• Kimberley (10/5): - Excellent location, clean room, friendly staff, small kitchen and laundry downstairs. There isn't a lift to get to the top floor, so if you can't use stairs you will have to notify them when booking to ensure your room is ground level.
• Cian (1/5): So bad I refused to stay after seeing the room. - The property was filthy, it had a really bad mould problem and it smelled damp and generally unhealthy. The bed linen was dirty, the bed head had mould growing on it, there were gnats flying around the room, there was dust and dirt everywhere. I refused to stay there and the property management refused to give me a refund despite seeing the photos I took of the room. They called me a while after I left to offer me another room but it was too late and I had made other arrangements by then. I wouldn’t have stayed in any of the rooms even if it was free. I’m very dissatisfied that they would not give me a refund, it’s totally wrong to essentially steal peoples money like that.

• Annita (6/5): Great location but noisy upstairs so minimal rest - Great location close to hospital Room upstairs above the room were extremely loud and noisy, not allowing a decent rest prior to hospital admission.

• Andrea (5/5): Forgo this accommodation - I liked that the hotel room was spacious. It worked for 2 people So many things - It felt dirty. The bedsheets felt gritty. There were ants in the bathroom. The hotel ALWAYS smelled. The front desk was never accessible. They had a sign saying to call their other hotel reception after hours, and they didn’t answer, to leave a message and they’d call back. It was very difficult to get ahold of them and then they wouldn’t call back after messaging Coin laundry & the hotel wasn’t very cooperative in giving me coins in exchange for visa payment. I’m international and didn’t have cash. I was staying there over a week, literally WALKED to one of their other hotels for customer service, and they were so unhelpful. I’m the customer here, and laundry is only $3 - just give me the coins? The neighborhood was also gross. Do not stay in randwick if you dont have to.

• Jordan (7/5): Great stay for the racecourse or events. - Location fabulous! Easy to get to and easy late check in. Good value for money. Bed was uncomfortable, parking scarce around properly but parking garage a short walk away.

• Roxane (8/5): Lovely stay right next to The Spot! - Great location, next to the hospital, High Street, Belmore Rd and 2 minutes walk from The Spot! The room was spacious, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The TV was smart so I could quickly login to Netflix etc. The only thing I can think of is that the windows couldn't open - would have been nice ti have some fresh air in the morning. But wasn't really an issue since the room was clean and smelled nice.

On the website it said a 2 pm check-in and I couldn’t get in until 4 and I was sent an email letting me know when my room was ready. I had to call. I stayed 2 nights and my was not refreshed giving me clean cups or top up of teabags etc

• Elizabeth (4/5): It’s fine as a last resort. - Great location TV and air con worked perfectly fine The styling and colours they’ve chosen were quite nice. It felt like a backpacker hostel. Bathroom not cleaned properly, hairs on the floor, leaking plumbing. Barely cold mini bar fridge in a cupboard on the floor. Outrageously expensive for what you got - SOOOOOOO overpriced!! Won’t be recommending or returning

We had a early morning appointment at The Prince of Wales - The room was small but clean and located on ground floor so no stairs and within a short walk to Restaurants and Prince of Wales Hospital. Room was a little small. Bathroom had a couple of broken tiles in shower.

• Magnolia (9/5): Convenient location and great customer service - My one-night stay was really convenient -walking distance- for the university and hospital where I had meetings. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful with information. The room was perfect for my business needs and wel lit, the private bathroom had toiletries and everything was clean. A/C was functional Being so central on Botany St I could hear a little traffic noise at night which interrupted my sleep a couple of times. But the bedding was really confortable.
