records - I waited half an hour for check-in at reception. I booked for 2 rooms, however staff could not trace the records. She had only one room reserved for me. Then she took 20 minutes to go into the office to check & finally confirmed my reservations.
- Lee (8/5): Good Stay as standard view. - Standard .. convenient.
- veronica (8/5): Worth the price. - Accessible to many places, convenient & not noisy. Staffs are polite, free parking, lots of places to eat, very near to KSL City, many shops you can get good buy & many good foods around the hotel walking distance.
- daveggng (10/5): Affordable and tons of good foods - The hotel room is spacious and clean, at very affordable price.
Within the complex have alot of shops for local shopping, also neww restaurants opening (like bistro pub) and the famous 肥肥蟹。
Opposite the hotel complex have the famous bak kut teh, further down have tastly beef noodle.
At night have the 777 penang fried kueh tiao (near to a western food restaurant) and last but not least the famous luk luk.
- Daud (6/5): ok but not ok - good location with good staff expiriance , but very bad wifi connectivity
- Chia (8/5): - convenience for food, pleasant environment & a.short trip to the checkpoint
- Verified traveler (6/5): - We stayed 4 days 3 nites, on the 3rd day we went out shopping in the morning and hang out the housekeeping sign. When we returned back to the hotel at night, my wife noticed her facial cleanser is missing. I called up housekeeping to inform them of such and 2 staff came to our doorstep to explain that upon checking with their staff none had thrown or remove anything from our room.
I told them that the purpose of reporting this is to ensure nobody else is complaining the same.
- Harianto (6/5): hot water need to be fixed - the hotel is good but i was unlucky about the hot water, it was not stable for hot water. i have to call the reception to fix it for many times.
overall i was quite satisfied for the cleanliness, service, wifi etc.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Decent place to sleep - Overall it was ok, worth the price. Except for during the buffet breakfast, the workers were quite slow to refill the food. I ate nasi lemak without sambal, chicken masala without chicken that day......but food is nice. You got what you paid for.
- wong (8/5): Comments - the location are OK,shower head broken, difficult to use. Book king bed bedroom but was given twin bed at counter, disappointed. The twin bed are small & bed-sheet not clean, difficult to sleep with a big guy like me.
- Ben (6/5): - Quiet stay. Food was readily available in the area with shopping
- Saufi (6/5): - The room was not clean.
- HO (6/5): - housekeeping is.so bad
- Verified traveler (4/5): - turn 2 round to find the hotel entrance
- Jason (6/5): - Service - Sucks
Cleanliness - Sucks
Don’t see anything good except parking.
- Zynthia Lim (8/5): Nice and friendly hotel receptionist - Veronica has always been a very nice and friendly staff. Each time I check into the hotel she remembers my name and ensures that my check-in is smooth. Thank you Veronica!
- Lim (6/5): Cleanliness and hygiene needs to improve - Stayed here for many times, used to be my favourite hotel due to its good location. but this time i realized there wasn't a mattress protector or comforter for the bed. It affected the level of comfort and most importantly the hygiene as well. My friend's room the same situation as well, maybe all rooms are without it. I may not return anymore.
- Shirley (6/5): Location - Room condition not too good but the location is very accessible to food.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Location is great for night life. Checking in and - You cannot ask for more for the price. You wanna be cheap u got to face the music.
But the checking in and out takes a Long time.
- anthony (6/5): Weekend escape - Ally of eatery but condition of hotel is quite run down
- Jeff (6/5): Reasonable Price But Dropped In Standard - The bed sheet and pillow case looked old and dirty. There is also burnt hole on the bedsheet. Think the laundry service did not do a good job. Besides this, long check out time on a Sunday. Only one gal is handling all the check-out. I pity her. The mangement should arrange two person to handle it, especially on weekends.
In summary, the location is good with many restaurants nearby. But the condition of this hotel has deteriorated over the years. I might not book this hotel as I can find better hotel with a bit of top-up.
- Chandrasegaran (4/5): Avoid this place - If you travel alone or as couple it’s ok to stay here but still not a good choice. Definitely no for those with kids as the surrounding or within the building is too many massage center. You can imagine the patrons of this mall. There are number of local eateries and it’s a wonderful choices of foods.
The bed of not good as it’s really hard. The water in the shower continue leak and it’s not hot enough.
