- Anastasiia (6/5): - Very nice location Unfortunately, our experience did not meet basic expectations. The shared kitchen was a real letdown — dishes left as “clean” were visibly dirty, cutlery was bent and insufficient, and the only cutting board was old and heavily damaged. There was no proper coffee machine, and basic cooking equipment was simply lacking. The furniture throughout the apartment was unstable and worn — chairs felt unsafe to sit on, and everything wobbled. The TV in our room did not work at all. Sound insulation is essentially nonexistent. Every footstep in the hallway was clearly audible, making it feel like the walls were made of cardboard. Rest was difficult as a result. The one bright spot was the lovely woman who cleaned our room — she was warm and attentive, and we appreciated her effort. Overall, the property needs significant investment in maintenance and hygiene before it can offer guests a comfortable stay.

The metro line also just a 5 minute walk Walls pretty thin, so could hear other guests in the facilities e.g watching TV when trying to sleep (Gone 11pm), was also woken by someone leaving at 6am. The double bed was as hard as concrete we didn’t stay in the property we had to book into another hotel and we are still Disputing this with the agent and booking.com I have photos to Show this is was true also mentions a living area there isn’t one it’s a galley kitchen

A fianco un buon ristorante/pizzeria italiano e subito dopo massaggi, anche vari negozi di alimentari Il proprietario è gentilissimo cerca di risolvere i problemi (da lontano) e risponde solo tramite mail o watsapp Arrivo un po' disastrato perchè si fa tutto on line tramite codici, il mio nn funzionava e ho dovuto suonare ai vicini per farmi aprire il portone (cell scarico). Una volta saliti (al 4 piano senza ascensore - quindi non adatta a chi ha una disabilità) abbiano suonato x farci aprire. Abbiamo potuto usare la cucina e appena consegnata la camera siamo entrati anche i possesso delle chiavi Poi sotto i portici vi erano tanto clochard il comune dovrebbe prendere provvedimenti

- Wiktor (6/5): Bardzo słaby stosunek ceny do jakości - Samodzielne zameldowanie byli super. Przyjechaliśmy około północy i nie spotkaliśmy nikogo, co według nas jest sporym plusem. Właściciel po zakupie zagwarantował instrukcje dostania się do obiektu, która była bardzo przejrzysta. Niestety czystość obiektu pozostawia wiele do życzenia, a szkoda bo był to jeden z niewielu minusów. Juz na wejściu do lobby czuć było bardzo intensywny smród, na suficie było bardzo dużo grzyba. Pokój niw był dobrze posprzątany, sprawiał wrażenie obleśnego. Pościel i ręczniki wyglądały na wyprane, ale również miały specyficzny smród. Generalnie odczucia związane z czystością oceniłbym bardzo negatywnie. W pozostałe dni mielimy okazje nocować w dużo dużo lepszych hotelach, o lepszej lokalizacji i cenie. Niemniej polecę ten hotel jeśli zależy ci tylko na późnym zameldowaniu i zamierzasz sie tam tylko przespac.

- Maja DK (8/5): Odlična lokacija i udoban smještaj! - Lokacija je sjajna, samo 15 minuta hoda od Koloseuma te oko 15 minuta do željezničkog kolodvora. Kontakt s osobljem u redu. Soba je bila čista, kreveti uredni. Wifi signal odličan. Sve je bilo u redu, samo bi kupaonica mogla biti malo bolja, tj. još malo čišća (zamjerka je na tragovima plijesni u tuš kabini).

- Kateřina (5/5): - Dobrá lokalita, blízko na metro, kousek od centra. Po objednání ubytování nám měl být poslaný kód pro vstup do budovy. Přišel až po urgenci. Před ubytováním jsme stáli skoro půl hodiny, než nám byl umožněn přístup dovnitř a ani poté jsem se nemohli dostat do pokoje. Přístupové údaje vůbec nefungovali. Po dalších asi deseti minutách čekání nám byl sdělen kód od klíčů. Nechápu, proč nám nebyl kód sdělen rovnou. S panem majitelem jsme za celý pobyt neměli čest se potkat. Realita pokoje neodpovídá fotografiím, pokoj velmi malý, v koupelně nedostatečná zástěna ve sprše, takže celá koupelna, včetně toalety pod vodou. Velmi tenké stěny, takže při pouhém povídání na nás klepali sousedi z vedlejšího pokoje. Příště zvolíme určitě jiné ubytování.

- Paola (1/5): Se non fossi arrivata la sera tardi non mi sarei mai fermata in quella stanza - La comodità verso la stazione la casa bella dall’esterno , pulita all’interno. La camera singola ha quel gusto un po’ retrò che potrebbe ricordare l’arredo spartano dei paesi dell’Est prima della caduta del Muro: il letto sul quale ti trovi a sbattere aperta la porta, un piccolo frigo in un angolo che fa anche da tavolino, un appendino improvvisato sul muro con appendiabiti trasandati, il bagno fuori dalla stanza e di dimensioni commisurate alla stessa (anch’esso nello stesso stile) e una minuscola finestra vista cavedio degradato e tristissimo. Ma il top è stato che il 17 luglio, con un caldo umido asfissiante, il condizionatore non funzionava e - alla sconcertata richiesta di aiuto- mi è stato risposto che avevo accettato le condizioni. Ma chi poteva immaginarsi una stanza simile ad un prezzo praticamente identico a quello di una camera matrimoniale con bagno?

Дозволили залишити багаж на декілька годин після check-out. Помешкання, на жаль, виявилося незручним для проживання. Шафа не зачинялася і була повністю заповнена подушками, ковдрами та іншими речами, через що нею неможливо було користуватися. Під час прийняття душу вода витікала на підлогу ванної кімнати. Також у приміщенні було багато комарів, які заважали спати всю ніч. Загалом рівень комфорту не відповідав очікуванням.

- Yevhenii (1/5): This experience ruined my stay. Guests’ privacy is clearly not respected here. - I would like to file a complaint about this property. After the reservation was cancelled due to a technical issue with my bank card, while I was already staying in the room, the hotel staff entered my room without my consent and removed my personal belongings. My belongings were withheld until payment was made, which I consider illegal, unacceptable, and a serious violation of privacy. I never refused to pay and immediately informed the hotel that I would come and settle the payment. I strongly do not recommend this hotel and ask Booking to review this case. Unauthorized access to my room and removal of my personal belongings by staff. Completely unacceptable behavior.

Jeszcze przed przyjazdem dostaje się szczegółowe instrukcje wejścia do budynku i pokoju (całość odbywa się zdalnie za pomocą otrzymanego linku) i wszystko działa bez zarzutu, W każdej chwili można się porozwumieć z właścicielem, który szybko odpowiada i jest bardzo życzliwy. Bardzo dobre położenie budynku - blisko do Termini, do bazyliki Santa Maria Maggiore, do Coloseum. W pobliżu są stacje metra i przystanki autobusowe. W pokoju lodówka a poza pokojem możliwość korzystania ze wspólnej kuchni. Były problemy z gorącą wodą (częeto była ciepła a nie gorąca). Przydałoby się trzecie krzesło w pokoju trzyosobowym i większy stolik, żeby można przy nim bez problemu jeść śniadania.
