- Nicole (10/5): Gutes Hotel / zentral gelegen - Das Hotel ist gut und zentral gelegen. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es hat einige Parkplätze im Hinterhof. Das Zimmer war völlig OK, ich war 2 Nächte dort im Hotek. Das Frühstück hat alles was es braucht. Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen und kann es weiter empfehlen.

- Henry (10/5): - The first night wasn’t nice. I didn’t like the room facing the unkept backyard in pitch dark. I had 2 separate booking and I asked if I could be allocated the same room throughout but she told me it is impossible. The next morning, the lovely lady in glasses did ask if I wanted the same room. I told her I want to change to another nice outlook room. She assured me she would give me a nice room and looked for a room that was vacant the previous night. After breakfast when it was quiet, she changed my room and check-in for me. The new room was excellent and i absolutely love it. It made a huge difference - thank you to the kind lady. That made my stay very enjoyable.

- Rikke (10/5): - Vi har fået fuld valuta for pengene. Hotellet ligger perfekt i forhold til lufthavnsbussen. Værelserne er fine og rummelige, sengen er god og der er masser af varmt vand i bruseren. Morgenmaden var rigtig fint med det der skal være og der var mulighed for at spise den udenfor på terrassen. Personalet er venlige og hjælpsomme. Beliggenheden er fantastisk. Der er roligt og du kan købe ind og veksle penge indenfor 5 min på gåben. Mange af seværdighederne er i nem gåafstand. Vi kan kun anbefale at bo her.
- douglas (10/5): Ótimo lugar para ficar em Tirana - Localização excelente. As principais atrações turísticas estão muito perto . Dá pra ir a pé . No máximo uns 800 metros de distância. Recepção atenciosa. Vaga pra estacionar com pagamento de 5 euros por noite. Café da manhã farto , frutas, verduras, queijos, presunto e salame , sucos, ovos frios , pães , panquecas, geleias. Tem uma casa de câmbio com western union na calçada da frente .

- john (10/5): - I had a great stay, staff was very helpful, and very close to drop off point for the AirPort Express Bus. Only a 3 minute walk to the new Bazaar. Would stay here again. Only a 12€ ride to the airport as well.
- Jonathan (4/5): - None of the listed phone numbers for the hotel worked. I was extremely disappointed with the staff. They wouldn’t book me an airport transfer because, they said, it was “difficult” due to traffic issues (I had to do it myself.). They wouldn’t honor their policy around shortening my stay and insisted on charging me for 6 nights, despite their policy stating otherwise. I asked where I could get laundry done and they didn’t know, told me to wait a day until different staff came in. The room itself was very clean so they get credit for that, and the location is convenient. But I would never stay there again.

The team were very responsive. They even replaced the fridge with a brand new one on the spot when they found it wasn't working.

- Daniel (8/5): Wonderful overall stay and well located - A well situated hotel with lots of bars, restaurants and Tirana's tourist attractions within walking distance. The staff were really helpful, booked me a taxi to the bus station and kindly printed out my bus ticket for 50 cents. Only small criticisms were that the toilet seat was cracked and the walls could've done with a lick of paint in places. Despite this, the breakfast bar was well stocked and delicious; I will hopefully return.

La salle du petit déjeuner à le charme d’une cantine.

They have no facilities to book a tour and it seems that Tirana or perhaps the whole of Albania has no tour buses to go to different areas as there are old archaeological sites, however i could not use them. No pick up in hotel when I tried viator for a trip however I had no idea how to get there. You have to be born there to ho to different places. Sad though as the infrastructure is still well behind the rest of Europe. Just did Tirana.

- Gregory (8/5): Good centrally located hotel - Nice central location. Decent value for money. Nice spread at breakfast. The only issue was that the walls are quite thin and the rooms and hallways are all hard surfaces, so noises from other rooms and people closing the doors can be heard.

- David (10/5): Excellent - Albania was a new country for me but it proved a great place, really helped by Hotel Vila e Arte. Hotel is in supurb location, just a minute from the main square but tucked away from the busy roads. I think I saw a different receptionist everyday but all were friendly, helpful with questions & requests & all spoke English brilliantly. The room was cosy, the fridge was useful and the few knocks to the paintwork & fixtures could be forgiven. Wifi worked well & there was very thorough housekeeping daily. I did occasionally hear fellow guests talking noisily in the corridors but not a sound once they were in their rooms. The included breakfast was good, plenty of choice, fresh fruit, pancakes & pastries. Overall I felt I was treated very well & would strongly recommend.

It's in an excellent location, just a few minutes from Skanderbeg Square and the square where you can catch a city bus. In the other direction, just around the corner, are lots of little restaurants and the bazaar. The patio is a lovely place for breakfast if the weather is nice. The breakfast is great, with lots of variety. And there is an elevator, unlike some places I stayed in Albania!

Quiet place in a bustling city. Walking distance to the New Market, natural museum, opera house and Skenderbej Square. Breakfast very good and wine in the evening on the quaint patio. Definitely recommend!

The room was comfortable, AC was working fine, breakfast was good and could be served outside which was really nice. Just a few steps from the main square. Parking is a bit difficult but they do all they can to park as many cars as they can.

Very convenient location right in the city center and walkable to all the major sites and popular areas that you would want to visit. We missed our first flight and wasn’t able to make it for the early hours check-in as planned. But thankfully, through Expedia we were able to communicate with the hotel concierge and explain the issue. They said they would happily wait for us to arrive. The breakfast every morning was delightful. The rooms were clean and organized in a comfortable and orderly manner that allowed us to enjoy our stay even more. I would come back to this hotel 10x over. Thank you for such a beautiful week.

Parking was a bit intimidating in the morning and we were worried we may be locked in when trying to get out, however, the owners and staff made sure that didn’t happen! Breakfast in the morning was really great.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Basic good hotel - Nice, basic hotel. Spent one night and it served our needs. Room was clean and fairly modern. Some bedside lights would have been nice. Only light source was the ceiling light. Modest Albanian buffet breakfast but alright. Location was very good, close to where airport bus stops.

- Shteryo (8/5): Stay at Vila e Arte hotel. - We had the pleasure to visit Tirana for a conference. We booked Hotel Vila e Arte for our stay. The hotel is perfect place for visitors that want to experience the spirit of the capital of Albania. It is situated downtown, right at the heart of the city. There is a free safe parking for cars. The staff of the hotel is polite and helpful. It is clean and breakfast food tasty. Strongly recommend for both short or long stay visitors. Shteryo & Milena Sofia, Bulgaria
- Kristine (10/5): Really nice place, super friendly staff! :) - A really nice hotell for this price range. Clean, comfortable beds, functioning AC, quiet neighbourhood at the same time as it was superclose to the centre of the city, the Skanderberg square, about 7 min walk. I really have to praise the staff! Absolutely every single one we met; the waiters, the house cleaning staff, the manager, the clerk, everyone seemed sincerely, genuinely friendly and smiling! They made us feel very welcome, which means the world to us when travelling. I will definitely stay here again if I return to Tirana!

- Rosa (8/5): Great stay ! - The manager and his dad were great, we even rent a car with them!! Breakfast was basic but they have great coffee . Room was nice and clean, bed very comfortable. In fact we stayed there the first night I arrived to Tirana, and stayed again!! There is a nice street with restaurants and a market nearby. All the attractions are on walking distance. Inclined 5 minutes from the bus that takes you to the airport. Great and convinience.

- Vedat (6/5): Not quite happy with the room. - Room was very small. We could hardly set and open our suitcases even we had only 2 cabin size luggages. In the bathroom there was no hanger for towels, you cannot find any place to put towels when having shower or washing hands. Bed was not king size as it was explaned on Internet. It was ordinary size double bed. The guy at the reception forgot to send room extra duvet. We asked to night shift and he brought wet and unironed duvet. Of course we could not use it. The pillow was thick, spare ones too. I would not recomment this Hotel. Because does not fit with the price. The only the good think I can write is breakfast was sufficent.

- Angelika (10/5): - Ein sehr sauberer Unterkunft mit freundlichem und hilfsbereiten Personal der in natura besser aussieht als auf dem Foto. Das Hotel liegt im in Hof daher sehr ruhig und man kann beide lieben mit offenen Fenster schlafen ohne als Mann von Straßenlärm belästigt wird. Noch zu erwähnen ist zentrale Lage alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar Gastronomieangebot ist riesengroß und von Flughafenbus 3 Minuten zu Fuß daher bei an und Abreise ist man nicht auf teure Taxifahrt angewiesen ich vergebe dem Unterkunft 5 Sterne und empfehle es sehr gerne weiter

The location is very good, the hotel is in the center within walking distance to the best attractions. I highly recommend this place.
