• Martin (9/5): Will return again any time I am in KL. Already stayd twice within a month. - Great location on metro/LRT. Very helpful and professional staff. two kids 7 and 13 stayed for free. Luggage storage for nearly whole day without any problems. Bit difficult to find the right entrance to lobby even for taxi drivers.

• aphinya (7/5): - ใกล้สถานีรถไฟใต้ดิน แต่ทางเดินไปต้องเข้าไปในห้างสรรพสินค้าเหมือนร้างไปแล้ว มีกลิ่นอับทั้งทางเดิน และในห้องนอน นอนๆอยู่มีสัญญาณไฟไหม้ดังซะงั้น แล้วดังตอนตี 3 เวลาที่คนนอนหลับสนิท โทรไปหาพนง. ก็ไม่รับสาย ไม่มีการใส่ใจในความปลอดภัยของผู้เข้าพักเลย โทรอยู่ 3 รอบถึงรับสาย

• Vimi (9/5): - Loved the property and mostly everything about it. Clean, peaceful and centrally located with very helpful staff. As a solo female traveler felt quite safe and comfortable staying here. Nothing major, I feel it was a very good stay so just positive vibes.

The new room was fairly soundproof.

• Iwan Achmed Khan (2/5): Never again! - Bad experience at the hotel! The gym is under reconstruction but it is not mentioned on the website and I booked this hotel because of the gym. I only spend there 1 night in stead of 3. Also for breakfast in the morning they have an a la carte restaurant and a buffet restaurant, you can choose where you want to have breakfast but at the check in there was no choice given. Will never return to this hotel again.

• VersatileThinker (6/5): Ok stay - All basic things are good, AC is working well, good water pressure and hot water too but interiors a bit run down. Parking is convenient, nearby restaurants, not too far from the train station. Only engaged with the staff during check in, so no issues there. Check in was fast.
• Renuka (7/5): The room was okay but there is no other facilities. - The room was okay and value for the money. The lift service was good and decoration of the hotel was pretty. The staff was not helpful his name was Mr. Salleh. The parking is not free flat rate of RM 7 which you need to come reception to make payment. There is nothing around the hotel as it was a like a dead building around the area. There is no shuttle bus to KL since MCO. Their in house restaurant only serve breakfast.
