The room was small, but it was clean and bright. I really enjoyed my stay. Sometimes the water pressure in the shower is lower than I would like (but this is the case in many places, so it’s ok)

The street was MUCH noisier than anticipated, bed was a bit too hard, wasn't quite as clean as I would expect, noisy building as in you can hear every buzzer, door opening and closing and every single conversation on every floor. There is more than one cheers hostel in the city - make sure you put the right address in your shuttle experience or you'll be delivered to the wrong one. The air conditioner didn't work very well and the remote control for it was nearly impossible to operate. Needs a new remote. The lock on the door is questionable. No lamp just a bright overhead light

When I checked out, I couldn't find anyone (it was 5 am, so I don't blame them) so, I didn't know where to leave the keys. However, this is also my mistake I should've told them in advance.

But I wish modernisation - Great location and the neighborhood with many food options, vintage shops and sights. Works for a one night stay. The furniture seems old and shabby, stains on the ceiling, the broken parts of the bed are patched up with metal pieces, the handle on the front door looks like it's about to fall off. No noise isolation, you can hear when someone is using the entrance to the building or voices from the street. Only one toilet on the floor which means you have to wait and sometimes too much.

The room was right next to the dorm room and you could hear the electronic keypad every time someone used it, and for some reason frequently get the code wrong. You could also hear people in the toilet even though it was across the hall. The room just didn’t have any kind of barrier to sound.

There is no kettle or hair dryer in the room, and the fridge is not working. Also, it was a very noisy street, but it was very quiet in the hostel. The hostel was never open in the morning, so we were not able to use Kitchen.

The toilet door was broken, the plug socket was hanging off the wall and in general we found much cheaper options in the city with much better facilities.

You hear sounds from the hostel itself. The street outside, all-night long. Other people snoring very loud. Have slept often in hostels and the nights here were the worst. No proper social area. It's very small at the street. Not even part of the building where the rooms are..not a place to relax or meet people. (Reason for choosing the hostels) Electricity sockets didn't work in half the room. Imagine 8 people need to charge with 4 sockets working next to people their beds. AC didn't work. Only one bathroom per floor. Our room already had 8 people. There were 2 more rooms on the floor. No clue how many slept there. We had to wait in line to shower, brush teeth or use the toilet. This also made it very dirty often, or lacking toilet paper.

Staff is exceptional and welcomed us as friends before than costumers. The area is also very well served with shops and cafes and everything one might need. If I had to find a negative side, the kitchen is a bit small if you're planning a long stay. Other than this, everything was perfect.

Good location with lots of restaurants and shops close by and very close to public transportation. Reception is not 24 hours as stated during booking and there is more than one Cheers hostel which was not readily apparent during the booking process. This is more than likely the fault on booking.com than the hostel itself. I do also think the hostel should post prices for activities in advance of participating in them as it is typically for backpackers on a budget.

The size of the room (six-bed) and the bathrooms were good, as well as the conditions (but it also depends on the guests). In the end, very good value for price, so it was a good choice- why not repeat :) Nothing specific except noisy AC. Other comments are more as suggestions: Need to add hat rack/hanger and dimmer lamp or curtains for each bed to make it more comfortable due to lack of balcony and to reduce disturbing other people with bright light. It would be better if common space (seating area) is always accessible but it might affect the silence.

Right opposite to the hostel you can find budget grocery store and various small cafes - Borek, Ciy Kofte (must try both of them). The hosts are welcoming and helpful. Safety is on point - you'll get a small lock for the storage. The hostel experience got to the new level for me - I've met one person and she became my best friend! That's actually unexpected but amazing. Also, public transport is really close - just go down the street and you'll find tram station. Best of luck with your future travels! Internet connection was poor. Please do smth with it :D
