- Tiolina (4/5): Hard bed - Nice hotel, looked good, good view, convenient location (without knowing too much about bangkok) The bed was so hard that I did not sleep all night. The pillow was too thick. I sometimes sleep without pillow instead, but this didn't work as the bed was too hard. The loud AC and some other sound from outside also made it harder to relax.

The pool isn’t accessible it’s still being built and the pictures to not replicate what you walk into regarding the rooms. Mattress are terrible - we asked to change the room and they were the same. We’re not fussy customers but it really needs some love and care thrown at the building. Shower head was broken and bedside table with coffee marks etc… however we couldn’t complain about the cleanliness.

- jason (2/5): Survival Mode - Probably as low as hotels go. You get what you pay, and compromises were not only at every turn, but always in your face. I needed to extend my stay in Thailand because a flat renovation delay prevented me from returning to Fiji as scheduled. I selected budget hotels for a month in Bangkok, splurging some weekends at moderately expensive ones. The first hotel was poor, with my window overlooking a couple levels of a parking garage, and the second was little better and out of the way. At the third rooms had not windows; guests learn only after arriving. I attempted to find Hotel Win Long on my own, looking for an OYO sign. I came close with the help of navigation and getting directions from scooter drivers. But to find the hotel required getting a taxi, with the driver going by building numbers and street names/numbers, turning at a small sidewalk sign reading "Win Long Place Hotel" down an alleyway with the building hidden from street view and a small "Oyo" sign by the door. The picture is deceptive, taken from one side of an alley. The building is old, maybe 1950s, with air conditioners, refrigerators and TVs out of the 1960s and 70s. Bathrooms are antiquated, with running toilets. In the "Superior Rooms" in a separate building constructed early this millennium, TVs and refrigerators are more contemporary. but if you choose to open windows there are no screens. If you like rugged nostalgia, stay here. For me, it was the happiest ever checkout.

- Vladimir (2/5): TERRIBLE WIFI. RECONSTRUCTION. POOR STAFF. EVERYTHING IS PROBLEM IN BATHROOM. WEAK AIRCON. - Location is my favourite in Bangkok and this is the only reason why I stayed un this hotel, but never more. There is no wifi. It exists sometimes, but does not work ever. Aircond is very weak and cannot manage the heat even during a night. Staff. These people have no idea of what hospitality is. All time you feel yourself a trouble boy in front of school director, while I do not need sny special treatment, just be normal. Hotel undergooes refurbishment and they don't do it on separate floors like normal hotels do. They do it next door to your room. Breaking furniture, floor tiles, knocking the walls. When I asked to stop this hell, workers pretended they don't understand me. When I insisted and said, I will call police, they called manager. She said that she is going to relocate us to another building. No thank you. We have a lot of luggage, unpacked stuff it's not funny at all. Just stop it. What you expected, when you accomodated people into the room next to reconstruction work? You can only do it if you consider your guests are a cattle. No wevare not! And it was not basic room, it was slightly more expensive hiw they call it "larger" room. In our "larger" room water in toilet ran non-stop. Tab was clogged. Water in shower suddenly stoped for several minutes every time you are coveted by soap. When we checked in, fire alarm was beeping and instead of having rest after flight and sleepless night, I had to find labour workers to fix it. He did not fix it. He just took it away. Safety is first! This is my third attempt to stay in this hotel, because there are not too nany options in Bangrak area, which I like very much. Every time we had problems with wifi, aircond and even clogged draining in bathrooms. And every time I told myself that I will never come back to this hotel. Now it's 200%. I just relocated to another hotel. It's also OYO chain and I will write my review tomorrow. Because I do not want to stay here too. Something's wrong with OYO hotels.

- Robert (1/5): Very bad experience, I do not recomend. - Nothing as we could not stay there due to below. However, the location was convenient for our businees. We arrived and were greeted by a very rude woman at the reception. She never looked at us, never smiled, and made it very clear that she felt it a great inconvenience that she had to check us in. When she eventually gave us the absolute minimum attention she had to check us in, she informed us that we had to accept a twin bedroom even though we had booked a double bed. After we had objected, she eventually found a room with a double bed and proceeded to insult us in Thai (not knowing I understood Thai and my wife was also Thai). We got to the room with no assistance and discovered it was extremely dirty, filthy, uncleaned bathroom and had a very rotten odour to it. The fridge did not work, and there were stains on the sheets. We then had no choice but to check out immediately as no human being should be subject to such an environment. As we checked out, we were offered more insults from the same woman with no possibility of a refund as it was booked on booking.com with payment up front (still worth not staying there). I can not understand how this hotel can be 3 stars. I hope that people who read this will be able to avoid the experience we had to go through as there are much better hotels in the area.
- Hirsch (5/5): OK for a short stay, not so much for longer stays - They provided two bottles (600 ml each) of water every day The place is dated, too dirty, bath stinked and walls had soap rest since forever. Wi-Fi connection was unstable and internet was slow. Aircon was too loud and would refresh only half the room. Bed was big but too tough. The elevator would go only until the floor below. Laundry service rather expensive (40 baht per piece). TV had some kind of cable but all channels were in Thai, so no use. Staff (maybe owner) let their dog defecate on the lobby when I arrived.

- Hugues (2/5): The reduced price might still be a little too high for the quality of the room. - The reception staff was friendly. The water heater in the shower wasn't working. The old AC was either working strongly or not working (not sure the dust filters were clean but they were not staying in place for sure). I could feel almost every bed springs. Most furnitures in the bathroom were broken or badly renovated.
- Ravil (9/5): Choose option of a better room in the hotel - Our room had a good bedroom and a nice bathroom with shower and a bathtub. All great! The only thing that we noticed is there's no kettle in the room. If you like hot drinks such as coffee or tea, no kettle would be a no for you while choosing the hotel. The bed was quite wide, 140-160 cm, but the width of the comforter is not enough for two adults.
