• Verified traveler (10/5): - I had stayed for 2 days. It was good for me to be able to check-in at night late. Even if I had heavy luggage, I managed to carry my luggage easily. Because there was an elevator. I was so satisfied with using the room alone at a reasonable price. If I visit Taipei next time, I will be willing to stay here again.

• Merry (1/5): Unpleasant, disappointing and waste of money. - Location I didn’t like my experience in this hotel, I’ve been traveling in different cities and would stay in a budget hotel and the experience was excellent but this hotel has unpleasant smell, bed was uncomfortable, duvet was even worn out, there were insects and rats, the staff were even confused with the payment process when we checked out we had to wait since they were not sure if we already paid, but the other staff already took our payment upon arrival. We were in a hurry to catch up with the sight-seeing bus schedule but missed and had to wait again because of the confusion that happened.

• Verified traveler (6/5): 立地は良い - 他の方が書いてるとおり、西門駅から近く行動するにも良い場所にあった。ただ、部屋ははっきり言って汚い。チェックインカウンターのある建物の前に建物だったが、１階で外の騒ぎなんかも良く聞こえて、安眠できなかった。部屋の壁紙が何故か新幹線であった。便器とシャワーが同じ場所で、臭いもあった。ベッドメーキングが午後５時頃で、出かけている時間にやってほしい。あとは部屋によるみたいだが、冷蔵庫置いてほしい。

NO ONE CHANGE MY BED THINGS. ONLY THE BATHROOM SINCE THE PRICE IS CHEAP SO I THINK IT IS OKAY TO STAY ROOM IS SMALL. ONLY CAN OPEN 1 LARGE LUGGAGE

• chiao (6/5): 帶寵物可考慮，單純住宿不推薦 - 地點方便就在西門町，要逛街或吃東西都算便利，人員服務親切，但房間有異味，且有悶悶的味道不太舒服，我們住的房間洗手台有一整道黃色污漬，看起來有點噁心，但蓮蓬頭水壓很強倒是很不錯，洗起來很舒服，早餐是隔壁早餐店的兌換券，基本上就是三明治和飲料。會選擇這間飯店是因為可以帶寵物入住，可惜後來計畫有變沒帶狗狗，如果有寵物或許是不錯的選擇，畢竟寵物飯店選擇不多，但若是朋友出遊或單純住宿，此價位會有更好的選擇。
• Roger (6/5): 交通很方便 - 酒店在市中心，交通便利，酒店服务员很亲切，很热心服务。唯一比较不便的是房间没有雪柜及衣柜，加上房间比较狭窄所以如果行李多的客人便没有空间放置物品。大致上也不错，价格再平宜一点就更好！

• MINSU (6/5): 친절하지만 애매한 숙소 - 객실은 꾀 큰걸 받았으나, A4에 요약도를 봣을때 복불복인거 같습니다. (작은 방하고 비교해서 거의 2배 가까이 차이나는데도 있더군요. 제방도 2인실로 예약했습니다.) 제 방은 와이파이가 상대적으로 약한 편이었습니다. 대신 유선 인터넷 선이 하나 있더군요. 조식은 밀크티 카페의 쿠폰을 주는데요. 샌드위치 + 커피/홍차(냉/온차) 입니다. 맛이 없지는 않지만, 여행가서 먹기엔 좀 질이 떨어집니다. 까르푸가 근처에 있고 24시간하니 거기서 요기거리를 사오셔서 해결하는걸 권장드립니다. 위치는 정말 좋습니다. 시먼역하고 가깝고(약 5분 거리) 까르푸도 10분 정도 거리에 위치하고 있으며, 중정기념관 용산사 등이 거의 택시 기본요금 정도에서 오고갈 수 있습니다. 대로변에서 바로 붙어있지 않고, 한건물 정도 띄고 살짝 들어가있어서 소음도 아주 약간 덜합니다. 남자분은 한국어 못 하고, 여자분은 어느 정도 알아들으십니다. 두분다 말하는걸 최대한 친절하게 알아들으려고 노력하는게 보입니다. 방은 오후에 한번 청소하는 거 같으며, 어매니티도 쭉 채워줍니다. 다만 비누가 없어서 손발만 닦을 때 역시 바디워시로 닦아야하는데... 개인적으로 살짝 불편했습니다. 그러나 가장 큰 문제는 세탁이 지원되지 않습니다. 유료로도 지원이 안 됩니다. 덥고 습하고 비가 자주오는 대만 특성상 옷에서 냄새나기 딱 좋은 조건인데...세탁이 안 되니 난감합니다. 바로 지근 거리에 코인세탁소가 있지만, 여행 일정 중 숙소에서 아침 혹은 밤에 한시간 반 이상 들여가면서 세탁하기엔 매우 불편합니다. 솔직히 이거만 아니면 다음에 다시 갈 의향이 있었으나, 더위를 잘 타고 땀이 많은 체질로서는 이 사항은 매우 곤란합니다. 최소한 수수료를 조금 받는한이 있더라도, 옆에 코인세탁소라도 대신 돌려줬으면 좋겠습니다. 세탁서비스만 되면 다시 갈 의향이 있습니다.

• ちけ (6/5): 駅から徒歩圏内 - 事前にレビューで下水の臭いがするとの情報通りだったのがマイナス点。 しかし、シャワー部屋の扉を閉めれば臭いは気にならなかったし、寝るだけだったので特に問題無かった。
• ネコ卵 (2/5): 良いところは駅から近いくらいしかない… - 部屋がとにかく汚い。安い分施設はあまり期待しなかったけど、予想を超えるくらい汚かった。 特にトイレからの匂いが凄くて、掃除しているのかどうか分からないくらいで、トイレと部屋が繋がっていたため、部屋まで匂ってた。2階に泊まってたけど、夜は外からの騒音で煩くて眠れないくらい。防音はあまりできてないとのコメントもあったけど、まったくそのとおり。夜中12時～1時まで人の声がして眠れなかった。 朝食は近所の食堂で使える食券でサンドイッチとコーヒーが貰える。味はそこそこ食べれるくらいだけど、サンドイッチ2～3種類しか選択肢がないため、3日目からは飽きて外で買った食べてた。朝食があるから選んだところもあったが、朝食に拘らずに当地のお料理を楽しめた方が良かったと後で後悔した。 また、ホテルで予約してくれる一日ツアーコースはレベルが低過ぎてあまりお勧めじゃない。 一人1000TWDも貰ってるのに他の団体旅行に合流させてくれただけ。ガイドが日本語を話せないのはもちろん英語もあまり喋れなくて困ってた。日本で事前に別途タクシー貸切を予約して行った方が全然良かったと思う。 スタッフは親切な方だったけど、日本語は話せないのでご参考まで。 総合としては星一つも惜しいくらい。 もう少しお金出して友たちが泊まってたコスモスホテルにした方が良かったと思った。

• Verified traveler (6/5): 隔音好差，通風系統差 - 隔音好差，每晚樓上樓下沖涼或係門口行過都聽到聲音，通風系統差，樓上及樓下去廁所都有臭味，令人要即刻關廁所門及噴香水，唯一好處酒店近西門町站，客服態度不錯，酒店有點殘舊，打掃房間嚇是收拾整齊，床單及被單都沒有更換。

• HUNG CHI (6/5): comfortable - about 5 min walk to ximending metro station. convenient location for food.room is not big but at least it is clean and comfortable..breakfast was provided at one of the restaurant on the street..they give you the voucher and you can redeem it for an easy breakfast or use it as a credit to purchase your own..each voucher is good for 50 taiwanese dollar credit at the restaurant..

• Kwei Man (4/5): 是我錯..貪平... - 除了地點方便外,其他不值推介,是否一分錢一分貨見人見志. 房間沒有窗..洗手間和沖涼一起.沖完整個洗手間就全濕了.房內沒有如網上形容有冰箱.跟台主說.給我一間有冰箱但黑黑的一間小房.如果當下才付款.一定不會住.好像時鐘酒店.早餐是去附近的餐廳.給你一份三文治和一杯咖啡或荼...這個教訓..就是在西門町找旅館..真的要多付點錢..(訂房沒留意..原來又沒有保險箱..放東西有的不安但又不能把財物全拿出去).

• Verified traveler (4/5): Really disappointing - Location is good. Staff are friendly. Room is dirty. Stains on bedsheet, pillow case, walls. Lizards droppings on the ceiling close aircon. Toilet has chipped tiles. Floor laminates torn. Room to small. Not enough place to fully open my baggage, 29". It was my bad that I did not do my home work properly before booking. Definitely not suitable for family with children. It is a Love Motel.
• Xin (6/5): poor condition of rooms - the condition of the room was poor. the tap actually broke (a first for me), and we had to personally go down to level 1 reception to highlight our issue. the in-house technician promptly helped us to stop the water flow to the tap and the tap was replaced the following day. there was a part of the flooring which cracked, exposing a small part of the bare floor. the toilet is unnecessarily big. too big in fact, the toilet could have been smaller to make more space for the bedroom instead. it was quite crampy for 2 medium luggages. ladies might find it troublesome as there are no mirrors in the bedroom, but only in the toilet. ladies might want to bring your own standing mirror to do your make-up. there is no wardrobe as well. just a few hooks to hang your clothes. despite the glaring flaws, the room was clean. hotel is located in a convenient location and although it might look like a love motel, i did not see any shady people during my week-long stay. the staff service was acceptable. the hotel can also improve guest comfort by providing extra pillows instead of just 2 pillows.

The subway station is the next station from Taipei Railway station, which is the last stop of airport bus. The room is very small, no window, you can smell wet and not so good. It might be a local love hotel turn to a tourist hotel. The TV channels inlcude two adult programs, may not good for family. It is in the city center. The price is good.
• Shawn (8/5): Great location to shopping district - It was a relatively pleasant one given the fact that it is so near Ximending and yet quiet and peaceful at night. While I found the level of cleanliness generally good, the room was a tad small. There was no space for me to place my luggage. I was pleasantly surprised that there was actually a PC in the room for me to use.
