- Sébastien (9/5): Un week-end au top - La personne à la réception était très agréable. L'appartement était très spacieux, propre, calme et bien placé (10 min à pied de la Sagrada Familia) Nous n'avons pas trouvé le micro onde.

La ubicación bastante buena a 8 min caminando de la sagrada familia. Un lindo apartamento. Que no tuviese recepción con personal a la hora que llegamos. Era tarde y estabamos cansados y no tener a alquien que te colabore quita puntos.

- Ariel (8/5): - La propiedad está bien equipada y tiene lo que se indica. Voy a tratar de ser proactivo con el comentario porque me llamaron para pedirme disculpas y solucionarme el problema. Creo que es complicado y deben advertir a la gente que se hospeda que circunstancialmente pueden ingresar al departamento sin autorización de quien lo está rentando, con el objetivo de chequear las instalaciones eléctricas. En mi caso abrieron el departamento estando nosotros dentro sin ningún tipo de aviso ni de autorización nuestra, como indique previamente se disculparon y obraron bien para cerrar el tema.

Somos 5 adultos y a pesar de que uno durmió en el living la estadía fue muy cómoda para todos Lo único para remarcar es que los dos baños están dentro de las dos habitaciones. Por la noche se complica para el que duerme en el living, pero para viajes en familia es un detalle menor

- Sorin (7/5): Un sejur reușit - Era aproape de Sagrada Familia 3 min pe jos, de metru și stații de autobuz. Baia din camera adulților nu era curățată după clientul dinaintea noastră, a fost foarte neplăcut, la îmbinările capacului era plin de murdărie, sertarele bucătăriei mergeau foarte greu, deja s-au deteriorat, dacă spălai la mâna ceva vase nu aveai unde să le scurgi, geamurile la tot apartamentul dau în curți interioare și nu prea vezi lumina zilei și îți dă o senzație neplăcută, în poze arată mult mai bine dar în realitate se vede uzura.

- Elyssa (10/5): Great value close to sagrada familia - Very centrally located and easy to reach using the blue metro line. The two bathrooms were great. The kitchen utensils were adequate to cook some meals. There is an elevator to reach the flat. My only recommendation would be for the property to provide one dishwasher tablet per day of staying and not only provide one.

- Stefan (7/5): Good location but low comfort - The receptionist was extremely helpful. The lockers for luggages are very easy to use. Apartment was fully equiped, including kettle, pans, coffee. The windows are of very low standard and not providing sufficient insulation, both regarding the noise and the temperature. When one person moved on the double bed, the other person felt it because of low materace quality. The 2nd bedroom does have just a very small window into an internal courtyard.

Except the machine was jammed, no key came out, and the 24/7 emergency phone number, took over an hour to help us out. We were in the hall for 75 mins with 3 kids until 1 in the morning. If you’re flight arrives outside reception hours, I would pick another place

- Linda (10/5): Local living in Barcelona - Fantastic apartment with every amenity. The terrace was such a handy spot. Reception was so helpful, especially Andy, who made our stay so easy. The area is quiet but in the middle of everything. We felt like locals during our week stay.
- Sarah (10/5): - Wonderful place to stay in Barcelona! About 5 min walk to the Metro, 10-15 min walk to Sagrada Familia. Staff was very welcoming upon arrival. They provided a gift basket of some food staples, which was fantastic, and had the apartment very clean and ready early, which was exactly what was needed after a long trip. The apartment was so very nice. It had a small courtyard patio which was perfect for sitting outside and enjoying a coffee after a day of walking and exploring. Overall a wonderful experience at this apart-hotel!

- Alexis (8/5): - There is some noise since you are in a neighborhood so bring ear plugs (we heard sirens and barking dogs each night and morning). Also, there are no blinds/curtains really so definitely bring an eye mask. The sofa bed was actually super comfortable.

Location ne correspond pas aux photos .Décu car appartement mal isolé du bruit de la rue . 1 seule chambre avec grand lit avec sa salle de bain bien mais très bruyante . 1 chambre avec 2 petits lits que l’on ne peut pas rapprocher et espace petit . Je voulais 1 grand lit . Canapé lit convertible défectueux , obligé de mettre le matelas au sol. L’équipe de l’accueil réactive pour le faire réparer mais ça n’a pas tenu . Filet garni offert en compensation . Le parking à côté bien mais 35€ la journée . Un autre à côté moins cher 24€ mais dangereux , nous avons abîmé notre voiture .

- Entela (8/5): - We loved the beautiful apartment. The kids room was a bit small but ok for a short stay. The master bedroom was lovely but we couldn’t sleep at all most of the night. The noise from the outside felt like it was coming from somewhere inside the building. During the day even though the street were more busy inside the apartment was not as noisy. The nights were quite challenging for both of us, my husband that can sleep literally anywhere was getting up through out the night from the noise. Besides that everything else was wonderful. The staff was very helpful at all times.
