• Diego (10/5): Organizado. - Hotel simples, mas bem organizado. Limpeza dos quartos todos os dias. Os funcionários prestativos e educados. Os quartos e banheiros são um pouco pequenos, mas estava dentro do esperado pelas pesquisas que fiz antes de reservar.
• Susan (7/5): Great location, lovely staff, rooms quite small - The location was perfect, near the city center but far enough away to be quiet. Loads of restaurants and coffee places nearby. The neighborhood felt very safe and clean. The people at the hotel were lovely and the hotel is clean and cozy. I shared a room with my sister and niece and we are all plus size. For us, the room was too small. We had too little space for our things and had trouble moving around in the bathroom. Not an issue for everyone, but if you are with more than two people and bigger-than-average, be warned!

• Susan (9/5): Clean, quiet and friendly. - Very clean and quiet stay. Tea,coffee, sugar, milk, hairdryer, fan heater, towel rail, clothing rail, shampoo/shower gel, towels, fans. Friendly staff. Stayed one night and spent very little time in the room as exploring London. Located on a quiet street, Nisa and shops close by, pub on the corner serving nice food- The Westminster. Walking distance to Victoria bus/train stations 10-15 mins away. Would definitely book again. The bathroom was quite small, fine for most people but if you are on the bigger side you may struggle a bit. The room was quite hot but it was an unusually hot April day and we had use of two fans and could open the window. Very pleasant and reasonably priced stay for London. We booked during the London marathon so prices slightly higher than usual. The area felt safe and was well lit. Located on a clean street which is full of other hotels. We were in bed 10pm and left at 9am and felt safe in the hotel. There are two internal doors to reception and then your own door is lockable too. Nothing, we were happy.

Beds were comfortable and the room was nices and cosy. Everything was perfect we will be back hopefully in the Summer

Consiglio per: 1) rapporto qualità/ prezzo ( a mio avviso ottimo considerando i prezzi di Londra) 2) posizione (strategico e vicino a 2 snodi principali di metro e Bus: Victoria Station e PLIMCO) e per 3) cordialità del personale: estremamente sorridenti e molto disponibili (PS. per italiani che parlano inglese so and so... c'è anche una receptionist che parla in italiano) tutto perfetto

Our bedrooms were ready early so we didn't waste time to enjoy our weekend. We were allowed to keep also the key so we don't have to disturb anybody. I really recommend this hotel

• Nerissa (7/5): My stay was good and met my needs for 2 nights. - The staff at the establishment consistently demonstrate politeness and kindness, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. I would like to extend a special thanks to Tammy, who has gone above and beyond in her role; she was not only incredibly helpful but also took the time to assist me with my luggage, making my arrival much smoother. Her cheerful demeanour and willingness to lend a hand truly stood out. Overall, every staff member I encountered was equally kind and attentive, contributing to a pleasant experience during my stay. Just a little downside on the floor. It creaks when I walk; it needs a little TLC. Perhaps a sound check and a little hammering to tighten the floorboards.

• Federica Maria (10/5): Sono rimasta davvero molto soddisfatta e tornerò sicuramente. - Ho soggiornato in questa struttura dal 7 all’11 gennaio; eravamo in tre persone e sono rimasta super soddisfatta della scelta. Al momento della prenotazione avevo richiesto una stanza al piano terra o al primo piano per alcuni problemi di deambulazione di mia madre. Inizialmente la stanza assegnata era al primo piano, ma la signora alla reception è stata estremamente gentile e dal secondo giorno ci ha cambiato stanza, assegnandoci una quadrupla, venendo incontro alle nostre esigenze. La struttura è ben tenuta, le stanze venivano pulite ogni giorno e il personale è super gentile e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. In camera erano presenti due stufette nel caso si sentisse freddo, un piccolo vassoio con tè, latte e caffè, e i letti erano molto comodi e caldi. Il prezzo è adeguato alla zona in cui si trova la struttura. Sono rimasta davvero molto soddisfatta e tornerò sicuramente.

Letti comodi e ambiente caldo La pressione della doccia era molto bassa e la luce del bagno si è fulminata. Ma tutto aggiustabile se lo fai presente. Stavamo all’ultimo piano (4), senza ascensore,ma con due valigie piccole ce l’abbiamo fatta.

Hacía mucho frío en la habitación, el jabón que ponían eran sobres de muestra y puse la toalla en el suelo cuando estaba sucia para que cuando limpiaran me pusieran una nueva, y lo que hicieron es poner la misma encima de la bañera. Me parece que hay poca higiene.

• Simões (7/5): Curta mas memorável - A localização foi impecável. O serviço e a disponibilidade para a nossa chegada tarde também foi 5 estrelas. Os empregados foram muito simpáticos. Realmente para o pouco tempo que ficamos, correu tudo bem e foi tudo bom! Recomendamos para viagens de curta duração! O quarto podia ser melhor e a casa de banho é pequena que nem cabe duas pessoas ao mesmo tempo. Falhou certos itens/serviços, como secador de cabelo, local para deixar a mala ou pendurar o casaco, que por sorte o nosso quarto tinha uma cama a mais que fez de "armário".

On entend les portes et les voisins marcher à l'étage de dessus. Impossible de dormir ! De plus, le matelas n'est pas confortable et la chambre est bien plus petite que ce qu'il parait sur les photos. Beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c'est.

• Alice (7/5): Un buon soggiorno per un weekend a Londra, con qualche aspetto da migliorare - Abbiamo apprezzato molto la location (molto vicina ad una stazione della metro ed anche alla fermata per i bus) e lo staff, molto gentile, in particolare una menzione speciale alla giovane ragazza (di cui non ricordiamo il nome) che parla molto bene italiano. La struttura internamente sembra un po' datata: questo non è l'aspetto negativo, ma dalle foto non si evince questo aspetto. Purtroppo non ci è stato possibile lasciare i bagagli il giorno della partenza (mentre è possibile lasciarli il giorno di arrivo in caso di early check-in, senza supplemento, il che è molto apprezzato). Questi commenti non vogliono essere una lamentela, ma vorremmo che fossero considerati come suggerimenti per migliorare. Considerato quanto sopra, il prezzo della camera è risultato essere un po' alto rispetto alla "qualità", ma lavorando io stessa in un hotel comprendo che il prezzo alto sia dovuto in particolare alla stagione (Dicembre e weekend considerato festivo/ponte in Europa). Le mie amiche ed io ci auguriamo di poter tornare presto ed apprezzare ancora di più la struttura!

• Anna-Maria (8/5): - The hotel is in a great location, the view from the window is beautiful, the street is very lovely and not as loud as other central areas - quite quiet in fact during the night. The neighborhood is also lovely, within a five minute walk there is everything you need - grocery shop, pharmacy, places to grab food, etc. The room itself was quite nice and cozy, I felt great being there. The staff were lovely especially the Polish lady at the front desk and the cleaning ladies, they made sure everything was alright with my stay and were checking in quite frequently. I would have liked if there was a bit more storage space, like a cupboard, or another shelf or two in the bathroom. As I was there for a longer stay, I didn't have much space to put my belongings. Additionally, I needed a fridge to put some medicines but the hotel (not only the room) did not have one which was a bit inconvenient.

Una posizione comoda per qualsiasi meta nel centro di Londra. L'ultimo piano dove stavamo noi godeva di ottima vista e la stanza era confortevole e pulita ma l'hotel è senza ascensore e quindi un pò faticosa da raggiungere a piedi.
