- popove2025 (2/5): I don't recommend it - Complete deception at every turn. We stopped at SkyPoint 4* with my wife in the evening at a half-board rate, like a spa hotel. The website does not understand that it turns out that the SkyPoint pool and the Sharpton spa area are two different things. And most importantly, the half-board rate does not even include a swimming pool. You need to pay extra separately.They were not allowed to expand to all inclusive (to pay 3,000 rubles extra). They said they needed a new booking. The hotel is half empty. Let's go to the sheraton. 3000 rubles per person. It turns out that a room in a sheraton with a spa was 20% cheaper than coming to a skypoint. Then we went to a restaurant for dinner. From there they were sent to a smelly canteen. The watering can of the soul flowed in different directions. There's a hair on the towel. The website says the entrance is 14 and the exit is at 14. And 12 has already been kicked out. In short, wherever you go, it's a complete deception. They gave away the money like for a Sheraton in the end, no pleasure, the feeling that they had been ripped off and thrown away. I don't recommend it.
- 868pinkyp (6/5): Not bad, but a bit meh - It’s got a cracking location—dead handy for getting around Moscow, and the views from some rooms are proper impressive. The room was clean and tidy, but the decor felt a tad dated, and the Wi-Fi was a bit patchy (not ideal if you’re working). Breakfast was alright, though nothing to write home about—expected a bit more variety for the price. Biggest letdown was the noise—walls seemed a bit thin, so you could hear folks in the corridor late at night. Not a disaster, but not exactly relaxing either. All in all, it’s fine for a short stay if you’re not fussed about luxury, but don’t expect The Ritz. Might stay again if the price were lower!

- prianikov (10/5): Overwhelmed Hotel for Rest - We stayed here a few times during our trip to the south of Russia. We travel by car. There is a free parking lot. It is the major size. There are cameras and guards. Every guest can leave his or her car and take a free shuttle bus to the airport. We are overwhelmed from the hotel, because there are really comfortable beds in all room categories, spacious bathrooms. Here we have a rest after long trip. If you buy breakfast option, you have pleasure to eat Russian Food for free.

Breakfast is good with various products, but most of them not for muslims, not so critical. Issue with WIFI is not the first time, it is real problem if you do not have local sim card.

I really enjoyed fried noodle and 100 % casis juice, both are rarely available in most of hotels in Eastern Europe. Shuttle service to Sheremetyevo Airport is also an asset. - Svetlana (10/5): - I thought the buffet offered in the Delta building was excellent! First, I travelled during COVID times and the buffet in the US is non existent. Here though we were offered oatmeal, buckwheat porridge, boiled and scrambled eggs, fried ham and sausages, pancakes and crepes, farmers cheese, jam, yogurt, hot teas, coffee and cappuccino options. The tables were spaced out. Plenty of seating. There was a pool in the main building, a brisk 3-5 min walk from Delta, 350 rubles, free for my 5-year-old. They had a shower, a free locker, hair-dryers, a sauna and a 4 foot deep pool. You need to bring your own towels and slippers from the hotel room. The water was nice, warm enough to swim.

В комнате и туалете было очень чисто, плохие впечатления были от того, что в окно сильно дуло, мы пытались закрыть окно шторой, от сквозняка эта штора надувалась как парус. Закрывали щели всем, чем можно, покрывалами. Я спала у окна и мне пришлось накрываться по верх одеяла ещё и верхней одеждой от холода. Очень сложно было найти ресторан, он находится не удобно от корпуса, где мы останавливались. Плутали по разным корпусам, следуя по стрелкам - направлениям, которые приводили нас к закрытым дверям и неизвестно где. Очень порадовала услуга трансфера, с интервалом 15 минут, 10-15 минут до аэропорта Шереметьево.

- Elena (8/5): - We just spent 1 night at the hotel after landing in Sheremetievo in the evening and catching next flight in the morning back home to Canada. Check-in was efficient, free shuttle to the terminal was on time. We booked a budget twin room with no window. It was quite spacious, clean, beds were comfortable, bathroom was updated and clean, towels were clean and fluffy, even there were disposable slippers in the wardrobe. We didn’t have a chance to try free buffet breakfast due to our early morning departure, but my daughter who stayed in the same hotel back in the summer said that it was really great:) The only issue we had was the noise from the guests next to our room. It was a connected type room (locked door in between rooms) so we could hear them talking, leaving and coming back to the room, tv noise, etc. through the connecting door till 1 or 2 am. That was quite annoying and we didn’t have much sleep. If you stay in this hotel, make sure your room is not a connecting one. Otherwise, it was good, would book it again.

The transfer to and from the airport goes every 15 minutes, which was very helpful, but bear in mind that from the hotel transfer goes to different terminals, so ask at boarding or you can easily get to any terminal in the airport. An the price was very good, that makes this hotel the best price-quality selection near to airport.

The room was okay, comfortable enough although not very many amenities. Bed was comfortable and shower was good. Breakfast the next day was okay for free. I wouldn't return to this hotel simply because the customer service was awful.

- Roger (8/5): Skypoint Delta and Gamma hotels. - There are two facilities at Skypoint now one is Delta and the other is Gamma, Delta is the newest and about 150yds away from the Gamma. If you are staying at the Gamma you can have breakfast there but nothing else, you have to walk to the Delta building if you need a tea or coffee or something to eat, I presume the Gamma occupants have to walk to Delta for their breakfast, but can go downstairs for food or drinks. I was here just before xmas last year 2018 and you didn't have this hassle, it is probably ok when the weather is fine but you would find it an effort otherwise. The majority of staff at reception are quite pleasant and obliging but all cannot speak English so you will need phone with translator, Anna and Roman speak and understand English quite well and I found them to be the most pleasant to talk to. You have the bus shuttle service you can use to get to the airport and then to the auto express train service and then onto the old metro to access Moscow, if you use the taxi enquire the cost ad this can vary quite considerably. The facilities at Delta are good sauna,gym and pool not full length but adequate if not full of other people, the prices aren't top end but the only downside for me was the walk between the two facilities. If you are disabled in any way you may find this a bit of a chore, although they do offer room service at a cost. The only other place for good would be the Sheraton which is opposite the Delta facility which you may also like to try.

The shuttle took 55 min on the road to get me to the airport - I almost made it to the flight ( even though I left 2.5 hrs in advance. If this is a not la occurrence in the morning - please let your customers know so they can account for that time- even though the hotel is 15 min away. Thank you!
- Marc (8/5): - Easy access to Sheremetyevo airport. Some of the staff that spoke limited English, it is good to speak Russian if traveling in Russia. Much like USA people only speak one or two languages.

- Diane (10/5): Great for long layovers - Great affordable room near airport if you have a long layover. Room is small, but bed was comfortable. They will pack you a lunchbox instead of breakfast which was pretty decent and filling for super early flights. Way better than using those hourly pods in the airport and basically the same price. But you need a visa to leave the airport for US citizens, so that puts a damper on it.

- Anna (10/5): Always clean hotel - I pick this hotel for my stay near Sheremetyevo because of proximity to the airport, very well running shuttles, frequently running ( every 10 min, who can beat that ), breakfast served 5am to 10am - convenient. The only thing, seems they’ve have changed the chef 👩🍳 and some of the dishes, like macaroni and beef comes out not as tasty as before. And I am a customer of this hotel for approximately 2 years. Reception staff and all over the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful!

- David (6/5): - The main entrance was closed so the shuttle dropped people off at a side entrance. It was very difficult to find our way to the registration desk as there were no signs and people walked back and forth finally being told to go into some obscure door under the stairwells. Staff was confused and unprofessional. They gave me a room that was under construction and did not apologize for the mistake. The tv was not working. Front desk staff forgot to change my alarm request to the new room. Overall, pretty disappointing. Soap in the hotel was very crappy, one piece. I don't recommend Sky Point.
