Guest Reviews
- Dawn (7/5): A clean, convenient place to stay. - The location of the hotel was perfect for me - close to my friend's house - which made transportation easy. The room was very clean and everything worked well. In addition, the staff were friendly. It worked really well for me and I am very likely to stay there again. There was a good bolt on the door for locking it when inside. However, there was only a flimsy doorknob lock for security when not in the room.

Room was run down, shower head kept falling off, fridge didn't work, windows were draughty and bed sheets and towels, although clean, were discoloured.
- Karthikeyan (10/5): best -

- Verified traveler (2/5): This Isn't a Hotel - ## This Isn't a Hotel, It's a Horror Movie: A Review of My Night at the Hotel Dasaprakash
If you're looking for a luxurious weekend getaway, a romantic rendezvous, or even just a clean place to lay your head after a long flight, steer clear of the Depravity Inn – because it's more akin to a haunted house inhabited by nightmares and regret.
Let's start with the "room," if you can call it that. Imagine a dimly lit dungeon cell, only less charming and infinitely smellier. The air hung heavy with the combined aroma of damp despair and questionable bodily fluids. "Ready" is a generous descriptor for its state; more like "lightly looted by scavengers in the post-apocalypse." The bed resembled a lumpy battlefield for dust bunnies, while the "windows" (glorified cardboard flaps) offered a stunning view of the alleyway where I witnessed a suspicious transaction involving what I *hope* was just a raccoon and a discarded pizza box.
But the real pièce de résistance was the bathroom. Imagine opening the door to Dante's Ninth Circle, only with worse plumbing. Stepping inside was like entering a biohazard zone – I literally had to hold my breath to avoid inhaling the potent bouquet of mold, sewage, and what suspiciously sounded like someone's breakfast regurgitated from the depths of hell. To say there was no water would be an insult to puddles; the shower offered only the occasional ghost-like spritz of something vaguely brown.
- Satyasheel (6/5): Good food, courtesy staff but not good rooms. - The best part of the stay was the food. Though it was priced on the higher side, the quantity and quality of the food was too good. I have not tasted a better South Indian dish in my entire stay of 2 years in North Indian even in Delhi. It was simply too good. I would recommend this restaurant.
Also the staff were very polite The rooms could have been better. Towels and the bed sheets were old and torn. Had issues with water in the bathroom. A small piece of soap and shampoo which were very flimsy. Overall not a good experience of stay.
- John Robert (6/5): Very basic hotel - I was stuck for a night, so I chose to stay here as it was relatively inexpensive. The hotel is very basic, simple and dated. The room was clean, but had no window. They kindly accomodated my request to move to a room with a window. Quite noisy with sounds coming from the resturant in the same building. Okay if you're looking for somewhere for a night, but I wouldn't recommend for longer than that. In the end, I thought it was quite expensive for what you get.
- A2alam (3/5): Poor - the location AC malfunction with water dripping to the floor, non functional intercom, room not in good shape.
- Madhu (8/5): Very good - Food is really good Room ventilation is very poor
- Vinay (7/5): Good -
- 7732099988 (10/5): Exceptional - i cannot tell my stay was very little hardly 5 hours. all is good . reception and people are very professional in approach and even restaurant was very neat and good.
- Ritu (4/5): Very unhappy to see such poor rooms and such high rating. - It is good for restaurant but very poor for stay. Very small room , poor facilities and just no ventilation . room size is 8by 10 feet. Your bed is just keep 8 inches from washroom door.
- Jyothi (2/5): - Too small rooms stinky smell dirty towels and bedsheets and bed
- Mayuresh (10/5): - Excellet Service
- M (8/5): A reasonable hotel. - Fairly close to the Taj Mahal, you could walk there in 20 minutes. Hotel was adequate, room size reasonable and generally clean. They provided me with a fan heater as it was cold during my visit. Although there is a restaurant downstairs I didn't use it. Hot water took a while to get 1 bucket to use.
- Vasu (1/5): Very bad experience - Very very costly breakfast rate. Service and Hot water are very poor, need to improve
- Pranav (8/5): Very good -
- Puttaswamy (4/5): Disappointing - rooms are not good

- Verified traveler (2/5): - The wifi worked. I had to ask for the hot water to be turned on, the final evening there was none, they offered me a bucket. I had to buy my own water for coffee. Other guests very noisy, asked staff Rahul, to ask them to be quiet, didn’t happen. They also tried to open my door. Cockroaches in residence, refrigerator had to be changed twice, not working. Room renovation going on at 1230am, and paint/glue pervading my room through hole in the bathroom wall. My laundry was pressed when I asked them not to. Prior to check in, I emailed them several times with questions, no response. Check in very slow. I had to leave and check into another hotel to get some sleep and a shower
- Brian (4/5): Advertised as Luxury which it was not ! - We booked for five nights only stayed one, pillows were dirty and black with mould, the room condition was not good peeling plaster, laminate flooring peeling, dirty bathroom. This was their best room, they did offer us two others one was windowless the other a matchbox.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Extremely nice and genuine staff.
Room wss very clean, comfortable and well priced!
- Ben (10/5): Great Hotel - Clean room and fantastic staff, from the front desk to the guy who carried our bags to the room to the waiter in the restaurant, everyone was helpful and nice. Good WIFI. Restaurant was delicious.
- Jim (6/5): Slightly overpriced but overall reasonable - Rooms were spacious, however bathroom had rust building up. The water for brushing teeth in the toilet was terrible tasting, they need to install water softener. Overall it was ok
- Sanjay (10/5): It’s a nice & clean hotel , 👌 well maintained. - The hotel though small, has a very good upkeep.
Breakfast offerings are delicious & hygienic. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting for a short stay.
- trevor (8/5): Good mid-range option - This is a good mid range option. Staff are extremely pleasant and helpful, and the location is a short autorickshaw drive from the Taj. Good standard of cleanliness. The food in the restaurant is very good but it can feel a bit atmosphereless if there are not many people.
- Pilgrimist (10/5): Nice hotel to stay in Agra. - Good hotel to stay in Agra. Food is costlier but tastes good. Will prefer to stay in same hotel on next visit as well.
