TV didn't work.

Decor awful

- Rietveld (8/5): Great value for money - Location, staff, efficiency Hallway seemed a little bit cluttered

- Stephen (10/5): Great value for money. Was comfortable and quiet in a central location. - It was the perfect location and reasonably priced. You get more than you pay for with this one. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing. All was fine and expected for the price.
- Mark (8/5): Hotel done exactly what we needed , location perfect and hotel - Location from Marble Arch perfect Deffo could do with a lick of paint and freshening up a bit as a touch dated inside
- Alexandra (1/5): It was the worst and dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. - The worst hotel I ever stayed at! It was so dirty!!
- marco (4/5): -
- Samia (9/5): -

- Benson (1/5): Worse hotel stay and the pictures should reflect the actual - The hotel is outdated and needs updating especially the shower.
The pictures on booking.com should be realistic as it shows a better room compared to reality. Room, elevator, stairs, shower room.
- Tadhg (8/5): -
- Sandra (3/5): Bearable - Comfy clean bed No breakfast available even though it is advertised as available. Furniture and decorating needs a lot of attention. Very old

- Des (3/5): Location is the reason I booked but the hotel was like staying in a horror movie - The best thing about this hotel is that it is located close to Hyde park and very central for tourists. It was very old the furniture was very old a lot of the furniture was broken the walls were dirty the carpets were stained the bathroom was terrible the shower didn’t work the sink had no stopper there was no aircon all in all it was horrible.

- Asrar (1/5): - the location there is mouse in the room
- Karlie (6/5): It was clean enough but it needs a lot of structural work doing to it - It was close to everywhere we needed It was very outdated and could do with a refurbishment
- rafah (1/5): - The room was cold, a lot of noise I could hear the other rooms noise, and room service woke up early morning for cleaning because there was nothing to put on the door to tell them no need cleaning, even when I informed the reception, hotel so old and it’s not like the photos at all , I was booking rooms many years with booking.com I never faced like this hotel, just the location is good that’s it

- Mary (8/5): -
- Josselin (1/5): Horrible - Emplacement Très Sale, vétuste, froid, mal géré.
- Rebecca (2/5): - It was in a good location It was a expensive hotel with no breakfast included and the shower wasn’t working and not clean and the bed was uncomfortable and our room was cold no heating so everything was a rip off
- Alsanad (1/5): -
- Ahmad (1/5): -
- Noah Rague (8/5): - Owners and workers were lovely. Location was great and convenient to everything around. Walking distance was accessible to pretty much anything. Hotel has a lot of potential. Great for price. Rooms were clean. Just older but still very cute
- Hannah (10/5): - This hotel has serious issues but I LOVED it and I will tell you why. I would call it "shabby chic".
Things are a little stained here and there. I call that character.
The first room they gave me didn't have a bathtub, just a shower. And, there was only ONE unfitted sheet on the bed. I asked about it (because I saw a bathtub in the advertisement) and they gave me another room with a bathtub, but the shower didn't work (which was fine for me).
Then, I realized the door lock didn't work and I asked for that to be fixed and they gave me yet another room that was really an upgrade! Nicer by far than any other room I saw.
Customer service here is exceptional.
They may not always understand English but they are really kind heart people who clearly want to make people happy with their stay.
There is ONE outlet in the rooms and it is nowhere near the bed. If you are like me, and you like to work on your laptop from bed, this could be a problem (and it was for me). Bring an extension cord.
The walls are thin. I made a racket until my poor sleep deprived neighbor tapped on my door at midnight and asked me to keep it down. The next night, I heard some people debating which restaurant to go to like they were in the same room as me.
PRO TIP: If you want the elevator to work, you need to hold the doors closed. If you are afraid of small spaces, note that the elevator is the size of a shoe box.
I give this place a solid 5 stars because it was so f-ed up that it is actually awesome.
- Christine (2/5): - The lift did not work, the shower did not work, the tv remote wasn’t working. Overall the hotel was in very bad repair.
- Scott (4/5): - We stayed for one night in the "lower ground" level. It was quiet and private, but access was difficult with bags. The Rose Court is functional, and bed layout was good, but is the hotel is in major need of remodel. If you need a budget location, it may work, but we won't stay again. Location was great and there is an excellent nearby restaurant for breakfast, La Masseria!
- Taylor (1/5): The island is wonderful but the hotel need to be torn down and rebuild. - We stay in #12, beds need to change they have started threading from underneath, carpet stained, bedside draws top edges tearing away, shower is fake-nothing to operate it. Vinyl on bathroom floor is raising up of floor. The hotel in perfect location so far front desk and sitting area and outside appears to be the best but the remaining hotel is truly old fashioned and needs to be torn down and rebuilt. The inside needs to be torn out and rebuild.

- Jay (10/5): - Rose Court Hotel delivered exactly what we hoped for during our stay. The location is absolutely fantastic.
The team was incredibly accommodating and genuinely friendly throughout our visit. Special recognition goes to Shashi, who provided outstanding service with a warm, professional approach that made us feel truly welcomed!
- Nuno (2/5): - It was a 1 star hotel conditions, very tight.
- Pagen (8/5): -
- ahmed (1/5): - Nothing zero , this not hotel It's shame for booking list such like this hotel

- GAMAL (1/5): -
- BERT (5/5): Functioneel - De prijs Zwaar afgeleefde kamers, slechte lift.
Smal dubbel bed, iets te kleine
bedden dus.
- Andrew (4/5): - The hotel appears to be in an incredible old Victorian mansion, but unfortunately everything is really rundown and the rest of the travelers were… somewhat interesting…
- Kato (1/5): - There are a lot of bet bugs! And very bad response of refunding.
- wesal (7/5): Nice location - Location
The view Not very clean
- Amna (9/5): -
- Junior (6/5): - It was out of date.
- Saima (4/5): I have stayed in this hotel several times, but this time I was in the smallest room, I didn’t like it at all. - Location Too small room, nowhere to put a coffee cup when you sit on bed.
- Lorna (2/5): A thoroughly unpleasant experience! - The person st reception was friendly and helpful. I am sorry to say I that I was extremely dissapointed with the state of the hotel.
I arrived at the hotel on Saturday 12th July around 9.30pm, entered through the main entrance into a large dark waiting-room where the reception was situated. The guy at reception was friendly and helpful. He directed me to a tiny lift, that I (5ft.3 and 47kg) and my small suitcase could just about fit into, to get to the 2nd foor. It is a beautiful old building, but I didn't expect it to be so rundown and unkempt!
My room seemed ok on entering but there was an unpleasant odour, that I thought was coming through the open window. But on closing the window, the stale odour was in the room.
As I looked around I began to notice grimy skirting boards that had not been cleaned for a while, dirty kettle, uncovered tea bags stuffed into a drinking glass, powdery remnants of the last guest's make-up smeared on table, the built in wardrobes (cupboards) were not suitable to hang anything in, with an old blanket folded up on a dirty floor. The bathroom was awful! It had not been properly cleaned...walls, floor, shower guard, no toilet brush, and wash basin with no plug, just a big brown hole...!
I attempted to find another hotel nearby, but by then, the remaining hotels in the area were far too expensive for the remaining 9 hrs of my stay.
I had no choice but to stay in that room. The saving grace was the television..I stayed up watching television, untill I could leave in the early morning!
A thoroughly unpleasant experience!
- Vicky (2/5): Very central to the location we wanted, lower ground is quite frankly uninhabitable , upper floor room was much more spa - Bedding. Clean, great location. Staff friendly Stayed for 2 nights and wanted to be within short walking distance of Hyde park. Room was Extremely uncomfortable on the lower ground very hot and unable to open the window. Bathroom was in a very bad state Lino flooring lifting up, unable to turn hot water bath tap off, leaking toilet and a cockroach infestation! Rat trap was seen In The outer corridor.
We were eventually offered a different room on the second floor late on the second night after refusing to stay any longer ,, this room was much better!
Why would you put people on the lower ground if you know you have a problem with crawler’s and rats? Unfortunately not a pleasant experience!
- Perrin (5/5): Passable -
- Antonio (4/5): - Hot room
Not fun working
Not repair in 3 nights.
No fridge in the room.
Poo
- Julie (6/5): Adequate hotel for an overnight - The location is great, especially for events in Hyde Park.
The bed and room were clean and tidy. The room was spacious, although elements were a little tired looking. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room which is always a bonus. The hotel is a little tired looking and could do with an update. The lift when it works only holds 2 people. There is a spiral staircase that some may find difficult to climb. Breakfast was not provided.
- Emeral (1/5): Bad - Location Stat here at your own peril.
By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
Unfriendly. Shower didn't work. TV didn't work.
Sink plug didn't work.
Plug sockets red hot and fire hazard.
How this hotel is still standing is beyond me!!
Nothing like the photos on the website.
It needs investigating.
- Jaime (5/5): Spice it up and clean it - Correct hotel in a very good location Can see why it has a four. Looks a lot worse than it is. They could spice it and clean it for no money and get a solid six
- Michael (7/5): Good - My room was small but had everything I needed as a one night solo traveller. Check in was easy and quick The towl was a yellow-ish colour, which was a bit off-putting. The bath mat was more of an outdoor mat
- Sakhrani (2/5): I’m honestly quite disappointed with our experience at BlueBuddy. While the building itself is undeniably beautiful and - The staff is very very rude The Rooms are very old and there are plugs
- Suanne (8/5): - Tired hotel needing an upgrade but amazing location.
- Nicola (7/5): Good - Location and staff were amazing Could have done with extra fans due to the heat
- Akampa (2/5): Very poor -
- Beth (1/5): Horrid, won’t be back - The location was good We could see past how dated the whole place was because we were only down for a gig for 2 nights. We didn’t stay in the hotel long enough to be able to comment on the rest of it but how old everything was certainly didn’t make the place feel clean or well looked after. Then we went to go to bed and all 4 beds were crawling with bed bugs. We spent an hour having to phone round different hotels in the area because there was no way we were staying there. Obviously a Friday & Saturday night stay in a London hotel so last minute wasn’t cheap. Not only did we have to change hotels at 1am we had to spend double just to be able to have a clean bed to stay in. Horrible experience in Rose Court Hotel
- William (7/5): Good -
- Zeeshan (1/5): very disappointed. I will never ever come to this hotel again - very bad rooms, Tv was broken.
Washroom door handle was broken. Spider webs on the walls and windows. The lift has spider webs.
- Csermely (6/5): Pleasant -
- Andy (6/5): Pleasant - Central No breakfast available
- Elena (8/5): Very good -
- May (3/5): Please do not choose this hotel- It is totally disgusting - I chose this because of the good location. But please do not choose only because of location, this will be your worst mistake. Hotel is totally disgusting, I still feel sick while thinking about my stay in the hotel. It is not clean at all, a few unknown red stain on the floor and the room is very dirty and dusty.
Also the dodgy lock, I did not feel safe at all in the room.
I also did not have a comfortable stay and good sleep, as I felt the bed is not clean and the room is dirty and worried someone will open the door in the middle of the night. It is like in the horror film.
There is also a dead cockroach in the bathroom.
Furniture are also very old. The room showed on the booking.com which is not the same as what I got.
- Jhon (6/5): Pleasant -
- igancio34 (2/5): Do not stay here unless you're desperate, very desperate - stay away from this hot is my best advise, they gave me a room with a whole in the window, the furniture was rotten, the water barely worked, the attention from the staff was even worse, the Indian man told me to close the curtains when i told him i had a whole in the window, called me a liar and said that he was only going to change me to a single bed room when i paid for double, everything was dirty and not very appealing in general, i am very surprised they have 2.4 stars they should have 0.
- Steven (10/5): - Leisure visit
- Kristiana (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was good, lovely staff.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Very dirty rooms won’t ever go back. The bed had hair, towel smells bad and the room was dusty
