- Venture27898603251 (2/5): Nasty experience; really upsetting - AVOID - We booked this Hotel through Hotels.com as part of a multi trip from Spain to England. We specifically selected it as it was advertised as “Pet Friendly” and we have a 6 month cocker puppy. When we arrived there was a no dogs sign on the front door; I went inside and was told that our Dog (and therefore us) could only enter the Hotel via the underground car park and the Dog had to be taken straight to the room, the dog was not allowed out of the room, in any of the common areas and not even on the outside terraces. After 10 hours driving we were devastated, my wife in tears and we had no alternative but to NOT check in. We then had to drive another 2 hours to Foix where we found a Hotel which was so welcoming at short notice and they really were pet friendly. I don’t often write a negative review but this experience, in front of other guests was disgusting and really really upset us. With hindsight I expect that the whole atmosphere there would have been toxic and I’d urge travellers to give this one a miss.

- Kari (8/5): Peaceful hotel - The hotel is quiet and clean. Breakfast is plentiful. WIFI did not work in the room. I had to work in the hotel lobby.
- Henry (10/5): - At first when looking at the stairs going up and no sign of a ramp or elevator. I thought this was going to be a problem for two people in our party. After climbing the stairs and taking with the lady at front desk. Was told there was an elevator in the basement that was easy to get to with a wheelchair. A day later I talk with a maintenance person if he could come up with a step for my best friend to step up into a rental van. Later that day he came by with a simple but great idea. He had cut down a plastic pallet. It worked great! Wide enough for my best friend to step on and support his weight and an easy step up.

- Mark (10/5): Great hotel in the centre of Ordino - The hotel is perfectly located near to the centre of Ordino. It is an older hotel and therefore don’t expect ultra modern, but it is very clean and comfortable, the staff are amazing and go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. the only thing that lets it down is the acoustics, we could hear the Roomes either side and above, although this didn’t disturb our sleep.
- TheAs (8/5): Hilarious waiting staff! - We stayed at the Hotel Coma in September whilst walking across Andorra. There were quite a few good bits about our stay - the friendly receptionist, the swimming pool, the balcony and view, and most of the food (we have breakfast and dinner, with the gluten free options good (if you ask)). The funniest thing were the waiting staff, who were doing their jobs efficiently but without much joy! It was quite fun having our bread rolls thrown onto our plates and grumbles from the waiter that they bought out the wrong dish! Quite why they had to memorise the dessert list and say it out loud rather than give us a written list is a total mystery, especially when most of the guests weren't Spanish speakers... We just chose the last thing they said as we couldn't remember anything else! The room was a bit dated style-wise but was ok.

El hotel esta situado al lado de la montaña y hay unas vistas maravillosas y el ambiente muy tranquilo.Tiene parking gratuito.
- Bertrand (4/5): Très déçu, beaucoup de choses à revoir - Très déçu de notre séjour. Cet hôtel a bien baissé en qualité. Des travaux de rénovation seraient les bienvenus. Dans la chambre : rideau occultant abîmé et troué, baignoire en mauvaise état. Nous avions demandé une chambre grand lit et nous retrouvons avec 2 petits lits : aucune négociation possible. Les abords de la piscine sont moyens : pas de sanitaire, cabines pour se changer délabrées. Serveur au petit déjeuner désagréable Nous ne reviendrons plus jamais dans cet établissement

- Cécile (8/5): Je recommande grandement! - Lit très confortable, situation parfaite en plein cœur du village. Personnel accueillant, gentil, disponible. Tout le monde parle français et est vraiment sympathique. Le petit bémol est que le recyclage n'a pas encore passé les portes de l'hôtel. C'est sûrement en cours!

Ordino et les environs sont très agréables.

- ToMiTu (6/5): Reasonable price and A good location. - We spent five nights in this hotel. The hotel would need a little surface renovation, because the hotel has remained in the 70s. The hotel is in a very good location if you like hiking. The hotel has a swimming pool, which the hotel also advertises on its website. However, the swimming pool is only available during the summer. Summer time is quite a relative concept. For Finns, June is summer time. Maybe it would be better to tell the months when the pool is in use. The room itself is spacious and the balcony with great views is a great addition. Breakfast is relatively expensive compared to what is offered. 10€ would probably be the right price. We visited the hotel's restaurant once and its offering was not to our taste. The staff was generally friendly. The price was quite reasonable and we were generally quite satisfied,
- happyrelaxeddudes (8/5): Delightful Experience with Great Food and Wine as Bonus - We had lunch at the Hotel Coma and the experience was so delightful that I had to write a review. The food was amazing and delicious. The wine choices were all lovely. However, the variable that made this experience so very special was the staff. Each member of the staff had a big personality and engaged in a charming way with the guests. We had a great meal, but more importantly we had a great experience in a charming village restaurant.

The staff are very friendly and they are excellent for both small and large groups. They must have excellent chefs. The small town itself is really worth seeing.

Cracked walls around window, broken lamps in room, stains on walls etc. Everything has seen used lots over the years & in need of a good update. Requested a double bed but had twin beds that seperate when sleeping on shiny floor. Very clean, good views, ideally located for hiking. Suited our needs very well, luxury jet bathtub. Could be about £20 cheaper until upgrades happen to improve tired areas in room. Still it was comfortable & friendly.

- Dhd72 (8/5): Great views but get a balcony - Beautiful location with great views of the mountains. I really didn’t use the pool, tennis courts or mini golf. The tennis court looked a little ragged. Our room was on the top floor wish we had a balcony room. The room had no ac and didn’t open very well. It was hot just make sure your window opens all the way. The breakfast was good and a lot of selections. The staff was attentive and was helpful with suggestions. Check out was easy and parking was no problem.

Añadiendo de que las cortinas estaban rotas y con ácaros… El soporte de la alcachofa ducha roto . Ventanas lavabo en mal estado , en general bastantes detalles por cuidar. Para rematar hay…( porque no creo que nadie se de cuenta…) y seguro que ahí sigue, un pelo largo pegado al techo de la habitación. Eso si, la Tv muy bien, pantalla de 43” ( en una habitación que hay 4 camas puestas en paralelo y 2 no pueden verla ) raro no? Teníamos que haber pedido un cambio de habitación pero llegamos casi de noche y solo era para un día más.

- L7613PTjohnh (8/5): Restaurant - Marvellous - Hotel poor - Please read - Hotel - location perfect, grounds pleasant, parking good. There is a leak in the ceiling of the bar. Room 104 - wardrobe doors jammed shut, curtain torn, spa bath not working, numerous areas on the wall needed repaires. However, the room was SPOTLESSLY CLEAN - well done the person who cleans up. STAFF - all staff are extremely competent and highly reccommended. RESTAURANT - just excellent - 3 menus - everything we ate was well presented, imaginative recipies, great taste, excellent service. The Chef and the team are excellent. Worth putting up with the room for the quality of the staff and the restaurant.

We were in the terrace and the temperature was perfect. Very nice staff. Very peaceful and family-atmosphere hotel and restaurant

The rooms Are well appointed clean and cozy modern bathrooms w jacuzzi tubs and most rooms have a view of something,Food and drink are delicious and plentiful , coffee s made to your liking and wonderful craft cocktails served up by Luis, and others make happy hour and beyond a lively experience,breakfast which is included is excellent with a variety of hot and cold items all freshly made daily, now for the grand finale Monsa!!Im not sure I’m spelling her name right but she is the mother of all managers/ resident mom! She makes you feel like family as soon as you arrive and is available always to meet your every desire! She is knowledgeable about the country and has many suggestions of what to do and where to go,they host community football gathering and are available w d jays for dance parties and large groups! And last but not least chiki Monsa s capable assistant and friend as well!! Thank you for the time of my life
- petfriendly_8 (10/5): Highly recommend this hotel - I stayed for 1 nite only on my way to Toulouse. They gave me a big room with balcony and has a fantastic view. The bed is so comfy and breakfast is very good too. Staff were so helpful and pleasant. There's a path that I was able to hike up for about 2 hrs and it is very peaceful to stay in Ordino than in Andorra La Vella. This hotel is located in the city center and it owns a nice restaurant across the street.
