- Hannah (8/5): Quick stat but easy and quiet. - Central location, quiet, good breakfast Need instructions for foreign travellers on the key card turning electricity on and off to the room. We had a medication cooler plugged in and did not know that when you remove your key card from the light switch it turns all the power off to the room too. Our medication cooler stopped running while we were out. That was a big problem.

- Lauren (10/5): Amazing hotel! - We were absolutely in love with this hotel! The staff, the breakfast, the location (!!!!), the room all were perfect. We would stay at this hotel over and over again if we could. The beds were SO comfortable, they helped get the room prepped with a bed and a railing for our toddler + baby. The shower was amazing and so fun to use the fancy, great smelling soaps! The staff was so helpful and sweet. Lastly, the location was impeccable! Steps away from literally anything you would need. Literally a second walk from all of the action. It couldnt have been better! We didn't want to leave!! We wish we had more time here :)

Gutes Frühstück mit lecker Ananas. saubere sehr bequeme Betten schöne Dusche mit guter Brause. Extrawünsche wie eine ExtraDecke wurden umgehend erfüllt. sehr nettes Frhstückspersonal Hatten ein Zimmer extra mit Fenster gebucht. Ja, es gab ein Fenseter, hinter einem Vorsprung und sehr klein, die Hauptwand war mit einem dicken schweren Vorhang vor der Wand versehen, das Zimmer war dadurch sehr dunkel.

The quality of the rooms and facilities exceeded my expectations—they felt modern, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. Everything was spotless, and you can really tell that cleanliness is something they take seriously. What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was warm, approachable, and always ready to help with a smile, which made the whole experience feel even more welcoming. The location is also a big plus. It’s conveniently located near the Ximen metro, making it super easy to get around and explore the city without any hassle. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again. Just a minor. If there’s one small downside, it would be the elevator. It’s a bit on the small side, and during peak hours, there can be a bit of a wait. Not a dealbreaker, but something to keep in mind.

The room was clean and the shower was hot with good water pressure. The room was humid for some reason but the hotel provided a dehumidifier which mitigated the issue.

I'd prefer if this is replace with bedroom instead)

Mrt just 5 min walk . Only one lift for 10th floor room property . Early morning the house keeping cart and worker is sharing the same lift , so have to wait a little longer during peek period if you go out.

- Graham (8/5): Great Stay, I would return without hesitation - Great Breakfast however it can get busy and its not in the biggest room. However, you can work round it Great location and great staff Not too far from the main station, around a 15/20 min walk
- Nicole Severine (6/5): - Gute Lage. Sehr nettes Personal. Wir mussten Zimmer wechseln,weil es stark nach Moder gerochen hat, leider hatten wir dafür danach keine Toilettentür nur ein Vorhang.
