• Suzanne (7/5): Good value for short break. - Central location and fantastic breakfast. Lots of stairs inside the hotel including the bedrooms. Limited light in bedrooms.

• Roberta (7/5): Posizione centrale se hai poco tempo e vuoi stare in centro - la posizione é centralissima; la sala della colazione é ampia con grandi finestre, molto luminosa; la stanza é abbastanza grande; la stanza cosi come la struttura, era silenziosissima; il personale molto gentile e professionale il bagno é danneggiato, sopratutto il bidet e quindi sembra sporco, idem per il wc; la stanza é piuttosto buia anche se ha una finestra che pero´ da´ su un piccolo e angusto angolo; la colazione poteva offrire qualcosa di più´interessante, era molto basica, e alcuni prodotti , come la marmellata erano nelle mono confezioni.
• Federico (7/5): Cerca de todo en Venecia - Un antiguo edificio muy bien acondicionado y refaccionado como hotel. Amplias habitaciones con un preocupado ambiente Veneciano. Una ubicacion inmejorable, cercana a Plaza San Marco, Rialto, etc. Ambiente grato y comodo. Amplio comedor para un buen desayuno. Recomendable. El gran "problema" que seguramente afecta seguido a este hotel, es la falta de ascensor o al menos de personal dedicado a ayudar con la subida "exagerada" a las habitaciones. Es un edificio antiguo y se debe tomar en cuenta escaleras empinadas y largas. Tuve la ayuda gentil de personal de recepcion, pero recomiendo tener personal dedicado a esa tarea, de seguro, les evitará muchos comentarios al respecto.

• João Marcos (10/5): A pleasant stay, close to the city's main tourist attractions, all within walking distance. - We had a short stay in Venice and the hotel's location made it easy for us to see many of the city's attractions. We took a boat from the airport to near the hotel, which made it easy to get there with our luggage. The breakfast was complete and the reception was great. Does not have an elevator

L’hotel sarebbe anche carino in sé se non si hanno pretese ma non trova giustificazione nei prezzi troppo alti per quello che offre. I letti e i cuscini sono decisamente scomodi.

The conditioning unit wouldnt ever turn on. Not sure what we may have been doing wrong or if it was broken. It didnt exactly impact our sleep but we did try to activate it and it didn't.

O quarto muito bem decorado e limpo, café da manhã completo e muito gostoso. A localização nem se fala, fizemos tudo em veneza andando, a localização é excepcional. Adoramos!
• Juan Pablo (10/5): Fantástico, para volver - La ubicación, el concepto antiguo, el desayuno y la amabilidad de todo su personal. Solamente la oscuridad de la habitación, pero inevitable si uno decide estar dentro de Venecia en medio de la ciudad.

Pasamos calor porque no habia control para el aire y tenía que pedirlo en recepción, pero después lo conversé con el personal y lo arregló.

A Venezia si sa le fognature sono quello che sono… quindi come può normalmente capitare le fognature del bagno possono rilasciare odori. Segnaliamo la presenza di scale senza possibilità di un ascensore (per noi non è stato un problema)!

• Luisa (10/5): Smooth and welcoming! - The hotel is located in a very well centralized area! Just a few steps from the piazza San Marco. The staff was pretty nice and they gave us a map that was really helpful :) the breakfast is also good, they don’t have a tremendous amount of options but I guess it’s the European style. The croissant was delicious! The room was also clean. The bed was not super comfortable, but it wasn’t bad either.
• J Vandamme (9/5): Leuk, rustig familiehotel midden in de stad - Vriendelijke mensen, kleinschalig familiehotel, leuke inrichting in Venetiaanse stijl, goede bedden (al miste ik een donsdeken, het was met dekens), prijs-kwaliteit top! Hotel ligt pal in het toeristische centrum, je kan langs alle kanten vertrekken, de waterbussen zijn ook overal dichtbij. Kamer was vrij klein en donker, wel een groot raam maar dat keek uit op een muur (op 1,5m van het raam). Er was ook geen bar in het hotel waar je savonds nog eens kon relaxen (er was wel een minibar aan heel redelijke prijzen, en er zijn zeker veel bars in de buurt)

Ottima la posizione del Hotel a due passi dal centro. doccia grande, il resto del bagno molto piccolo con la porta di fronte al lavandino praticamente inpossibile entrare se ce una persona davanyti al lavandino ieri mattina siamo usciti alle 7 e 30 non cera nessuno in reception (per andare a fare colazione al Bar) siamo rientrati per prendere i bagagli ancora nessuno siamo scesi con i bagagli alle 7 e 45 abbiamo lasciato la chiave e non era ancora presente nessuno, meno male che avevo saldato la sera prima.

• Diego (5/5): - La ubicación Que no tenga ascensor y que te muestren las mejores habitaciónes en internet pero después cuando llegues te quieran dar la peor , al final gracias a Francesco nos dieron una habitación mejor y mas grande. Podrían cambiar la tv de la habitación, es una broma lo pequeña que es la pantalla. desde la cama no se veía nada. Y ala hora del desayuno podrian hacer menos ruido en la cocina ya que se supone que es un momento y un lugar tranquilo

Para chegar até ele, é preciso descer no aeroporto, ir até o local que pega o barco, atravessar o rio e terminar o trajeto à pé puxando as malas. The hotel is very close to tourist attractions, which was great. The room has a mini-fridge. The breakfast is reasonable. The staff are polite. To get there, you have to land at the airport, go to the place where you catch the boat, cross the river and finish the journey on foot pulling your luggage. O hotel tem andares, ninguém ajuda com as malas e me colocaram no 5 andar, e, o banheiro é muitíssimo pequeno. The hotel has multiple floors, no one helps with the luggage, and they put me on the 5th floor, and the bathroom is extremely small.

• Helmut (8/5): Für mich war ein wunderschöner kurzer Aufenthalt - Die Lage zwischen Markus-Platz und Rialto-Brücke ist einmalig. Der Portier war superfreundlich und behilflich. Er spricht außerdem ein sehr gutes Englisch. Das Frühstücksbüffet hat alles gehabt, was der Nichtitaliener wünscht Kein Aufzug, aber das wird in der Hotelbeschreibung extra betont. Kleine Schönheitsmängel wie z.B. abgestoßene Mauerecken oder etwas verschlissener Teppich.

• Eva (9/5): Una buena opción para una o dos noches, junto al Rialto - Ubicado en pleno centro, a cinco minutoa del puente Rialto. A pesar de su ubicación, se encuentra en un callejuela sin trasiego (de hecho, está algo escondido), por lo que no hay jaleo. El desayuno se sirve en un salón con mucho encanto y es bastante aceptable. La habitación, amplia para ser Venecia. Como casi todos los hoteles situados en el casco histórico de Venecia (o los que yo conozco), es antiguo y puede parecer que poco cuidado. Sin ascensor y escaleras algo inestables, por lo que no es accesible.
