- Jaume Navarro Perelló (4/5): Relación calidad-precio terrible. - Lo que más se puede llegar a valorar de este sitio es la atención. Rápidos y amables, pero ya está, nada excepcional realmente. La relación calidad-precio es terrible. Inflan el precio en función de la demanda y no se puede coger por ningún lado que te cobren 68 euros por; una cama en una habitación compartida en la cual el aire acondicionado está completamente bloqueado, no tienen dispensadores de jabón en la ducha, hay que comprar las toallas a parte y el cojín de la cama es tan sumamente delgado/carente de soporte, que te cunda más ponerte una caja de pizza bajo el cuello para poder dormir. La peor noche que he pasado pernoctando con diferencia.

Bem na frente tem mercados e padarias. Não sei o que rolou, mas minha pizza sumiu de um dia pro outro, não sei se foi alguém do meu quarto ou o pessoal da limpeza.

Like you need to be flexible to sit back up (I’m 178cm and 90Kg for reference). - Loads of technical problems with the (paid) locker system. The staff was helpful, but I was still a chore to deal with. - Pretty long cues to talk to staff (20 min average for me). - Some inconsiderate people in dorms. Maybe staff could periodically warn loudspeaker after 10:30?

Possibilità di prendere le bici (noleggio) dentro albergo. Bar e sala living al piano terra. Custodia bagagli a pagamento. Servizio bar e staff molto "freddi" e poco accoglienti, si nota che sono abituati a gestire tanti gruppi e turisti di pochi giorni.

Booking tells me the property has to issue the refund. It has been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back from any, and still haven't got my money back

- Harnish (4/5): Avoid unless absolutely necessary - Good location Uncomfortable beds. I requested the bottom bunk when I booked (over a month in advance) but this was not fulfilled. Lockers are under the bed so it’s not easy to access them and you end up making so much noise which disturbs everyone else in the room. The bathroom and toilet space is so small. There were no tables or chairs in the room so if you’re on the top bunk, you really struggle to just go through your own bag etc. just a poor hostel overall, I was disappointed.
- caroline (2/5): A horrible experience - The bedroom looked nice I didn’t like that the property having known that I’m a wheelchair user who needs accessible toilet and shower put me into a room with the toilet being in a tiny “room “ that had my knees touching the wall in front of me causing me severe pain on trying to get off of the toilet. The shower being in another tiny room with no space to drive my wheelchair into no shower seat. After 3 days and having had a soiling incidents on my nappies I had no way of washing myself with the sink being in the bedroom offering me no privacy as it was 6bed female room open to the sink. I spoke with the staff and with the manager on the situation the would only offer me a bed in one of their accessible rooms of 8 person rooms with both men and women sharing. Having been a sexual abuse (rape) survivor I couldn’t stay in a mixed sex room due to the trauma of such abuse. I had another 2 nights left on my booking with this hostel they I had to go stay at the airport in a coffee shop for 2 nights as at least I had access to a wheelchair accessibility toilets so I could at least wash with my hands at the sink to do some sort of hygiene. They refused to give me a refund to refund me for at least the nights I was unable to stay. without showering for a whole week just disgusting. These people should not be in the hospitality industry.

Unser Zimmer war nicht rechtzeitig zur Check-In Zeit verfügbar. Zimmer sind schon in die Jahre gekommen! Boden schmutzig und verzogen. Keine Ventilation in den Duschräumen. Waschbecken viel zu klein.

- Berkcan (2/5): Great location but poor quality - 1. Good location We stayed in private room not in dorm part. In our room there was a ceiling leak and the windows did not close properly. The bathroom was not clean enough. The breakfast was poor and the staff ignored simple requests. For example, we requested the air conditioning to be turned off twice but were told it had been turned off when it had not. There was no housekeeping. The bed sheets are so odd they don’t keep the duvet inside. You have to struggle to avoid touching the duvet used by others. And there is overall a mess around the lobby all the time crowded. I would't say anything if this was a budged friendly option but for this price these are simple expectations.

Je me suis plainte de l'oreiller inconfortable ; on m'a répondu qu'il n'y avait pas d'autre solution. J'ai été surprise par cette réponse. En partant, j'ai demandé à laisser mes affaires une heure, et on m'a dit que je devrais payer. Il faut faire un effort pour satisfaire le client, pas n'importe quoi ; nous devons payer le prix.

Tuvalet kağıdı da dahil her şeyin en kalitesizi.Yatak ve yastıklar çok rahatsız.Odaya benzeyen bu saçmalığa 3 gece için 603 Euro verdim. - Carlos Augusto (10/5): Pense que seria una mala experiencia y me fui con ganas de volver, - La ubicacion bien, al ser un hotel para ¨Jovenes¨ tiene muchos locales de comida cerca y buenos. Realmente yo iba caminando siempre, no cogia transporte publico. Cogi este hotel por cercanias a mi destino diario, no me fije que era un hotel de este estilo dirigido a personas que buscan fiesta y dormir luego en literas. A pesar de esto tiene Hostel y Hotel, muy bien separado del resto de las actividades juveniles. Con lo cual dormi muy bien sin molestias, cama comoda y mi habitacion tenia una terraza exterior muy agradable con vistas a la sagrada familia que me hizo el fin de semana. Gracias Que estan siempre 50 personas fumando en toda al entrada el hotel pero entiendo que es dificil de gestionar.

- Bruno Correa (2/5): Pior que já fiquei na Europa - Nada. Acomodação caríssima! Não arrumam o quarto nem trocam as toalhas. Pedi várias vezes e, quando voltava, continuava tudo do mesmo jeito. A cama nem parece colchão, parece um amontoado de coisas, sabe? Não recomendo nem um dia pra dormir. O sabonete do banheiro é o mesmo para lavar cabelo, corpo e mãos. Detalhe não fiquei no hostel, fiquei em quarto individual com banheiro e tudo mais. Dinheiro jogado fora, zero conforto! Além de tudo, o preço é altíssimo! Péssimo dos péssimos. Não recomendo de jeito nenhum!
