- Micaela (8/5): Hotel antigo, precisa de melhorias, mas recomendo e voltaria a ficar lá! - A localização é ótima, bairro lindo, perto de vários restaurantes, farmácia, mercados..os funcionários são muuuito queridos e atenciosos! O café da manhã no Mouli, maravilhoso!!!! Jantamos ali alguns dias e amamos tbm! É um hotel que precisa de melhorias, no banheiro principalmente..a limpeza também poderia melhorar, o chão do nosso quarto muito sujo. Viajamos em amigos e todos reclamaram da mesma coisa: os travesseiros.. são péssimos!

- Thais (9/5): Amazing location and restaurant. - Amazing location, delicious breakfast and great bedroom, very spacious. I had problems while booking with breakfast included, but we received it as a courtesy. Welcome wine as a courtesy. The restaurant is great, delicious salads and lemon juice, just unforgettable. We had some maintenance problems with lights and the hotel safe was malfunctioning. The staff was very supportive about it.

La atención es extremadamente amable hasta inclusive dejarnos tomar la habitación por la mañana después de comentarles que llegábamos de un largo viaje. El desayuno es excepcional como el trago de bienvenida y el desayunador-comedor es un restó precioso con excelente atención. Sin duda volveremos a este establecimiento. Nada. Todo 10 puntos.

- Maria Nerissa (10/5): Best hotel in Palermo - I'd like to thank Christian and the manager for accommodating our request - luggage storage for the times that we were in El Calafate, Iguazu Falls, and Ushuaia. Also, the manager resolved our room issues and we were all please how she handled it. The hotel is smucked in the middle of Palermo. Great location! Breakfast needs improvement. Food served were all too sweet for the guests.

Botão da descarga quebrado e frigobar que não funcionava (trocaram quando solicitei). A limpeza do quarto é obrigatória diariamente, não há carta de “não perturbe” nos quartos.

Bathroom had seen better days, some things in the bathroom looked very tired and needed replacement and maintenance. There was a very bright light on the terrace just outside our window which could not be switched off at night not even after I complained to reception.

The room was spacious, clean, and featured a nice patio, with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was provided via a voucher for the ground-floor restaurant, Mouli, which was also a convenient and enjoyable option for lunch and dinner, offering delicious food.

Notre chambre ne reflétait pas les standards d’un 4 étoiles. Baignoire douche vétuste, foehn cassé, balcon et son mobilier pas nettoyés avant notre arrivé, restes d’une vieille cuisine dans la chambre comme si une rénovation avait commencé sans être terminée. Dans l’ensemble, une chambre un peu vieillotte, sans décoration, qui ne semble pas terminée. Sans oublier le jacuzzi qui est pas chauffé.

O banheiro era pequeno, muito antigo e estava sempre com água caindo. Muito ruim! Péssima experiência. O box só tinha uma porta e ficava tudo molhado. A pia vazava e o banheiro ficava molhado é desagradável. Toalhas pequenas e ruins.

- Cristiano (9/5): - Staff gentilissimo, camera spaziosa, ottima colazione. L’hotel è ben tenuto e offre vari servizi. Palermo è un quartiere molto bello, ma non comodissimo per visitare il centro e il resto della città. La via è un po’ rumorosa (si potrebbe migliorare l’insonorizzazione delle stanze).

- Cosetta (7/5): Stayed one night, convenient location in Palermo, BA to visit this part of the city. Comfortable - We left very early in the morning for a flight, so the staff provided us with a bagged breakfast. Very kind of them to do this for us.

Le personnel de l'hôtel était chaleureux, disponible quel que soit le lieu (accueil, personnel au petit déjeuner ou restaurant) Le restaurant fournit de bons repas. Hôtel situé dans un quartier agréable. Muchas Gracias para todo !!!

- Jeffery (8/5): Solid 3-star in good location - Nice size & location; quiet, big rooms with comfy beds & linens, quiet A/C. Helpful staff! Breakfasts are very limited - little more than sugary pastries. Bathrooms a bit worn/tired.
