• sonya (5/5): I’m still here and need a good night sleep which I won’t get - Close to the Prince of Wales Hospital as I needed accommodation for 9 nights and walking distance for me My room faces the carpark of the hotel next door lots of noise and all the lights stay on ! I haven’t slept well , maybe blockout blinds are needed !
• Matt (3/5): - The rooms were nicely furnished and clean and the staff was helpful. I was placed in a room that overlooked the street and the noise kept me awake. The following day the staff moved me to a room at the back of the hotel, and that was much quieter, however I found that the bathroom smelled. The staff cleaned three bathroom, but the smell remained. I was moved to a 3rd room that was better, but I noticed the smell again. The hotel has an issue with the plumbing that needs to be fixed. Additionally there were flies in the kitchen area and it had a similar smell, but was masked by an aromatic scent.

Very noisy - windows offered no sound insulation and our room faced the street. Could hear traffic, birds and conversations of anyone who walked past. Bed was uncomfortable - too soft and no support. Didn’t sleep well due to bed and noise.

• George Claudiu (9/5): - Great location in Randwick, very nice neighborhood. Staff was always responsive and even offered to pick up a package for me before arrival. Cleaning was good, it is not 100% spotless, but it is good enough for a pleasant stay. Close to UNSW, the hospital, Coogee Beach, easy to get to CBD. Definitely recommend this place while staying in Randwick or in Sydney in general.

Close to Uni, shops and beach The pillows were very thin. The hotel backs onto the back of the Royal Hotel. Noisy trucks and a man vomiting in the early morning.

• shirley (8/5): - Perouse Randwick was a perfect stay for being close to the hospital. It was modern, clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Dinner at the pub on the corner was really nice. Would definitely stay again if required.

• Gordon (8/5): Great affordable accomodation 15 min walk to coogee beach and tram to city - 2 min walk to Randwick tram line to Circular Quay. Trip is about 30 minutes. Many classy Cafes within 5 min walk for coffee + breakfast. 15 minutes walk to Coogee Beach - 1.5km downhill. I thought it was a passable walk during summer as long as you are reasonably fit. Saved a heap of money by not staying in Coogee itself, even though I was there every day. Busy area but good noise insulation of the rooms. I didn't really hear much over the course of a long weekend. View from the balconies is overlooking a carpark and the back of the pub next door. On the main road, for good and bad.

• Louise (5/5): Wouldn’t book unless you’re stuck - Location Tiny dark dungeon room with next to no natural light. Tiny bathroom with a leaking shower tray so the floor was constantly wet. I didn’t like having to pay outside of the booking.com service when this is what I booked through, it felt uncomfortable

• Georgia (10/5): I loved my time here and will book again on my next work trip! - The rooms were of exceptional quality, including the bed, TV and bathroom. It was very clean. Prime location, with plenty of food within short walking distance. The staff were very lovely and accommodating.

• Danny (2/5): Not safe or worth it - would only stay there if I desperately needed to bein that location and no where else was availab - The location is the only thing good I can say Overpriced, very very very small rooms with poor designs of the tiny bathrooms which make it very hard to wash your face or clean your teeth without flooding the bathroom. . No staff or security after 8pm and one night we had a drunk guy smashing the front door for 30 minutes from 11:45pm which was loud and dangerous. We heard staff being rude to customers. People talking loudly in the hallways throughout the day. Air con in poor condition too.
