Рядом парк Очень вкусные завтраки (идеальная яичница, такую делает только мой муж и ваш шеф) и приятные сотрудники. Очень странный дизайн. В душе при включении льется кипяток (номер 401) и даже слив в унитазе горячей водой. Чтобы дождаться холодной - нужно подождать пару минут. Сантехника с сюрпризом - не сразу понимаешь как включать воду) свет включается за кроватью - тоже не совсем удобно. Ощущение, что когда это был очень модный отель, но устарел Очень маленький спорт зал.

- Quasimod (2/5): „Five Stars, Open Wiring, Concrete View – and 521 Euros - One night was enough – and that says it all I chose Das Stue because it once represented everything a great hotel should be: individual, characterful, a genuine alternative to soulless chain hotels. One night was enough to realize that this reputation no longer reflects reality. The room: I had booked a suite with park view. What I got was presented as an "upgrade" – a room with miniature windows facing nothing but bare concrete at eye level. More square meters, zero quality of life. The blind motor, I was later told as if stating the obvious, had been defective for years. That anyone might find this problematic appeared to come as a surprise. The climate control: Not merely uncomfortable – the unit was open, exposing adhesive residue and internal switches. Operating it came with a genuine concern about electric shock. I have photos. The temperature trap: Open the windows and the room turns cold. Keep them closed and it overheats, because the heating cannot be turned down. The consequences for sleep quality at 521 euros per night need no further elaboration. The details: Missing toilet seat buffers. Stained walls and carpets throughout. Corridor doors that would be unacceptable even in a budget property. The spa: No staff present. Towels so small they barely qualify as sauna towels. It felt less like a wellness area and more like an afterthought. The breakfast: Many staff members who spoke no German and appeared overwhelmed. Communication was a challenge at every turn. The service: The receptionist was friendly but barely spoke German, making communication genuinely difficult. Her young colleague, however, was outstanding – professional, empathetic, exactly what this house should stand for. The response: I sent a detailed written complaint the evening of arrival. No response. The next morning the reception was unmanned. Still no response. 10 hours. I checked out after one night. The conversation: I subsequently spoke with the General Manager in person. He confirmed an ongoing renovation process – meaning the defects were known and rooms were sold regardless. What I had described as an open circuit board and a safety concern was reframed as a mere "climate adjustment issue." My request for a price reduction for a sleepless night was not addressed. The same applied to my request for a late check-out as a status member – ignored. A voucher worth 90 euros expired unused. The conversation also clarified the deeper issue: the problems are not recognized as problems. A telling example – my observation that reception and breakfast staff lacked German language skills was reframed as a celebration of diversity. That reframing, more than any individual defect, explains the state of the house. I left with the strange feeling of having to justify my complaint. Upon subsequently reviewing our written correspondence, I found that several statements made during the conversation – including several where I was told I was mistaken – were in fact contradicted by the written record. That, more than any physical defect, was the defining experience. A house is only as good as the standards its leadership sets and defends. When those are absent at the top, everything else follows. Das Stue still charges premium prices for a product that no longer justifies them. The gap between ambition and reality is not a bad night – it is a structural problem. A final note on pricing: my booking was structured as three nights with the third free. The first night – the one with the open circuit board, the concrete view, and the sleepless night – turned out to cost 485 euros plus 36 euros city tax: 521 euros in total. By checking out early due to the unacceptable conditions, I effectively lost the cheapest night and paid the higher rate. Instead of a price reduction for a sleepless night, the pricing structure delivered the opposite: a surcharge. Revenue management as a last word.

- Jan (6/5): Lage und Frühstück sind Top - Check In und Bar sind leider oberflächlich - Mixed feelings - Die Lage, die Ruhe, die Großzügigkeit des Hotels sind in Berlin einzigartig und sehr zu empfehlen! Das Frühstück und das Personal im Frühstücksraum sind super und machen Spass! Am Checkin für 2 Zimmer mit 4 Personen haben wir 4 Keycards fuer nur 1 (!) 2 Bettzimmer erhalten, das wirkte sehr skurril! Erst auf Nachfrage und Hinweis dass das wenig Sinn macht wurde das 2. Zimmer gefunden. Die Bar serviert exakt (!) ab Mitternacht nur noch Longdrinks (obwohl sehr wenig Gäste an der Bar sind) und offeriert keine (an sich sehr guten) Cocktails mehr, geschlossen wird Punkt 01.00 Uhr. Das in einem TopHotel? Warum? Jedes kleine privat geführte Hotel würde hier anders handeln. Schade, den Abend kann man hier leider nicht ausklingen lassen.

- Alexandros Angelopoulos (9/5): - The hotel is quiet and the staff is very polite and accommodating. The location is not bad, but it is not close to any station or the city center, so a taxi is always required to move around.
- Giangrande (10/5): A wonderful hotel, we will definitely be happy to come back 😊 - The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, and overall it is a very good hotel with services fully in line with expectations. A wider and more suitable selection of snacks or finger food at the bar.
- Stephany (6/5): Leider enttäuschend. Wer 5 Sterne Luxus sucht wird hier nicht richtig fündig - Das Stue liegt fantastisch, ruhig und im Grünen aber trotzdem nicht zu weit ab. Das Personal war größtenteils sehr freundlich und das Essen (Dinner + Frühstück) sehr gut. Ich habe vorab Kontakt aufgenommen und Arrangements getroffen. Cremant auf dem Zimmer, spezieller Tisch im Restaurant und Late Check-out. Leider wurde nichts davon richtig berücksichtigt. Zusätzlich war unsere Junior Suite sehr verlebt mit diversen Mängeln und als wir um Zimmertausch baten wirkte das Personal wenig zuvorkommend und eher genervt von der Bitte. - Frank Henri (10/5): - Fantastisches Hotel mit phantastischen Mitarbeitern. Sehr professionell, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist super und bietet eine tolle Aussicht über die Landschaft des Zoos. Das Essen im Restaurant und an der Bar (Snackkarte) ist vorzüglich (Sterne-Niveau), während das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis unschlagbar ist. Ich komme ganz bestimmt gerne wieder. Das ich nicht länger bleiben konnte :-)
- Unksberg (10/5): Just wonderful - Absolutely fabulous hotel ! We loved every minute we spent there . The rooms are really nice , the breakfast is wonderful and the Michelin restaurant was so nice - not overpriced, wonderful food . The staff were all super friendly and helpful . After 4 days of tourist activity we spent the last day with a lazy breakfast , couple of bubblies in the bar ,then off to the spa … relaxing day . We rounded it off with a delightful meal at the restaurant.. perfect ! We will definitely use this hotel again when we travel ( regularly) to Berlin -I cannot recommend it enough . Thank you .

The breakfast is amazing, an incredible buffet! We had dinner at the restaurant and ate very well. The location is also very good. Close to the Zoo and the Tiergarten

- Olga (4/5): Beautiful location and hotel but did not reach the 5 or even 4 star quality expected - The hotel was located inside the park, and right next to the zoo, which made it very quiet, definitely very beautiful in the spring summer months, and made it unique, one of the reasons why I selected it. The gym room was very well equipped, clean and available. The SPA area was very beautiful, and well equipped, although perhaps missing a few more chaises longues. The staff were very friendly (specially the night shift) and tried to help us the best way possible, but it seemed many issues we encountered were out of their control. Due to low occupancy we were able to get a late checkout without having to pay extra, which was very much appreciated. It seemed that the hotel has just opened after vacation, or was only partially open. The staff did not seem to know each other or their tasks, there was painters walking around the hotel, walking into the pool area etc. There seemed to have been a reduced staff also, who were not able to help us with some requests which seem relatively easy. The TV software in the room was not working well at all, and the airplay option was faulty, even after technician intervention it did not work. The AC in the room seemed impossible to turn off, and even when set on the maximum temperature it was always rather chilly. The room also seemed to have a ventilation issue, there was a persistant sewage smell present in the room. As a pregnant woman, who eats a pescatarian diet I found the off hours menu choices available at the hotel very limited, and a request for a simple grilled cheese was denied, which seems slightly odd for a 5 star hotel.

- lizabethf2016 (10/5): Berlin Gem - So/Das Stue was the oasis of our dreams. The ambience elegant and upscale while comfortable and homey. The level of service was above and beyond. All of the concierges were masters at their jobs and Mattia was especially warm and professional and made sure everything was seamless for us.We were there for the Marathon and we appreciated the personal touches by the hotel for our Marathon runner.

Delightful location— quiet and safe. Highly highly recommend. And special shout out to Joanna at check in who not only was a welcome friendly face but also an oracle as a tour guide. They did their best to take care of. We really enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying Berlin. Truly excellent.

- Adam (8/5): Get a suite or stay somewhere else - Our stay ended on a good note, but there were several issues. -Room service menu published online is outdated; half of the food was inedible. The chicken breast was old and the grossest I’ve had in my life. My husband said it was from an “aged hen” like Soviet times. -TV’s were very old and the only way to play music. It didn’t work in 2 of the 3 rooms. No PPV options or movies. - The bathtub in the first room was broken and the worn hardwood needed a rug. - The hotel didn’t have a diffuser for the hairdryer (the less expensive Hyatt had one upon request). It took 24 hours for them to tell they didn’t have one. At a 5 star hotel, I would expect someone to get it. I would have been fine being charged for it. Every morning to went to the Dyson store to dry my hair. - Room #2 the AC was broken. -Room #3 was a beautiful suite. The drapes were broken but it was fine. -the showers were great and the bidets were lovely. - House keeping didn’t refill the soaps without being asked. - The beds were manageable but not comfortable. - All the rooms were large. - The gym is a joke with a bench press, stationary bike, and ropes. -Unless you’re booking a suite, I would recommend staying at a different hotel.

- Martin (4/5): Not worth the price overall - My stay at this hotel was very frustrating. The first room I was given was extremely dirty, old, and badly maintained. I had to wait over an hour and move rooms twice before a clean one was finally found. During that time, I wasn’t even offered a complimentary coffee or water. After I left, the hotel double charged my credit card. While the duplicate charge was refunded, I received €21 less due to the exchange rate difference. So in the end, I paid even more for this poor experience — and no solution has been offered. That was the last drop to make me write this review. On top of that, the hotel is located in the middle of nowhere — which makes the high price even harder to justify. That said, I want to highlight the excellent support from guest relations manager Mattia. They handled the situation with professionalism and care, and arranged an upgraded room for me. Still, considering this was the second most expensive hotel in Berlin on that day, the overall quality, service, and location did not match the price. I wouldn’t stay here again.

- Amir (10/5): - You cannot find a bigger or nicer room than this. Just a spectacular room. The hotel is beautiful. The only complaint is with regards to the water temperature (too hot) both at the sinks and the shower.

The food & drinks in the garden were just great and keenly priced, also a restaurant there that you could book in advance for breakfast/brunch. We had a room overlooking the zoo which was lovely. Bed was super comfy. Overpriced for the room - it wasn't super luxurious and my husband stays in Berlin for work and was disappointed with the value for money. We opted out of breakfast due to the price and had some great experiences outside the hotel. Also we had to ask 3 times for the coffee machine to be mended/replaced - it didn't work dispensing warm rather than hot water.

Our room was immaculate and super comfy, and that bed was honestly the best part – we slept like babies! The service was top-class all around – everyone was so friendly and went out of their way to help. And breakfast? Amazing!
