Amir, Walter and Edit went above and beyond to make us feel special from the welcoming to the last day when we forgot some documents at the bedroom. We got an upgraded room with a balcony which was really nice. The breakfast was very good. It had almost everything but nothing hot. The toilette paper was terrible.

Das Personal gibt sehr gute Tipps, wie man bequem zu den Punkten kommt, die man sehen möchte! Man hat in diesem Hotel immer das Gefühl willkommen und Interessiert an den Gästen zu sein! Das Zimmer ist angenehm, der Balkon eignet sich gut für einer Erholungspause oder einen Absacker. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut!

- Ioana (9/5): A welcoming stay with exceptional service and a prime location. - We were pleasantly surprised by the warm and attentive service—the staff kindly accommodated us with an early check-in and were especially considerate of our one-year-old baby. The breakfast was good, offering great quality. Throughout our stay, the staff was consistently helpful and eager to assist. The location is also outstanding, making it very convenient to explore the area. While the hotel is comfortable and well-maintained, the overall design and facilities feel somewhat dated and could benefit from a more modern touch.

Udvalget rigtig fint, men det bedste var hende der stod for morgenmaden. Hun var bare den sødeste, mest opmærksomme person. Personalet i receptionen var også meget hjælpsomme og søde.

Gutes Frühstück, bequemes Bett, Safe und Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer. Personal war nett. Nachts ist es extrem laut, unter dem Hotel ist ein Mc Donald's, der sehr lange offen hat, und auch sonst ist es eine sehr belebte Ecke. Die Leute sind die ganze Nacht unterwegs. Bei offenen Fenstern kann es also schwierig werden mit Schlafen. Aber da kann das Hotel nichts dafür.

- Florence (7/5): C’était bien malgré le bruit la nuit - L’hôtel est très propres, les chambres sont confortables. Le petit déjeuner très varié et le personnel très gentil. Le seul soucis mais qui est important. Les chambres donnent sur la rue et l’hôtel au dessus d’un Mc Donald ouvert très tard 3h du matin avec des tables dehors. Malgré le double vitrage , c’est très compliqué pour dormir. L’hôtel vous donne des boules quies mais ça ne suffit pas malheureusement. C’est vraiment dommage car sinon situation est très bien.

Нам очень понравилось в этом отеле ,расположение шикарное все в пешей доступности достопримечательности,магазины,рестораны,кафе. Когда мы снова будем в Милане остановимся только в этом отеле!!! Нет такого! Все отлично!
