gerhard (2/5): Erg slecht hotel voor een hele hoge prijs zeker geen 4* waardering waardog - Slechte bereikbaarheid zelfs voor de grabb kon het hotel niet vinden vooral zeer zeker niet rolstoel toegankelijk en veel te duur in vergelijking met wat je krijgt het ontbijt oude droge broodjes alles wat op is wordt om 8:30 uur al niet meer aangevuld want je kunt maar ontbijten tot 10:30 uur erg slecht !!! het servies drie kopjes pakken omdat er bruine aanslag inzit voordat je een schoon kopje hebt om koffie in te schenken hygiëne is heel erg slecht voor dit hotel

Carina (7/5): - I loved the location. Walking distance to Central World. The price of a twin room in Booking.com is about ₱30,000 for 5 nights. Price of a king bed room is ₱58,000. The rooms are exactly the same size except the king bed room I booked had breakfast for 1 person. The price of a twin room with breakfast in Agoda is ₱31,000. ☹️

Breakfast was delicious and options changed each day. Location was perfect for shopping lovers! Could walk to a lot of different shopping areas and only a short tuk tuk away from other attractions. Will miss this place and will book again my next trip in Bangkok.

Cheryl (10/5): I am impressed. - The staffs was responsible and diligent. I asked for extra towels and was delivered to my room within the next 7 mins. Housekeeping was good and i am very impressed that could even request for change of bedsheet every day. This is the first time i came across a hotel which gave that extra service to customer. Well done. The aircon is too strong and cold. Even we off the aircon in the night, we are still feeling cold in the room. The bath robes in the room should be changed after wear instead of hanging back. They should provide suitable size or rather allowed change of slippers in the room according to customer's size.

jtiaaa (10/5): Great hotel at the heart of the shopping district! - Hotel is right in the heart of Pratunam shopping district, it's diagonally across to Platinum mall. There's a link bridge that connects Platinum to centralwOrld and other malls. Right next to the hotel is the 100 baht shop, the one-stop solution to your souvenir needs. There are clothing shops located in the same building as the hotel itself, with Starbucks and McDonald's too. The pillows were very thin and uncomfortable. However I requested for the harder pillow option that they have and instead of swapping the pillows they initially gave me, they just added on extra 2 pillows so we ended up with 6 pillows instead! I wish they have a foam memory or a more ergonomic pillow though.

Concierge and butler were friendly and helpful - they helped us with our bags quickly and with big smiles. Also took time to check with us if the stuff left behind in our room were intended to be left behind. Transport desk was helpful enough - took the trouble to find a bigger van for us so it will not be a tight fit. They could have given us a van just for 10 but they went the extra mile without charging us more so we are grateful. Room is spacious and bright. Breakfast is a good spread for the price (there is a -100THB promo if paid during check-in). There is a massage place at hotel lobby which is too open for our liking - people using the lifts can turnaround and see those on massage chairs. The same massage company has a more private area on the 6th floor which is easy access. They have a big team and can do massages at late hours. Cons : We were not aware of the major road constructions at the entrance of this hotel so we got a shock when our van transfer drove into the noisy, dusty, aesthetically unpleasant small road. This was not on the hotel website. We communicated with the hotel several times before confirming our booking as we wanted to check the building has been cleared to be safe after the recently earthquake. Indeed, the building was safe. During these communication, we didn't ask (because we didn't expect and didn't know) and the hotel did not mention about these major road works. The construction works were unpleasant to be near and the other entrance to the building is closed from evening. We didn't dare to try any of the roadside coffee shops or stalls by the road next to the hotel due to the dusty environment. There is no BTS station within 5-10mins access of this hotel. You need to walk or grab or rely on private van transfer. Walking back is not pleasant especially if you have shopping to carry.

Room clean and nice.. location is fantastic.. massage place good cos located at the hotel lobby very convenient.. the door man was very helpful..he advice to take tuktuk to central world instead of taxi or grab. housekeeper staff for Level 20 also good . overall we glad we choose this hotel.. we will come back again nothing..

Anggugiveuwings (6/5): Great but can be improved. - I have been staying at this property almost every time I visited Bangkok and the room experience has maintained throughout the years which says a lot to the house keeping and maintenance team. Great job there! I however experience a subpar front desk experience during this visit which was slightly disappointing - not the usual tourism standard for the land of smiles. But it is still a good value which I appreciate.

Amelia (7/5): Decent stay - The location is pretty good and there’s a massage place in the same building. There’s also shopping in the same building and there’s a night market just right outside of the hotel. The night market has pretty good food. The housekeeping is good too! The hotel is not that near to any BTS station - the walk to the nearest BTS takes about 10+ minutes. The hotel furnishing looks worn out and old. The towels kind of smell funny and looks very used.

Special thanks to Ms Anny and Ms Ging who specially arranged for chef to cook vegetarian food for one of our friends during breakfast time. They took initiative to also arranged for subsequent few days of our stay. Satisfied with their good service.
Jamie (8/5): Good for a short stay with family as it is very centrally located. - Prime location - situated in the middle of the Pratunam district. Value for money. Rooms were big. Appreciate that hotel helped to arrange connecting rooms for us as well. There was a well-priced massage parlor at the lobby which was very convenient for us. The rooms were a bit older than expected and cleanliness can be improved. But nothing major to complain about for a short stay. Also, do note that the wardrobe opens into the bathroom (it had 2 sliding doors on either side of it). Breakfast options were limited.

SOH GEK (10/5): - Located at the heart of pratunam. It is very convenient location for massages, shopping and dining. Currently there are some piping construction going on aling the main road which might create some traffic delays nonetheless we enjoyed staying here.
Mei Khey (6/5): - Not easy to spot the location for first timer. Driver follow GPS can get wrong direction or miss the turning point. It’s in between a small alley, and crowed outside, not easy to spot. You will get familiar after few times. It’s convenient if you like shopping opposite of Platinum mall.

The front office staff were unfriendly and unhelpful from the start — couldn’t even accommodate a simple 1PM late checkout (mind you, it’s just ONE hour) and acted like it was a massive burden. The worst part? The only road into the hotel is under major renovation — reduced from 3 lanes to 1 — and the jams are horrendous. Every trip in or out takes an extra 15–20 minutes just to clear the bottleneck. And guess what? This nightmare is expected to last for 4–5 years. If you’re planning to stay here anytime soon, expect frustration every single time you need a taxi or Grab. Adding to the disappointment, the hotel isn’t even close to a BTS station. You’re stuck relying on car transport — exactly what you don’t want when the roads are basically a parking lot. We asked the front desk if this massive renovation was at least reflected anywhere on their website before booking — the staff (who couldn’t even crack a smile) insisted it was. Well, we looked — and nothing was clearly stated. Had we known, we would never have booked here. Overall, between the rude service, horrible access situation, and misleading information, this hotel is a hard pass. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else — you’ll thank yourself later.
