- Trang (1/5): Will never come back. Worst stay ever! - Location Horrible stay ever! The ants full of them in the bathroom. The tib was completely molded. The ventilation of the room was so bad that it stunk and we sweated at night. The mattress stunk too. The staff was so emotionless, as if we were begging for them for something. The photos on here are lies. So watch out.

- Pia (9/5): - Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage in der Altstadt ist perfekt und ruhig. Die Zimmer sehr geräumig und werden, wenn man es möchte, jeden Tag gereinigt. Sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, waren die beiden, Cici-Chué und Nguyễn, an der Rezeption. Sie sprechen ein gutes Englisch und sind jeder Zeit, sehr hilfsbereit und aufgeschlossen den Gästen gegenüber. Vielen Dank, dem kleinen Familienhotel, für die angenehme Zeit, hier in Hanoi.

- Chen (10/5): - 有提供機場接送加價服務，很方便，地點也靠近老城區，逛街非常方便，飯店人員也非常親切，主動提供河內景點地圖及餐廳，非常感謝，性價比超高 在到機場的時候，等了一個小時的接送車，有點久，但送回機場就非常準時，所以接機的時候等比較久應該是個案（可能是忘了）

- Jennifer (7/5): Great location and quiet but best for only a couple of nights. - Location is the best thing and the staff were pleasant and reactive to any issues. The deluxe room was spacious and it was clean enough to feel comfortable. Toiletries kit supplied and even with razor like a previous cheaper hotel I stayed in near train station. They provided me with a vase I requested for my peony’s. The bed is extremely firm so not comfy at all, the toilet barely flushed (I put some toilet roll in without knowing this and it blocked, you are not meant o flush toilet paper in Hanoi city but all other hotels I stayed at had a powerful flush and absolutely no problem), it went through a rainy patch the day I checked in and room was cold and heating didn’t work on ac unit. Hot water was very limited, quick shower only. Batteries dead in tv remote.

My room was impressively spacious, much larger than average, and felt incredibly bright and airy. It was a very comfortable and relaxing space. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. Every employee was genuinely friendly, warm, and professional. They were exceptionally helpful, handling all my requests for directions and recommendations with efficiency. The combination of a great room and outstanding service made my stay exceed all expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

- Aya (9/5): - Got upgraded, spacious quiet room and a great location that's walking distance to main attractions. many places to eat as well. booked a day trip to Ha Long Bay through the hotel and it was great as well. would recommend and def come back in the future. the staff is also very helpful. nothing in particular.

- _Virginia (10/5): Excelente estancia - El personal es maravilloso, muy amables y atentos en todo momento. Ubicación perfecta en una calle tranquila en pleno centro, con tiendas y restaurantes a menos de 1 minuto. La habitación es grande y la cama muy cómoda. Mi vuelo llegó muy temprano y necesitaba descansar y pude hacer el check-in antes de la hora bajo el pago de un extra (si tienen disponibilidad) ; me dejaron otra habitación hasta que la mía estuvo preparada. Los accesorios del baño (ducha, toallero...) están algo gastados pero cumplen su función.
