Se cumple integralmente con lo que se ofrece, habitaciones comodas, agradables, se sienten renovadas y de buen gusto. Un poco de congestión a la hora del desayuno pero nada grave, se podrían mejorar las opciones de desayuno.

Spazio in camera pressoché inesistente, nessun armadio o possibilità di riporre il contenuto delle valige che bisognava spostare ogni volta per girare intorno al letto. Biancheria da bagno insufficiente, spesso mancante nel minimo indispensabile, leggi asciugamani. Rubinetti difettosi. Coda per la colazione per lo spazio troppo esiguo per il numero degli ospiti.
• Dylan (7/5): A nice place to stay if you want to be close to Times Square - Good position. It’s a 10-15 minutes walk from Times Square. The staff was very cordial and responsive. The neighbourhood is nice and quite. It is also close to many good restaurants and bars. The room was too small for 2 people. We basically had no space for our luggages. Since we were there for a week it was quite challenging to manage the space. The breakfast was also very poor.

• Giorgia (3/5): A stay that fell short of expectations, with several service and cleanliness issues that made the experience less comfor - The location was fine. 15 minutes away from Times Square. This hotel was a major disappointment, especially for the price. The property is clearly old, and it shows everywhere: tiny rooms, cramped bathrooms, and stained carpets that made the space feel far from clean. The overall condition of the room gave the impression that upkeep simply isn’t a priority. The location is also problematic. Being right next to a garage means constant traffic, and taxis struggled to pull over, which made coming and going unnecessarily stressful. But the breakfast experience was the worst part. The room was overcrowded, the food selection was extremely limited, and items ran out so quickly that guests were left waiting for basic things to be replenished. There weren’t enough chairs, so people ended up sharing tables with strangers just to sit down. It felt chaotic and poorly managed. To make matters worse, the staff repeatedly knocked on our door before checkout time, pushing us to leave even though we were still within the allowed window. Being interrupted three times was intrusive and unprofessional. Overall, this stay felt like a series of avoidable frustrations. For a hotel that isn’t cheap, the experience fell far below expectations. I would not recommend it.

• Forgani (6/5): Not a good fit for us with the location, free breakfast and small rooms. - The bed was comfortable. The rooms were way too small. The daily breakfast was a joke. One of the main reasons we booked at this hotel was for a free breakfast. It's not that we expected a huge amount of options, but at least keep what you do offer full with enough to serve everyone. Our first morning there, we got downstairs around 8:00 and all of the hot items were completely empty. And the coffee was just brown water. Seriously, all three roasts...light, medium and dark roasts were just brown water. We did not bother trying the other three mornings we were there. We found a lovely market down the road that we loved.

• Samad (10/5): Slept like a baby! Great location! - Slept like a baby! The bed/bedding was super comfy, the mattress was like sleeping on clouds, probably the best bed I've slept on in a hotel. Location is great, walking distance to major tourist locations as well as subway. Breakfast was very basic, not many hot vegetarian options. I avoided breakfast during my stay as I found it disappointing and not appealing at all.

The included breakfast was ok in that I enjoyed talking with other guests, felt like a bed and breakfast. Other that… really tiny rooms and misleading pictures. Especially did not like how uncomfortable and uninviting the entrance is. No one helps with luggage and to take in or out of hotel is really cumbersome. What I least liked was how much I was charged for what little I received.

• Angel (10/5): Great hotel with outstanding staff and service - We had a wonderful time in NYC at this hotel. The location near Times Square is unbeatable and the rooms are great, all for a very competitive price. Regarding the breakfast, it was quite decent; while there wasn't a huge variety, it was more than enough since we weren't expecting an all-you-can-eat resort buffet. Special thanks to Fatima at the front desk, who was incredibly kind and helpful to my wife, my daughters, and myself. We also had a small issue that the Hotel Manager personally resolved in a professional and amazing way. In fact, the entire hotel staff treated us wonderfully throughout our stay. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip. Thank you so much, Fatima! The breakfast area is a bit cozy, so it can sometimes be a challenge to find a table during peak hours. Also, the nearest subway is about an 8-10 minute walk; it's a nice stroll, though it can feel a little long at the end of a full day of sightseeing. Just something to consider for your daily planning!

Seating at breakfast was insufficient. So if you are expecting UK type lavish English Breakfast, it was no where even close. Issues with bookingdotcom- You get cheaper prices at a lot of other places. I am a regular at this site. even if they say this bit it does not give you any discounts etc for being a premium member.

• Rachel (7/5): - La rapport qualité prix, la modernité de l’hôtel, les lits sont bien confortables, la salle de bain est assez spacieuses, sympa ! Ce que j’ai moins apprécié, c’est surtout l’emplacement de l’hôtel. Certes, il se trouve à environ 15 minutes à pied de Times Square, mais ce sont de longues minutes de marche, et il n’y a pas de station de métro plus proche. Il faut donc rejoindre Times Square pour prendre le métro, ce qui n’est pas très pratique si vous êtes à New York pour visiter et que vous comptez principalement vous déplacer à pied et en transports publics. À moins de privilégier les taxis, l’emplacement n’est donc pas idéal pour enchaîner facilement plusieurs lieux touristiques. Les chambres sont vraiment petites. Nous avions réservé une chambre pour quatre personnes, mais l’espace donnait plutôt l’impression d’être prévu pour deux. En soit elle était très bien mais juste un peu plus d’espace aurait été parfait :) Le petit-déjeuner dépanne, mais il reste assez moyen. Dans l’ensemble, j’ai quand même passé un bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Pour une ou deux nuits, il peut tout à fait convenir et offrir un bon rapport qualité-prix. En revanche, pour un séjour de plusieurs jours dans le but de visiter la ville, je ne le recommanderais pas forcément.

Hay desayuno, pero poco variado y cada dia lo mismo Limpieza mal en general, no cambiaron las toallas en 8 dias aún dejándolas en el suelo, las volvían a colgar… no reponian los botecitos de champu, tuve que pedir en 3 ocasiones al personal que nos dejaran más champú y jabon porque no era suficiciente para dos personas. El personal no era nada simpatico. El desayuno cada dia habia lo mismo y poquisima variedad. La localizacion es buena, pero no hay parada de metro hasta 10-15min andando

El subway queda a 10 minutos caminando (un poco incomodo cuando hace frio y estas cansado) pero el barrio buenisimo. El desayuno incluido, la comodidad de la cama. El manager muy amable. Poco lugar para desayunar, a veces faltan cosas en el desayuno. Pero es completo y mas que suficiente. A veces tuvimos que pedir toallas porque cuando limpiaban no las reponian.

La habitacion era grande comoda y limpia. talvez las opciones del desayuno pueden ser un poco mas variadas
• Alexis (9/5): Excelente - El alojamiento está muy bien pare el precio que tiene… la cama es súper cómoda … la ducha sale divina con fuerza y bien caliente .. el desayuno es básico se hacen muy ricos wafles.. eso sí es muy pequeño el espacio para desayunar y aveces hay que esperar o llevarse el café para la habitación porque no dan las mesas pero al menos tiene desayuno que la mayoría no tiene. Y menos por ese precio . El personal es excelente y se esmera mucho por ayudarte está a 4 cuadras del mero time square eso si las cuadras son largas Nada todo estuvo bien
