• Verified traveler (4/5): Pozor na recepcii si účtujú 15€ den - Ubytovanie v rezidencii ij rioni polohoha ok,vaša stránka nemá dostatočne informácie o skrytých poplatkoch rezidencie ,15€upratovanie na deň ,boli sme tri noci 45€navyše sme museli zaplatiť ,vaše nízke ceny ktoré udávate na vašej stránke si musí potom klient doplatiť a to nerobí dobrú recenziu ,radšej dajte celu sumu a bude to ok......,ide tu o princíp a nemusia byt dotahovacky na recepcii ,recepčné sa vyhovárajú že to nie je ich problém ,problém je Hostels.com ,im záplat a ostatne si mame riešiť s vami .Po tejto skúsenosti nebudem odporúčať ubytovanie ,ani Vašu stránku .Budem si doplatok za službu upratovanie vymáhať od Vás .Poslem Vám faktúru za úhradu v rezidenza i rioni guesthauze.Celkovy dojem iba vyhodac(poloha)zastávka metra pri rezidencii .

• Rene (10/5): Great in overall - Residenza i Rioni is great in overall. Service is good, very pleasant and helpful. Location is awesome, subway almost in the front door and buses to main locations in Rome. Room is very clean, beds are confortable, very nice breakfast and wi-fi. I have only two issues about: There are only one plug available in the room (except if you unplug TV and fridge). This is the second issue, the fridge is very tiny.

• CT (10/5): - Exceptional service from Georgina front desk staff. She saw me try to get a hostel and offered me a very good price to stay for a 3rd night. And then last minute she let me stay in the same room. So kind and friendly. The place is quiet and away from the centre but perfect location for a good walk. It’s also super close to the subway line, if you prefer. Safe and easy access, clean, good for solo female traveller. I liked it a lot, would stay here again.

Το ξενοδοχειο ειναι πολυ καθαρο και σε πολυ ησυχη κσι ευκολα προσβασιμη περιοχη. Αν και ειναι λιγο μακρια απο το ιστορικο κέντρο είναι ακριβώς διπλα σε σταση του μετρό και η συγκοινωνία με τα λεωφορεια πάρα πολύ συχνή

• Mirla (6/5): - La habitación de una persona está bien y cerca de la estación del metro, un buen detalle de llevar el desayuno a la habitación a los huéspedes pero quede un poco decepcionada que aunque no solicite el servicio de limpieza de mi habitación y mi habitación no fue limpiada me cobraron el servicio de limpieza por 2 días de , nunca antes vi un hotel que cobra servicio de limpieza aún no te limpian la habitación. Cuando le expliqué a la señora de la recepción dijo el hotel cobra esa tarifa aún no te limpien la habitación.

• Elvira (8/5): - Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen, gleich neben einer U-Bahn Haltestelle. Wer gerne zu Fuß unterwegs ist, kann von der Unterkunft aus auch viele wichtige Sehenswürdigkeiten ablaufen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Personal freundlich. Die Ausstattung wirkt nicht ganz so hochwertig wie auf den Bilder, die Zimmer sind aufgrund der Lage zur Straße auch nicht unbedingt ruhig, aber auf Preis-Leistung geschaut, war das für mich in Ordnung. Das Frühstück war nicht mein Fall, da es quasi nur Süßes gibt, aber das ist Geschmackssache und fließt nicht in meine Gesamtbewertung ein.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Residenza I Rioni Guesthouse - The location was ten blocks from St Peter's. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was amazing!! In the morning breakfast was delivered to our room at the exact time we requested. The young lady at the desk mapped our destinations and made phone calls for our taxi to return to the airport. If you are visiting the Vatican, I highly recommend this hotel.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - L’hotel est idéalement situé (à côté du métro Lepanto). Personnel agréable. Le petit dej est simple mais correct. Il y a beaucoup de bruit de circulation (prévoir boules quies). Le siphon de la salle de bain était cassé du coup à chaque fois qu’on tirait de l’eau ça coulait par terre. Nous avons signalé le problème mais rien n’a été fait. Ce qui m’a le plus agacé c’est les 66€ qu’on nous a demandé de payer à la fin du séjour!! L’hotel nous a facturé 21€ de taxe de séjour pour 3 nuits à 2 (pourquoi pas) et 45€ de ménage pour 3 nuits soit 15€ par jour!!! Alors que lorsque vous arrivez à l’hôtel on vous fait remplir un questionnaire pour savoir si vous souhaitez le ménage chaque jour ou pas !! Nous avions répondu NON. J’ai donc demandé des explications et les 15€ « de ménage » par jour c’est pour le ménage « global » de l’établissement et pour les serviettes propres qu’ils mettent chaque jour. Un scandale !! C’est la première fois que je vois ça de ma vie !
• RUGGERO (8/5): - Buona soluzione per chi cerca un breve soggiorno economico. Avrei preferito maggior trasparenza sul prezzo (alla prenotazione non ho ricevuto alcuna indicazione sul pagamento della tassa di soggiorno e sul servizio di pulizia, trovandomi a doverli pagare al momento dell'arrivo).
• TATYANA (6/5): - Наяву отель оказался много проще, чем выглядел на сайте. Местоположение удачное, метро в 2 минутах ходьбы. Что касается отеля, в номере были в не рабочем состоянии душ-биде и сейф. В целом, если вы неприхотливы, то этот мини-отель подойдёт.

Also if you cannot be on time at the hotel, you have to pay 20 additional euros. Apart from that, the location is really good, the building is beautiful and the room too.

• Jair (6/5): Onde é o hotel e como se entra nele??? - O hotel fica no segundo andar de um condomínio (edifício) que também aloja escritórios e consultórios médicos e apartamentos residenciais.Na chegada só conseguimos entrar no saguão interno do edifício porque vimos uma pessoa que estava saindo e aproveitamos a porta aberta. Uma vez no saguão, não tinha como saber a localização do hotel. Fomos socorridos por uma senhora italiana que usou seu próprio telefone para contactar o hotel, usando o número do telefone que tínhamos na reserva impressa. É bom a Hoteis.com deixar explicito no ato a reserva como se encontra e entra no hotel e que o café da manhã é no próprio quarto mediante uma lista de itens que a gente assinala o que deseja comer e beber, com hora marcada. É bom dizer também que à noite não tem nenhum funcionário no hotel e que se acontecer algo, o risco fica por conta dos hóspedes. como positivo, assinalo que o hotel fica a poucos metros da estação Lepanto do metrô e que isto facilita muito o deslocamento pela cidade de Roma. Na saída, como tínhamos ido a uma missa na Basílica de São Pedro e deixado as malas na recepção e entregue as chaves, também dependemos de uma família estar saindo do edifício para conseguir entrar nele e pegar nossas malas para seguir viagem. Falando em chaves, são 3: Uma para a entrada do edifício, uma para o setor do segundo andar onde funciona o hotel e outra para o quarto.

Liegt sehr zentral an einer U- Bahn Haltestelle und ca 15 Minuten von dem Vatikan entfernt Es ist nicht so leicht zu finden, da man durch einen Haupteingang durch das Haus muss und noch einmal ein paar Stufen hoch zum kleinen Aufzug. Das Frühstück wird im Zimmer eingenommen. Ich habe mir zu dem süßen Gebäck etwas aus dem Supermarkt geholt. Auf Dauer könnte ich es nicht essen. Das Einzelzimmer war recht klein. Ab und zu hat es aus der Klimaanlage im Bad getropft. Zwischendurch ist etwas im Bad repariert worden. Darüber hätte ich gerne eine Information gehabt. Am Ende war etwas von meinem Sachen beschädigt. Ich hätte Sie gerne vorher zur Seite gestellt. Abgesehen davon war alles gut.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Best Budget Hotel - My godson and I are backpacking through Rome and wanted to be in walking distance to the Vatican and center of town, but far enough to not feel crowded by the crowds, close to a metro station, food, grocery stores, and laundry mat...this was EXACTLY WHAT WE GOT. Couldn’t have picked a better hotel honestly. Small, secure, air conditioned, and best of all... the service. Hands down best hotel experience for the money.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - The bedding was not as advertised. Thin cover and lumpy pillow. The check-in was fine and only afterwards did I find no access to a/c and no shampoo was left. The next morning after a sleepless night in the heat I asked about the a/c and apparently there i a remote for it that was not in my room. Also, the neighbors conversation from 1am to 3am sounded like they were in my room!
• Neave (8/5): Perfect for a city break - We stayed here when we visited Rome on a 5 day city break in February. The guesthouse itself is clean, quiet and the staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was served on a tray, to your room, every morning at a time you chose and you were able to choose from a variety of breakfast foods and juices. The bathroom was lovely, the room was cleaned regularly and the wifi was sufficient. The room itself is decorated nicely. We expected to have to get the metro to see the sights we wanted, as on a map the guesthouse looks far away, however it was around a 30 minute walk to the furthest part of Rome. As the weather was so lovely, we didn't mind the walk. The only con is that we required an iron, which they did have but it was rubbish, and they did not have an ironing board. Aside from this minuscule factor, the guesthouse is lovely and we will definitley be returning.

Constantine, who was the focal point for us on arrival, could not have been more friendly and accommodating. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.
• Jaclyn (10/5): A friendly guesthouse in a great location - A great guesthouse in a brilliant location. You're very close to the Metro and its a nice walk over to the Vatican or Piazza Navona. There are good restaurants in the area, a grocery store and a few lively bars. It's also a great spot to go for a run in Villa Borghese (a big park). The staff were friendly and always helpful and the guesthouse is well kept. It can be a little noisy during the day, but you're in Rome, its a busy city. It's quiet at night. It has free wifi and I had a good connection. You get a choice of Italian breakfasts and as I was there for a while, I changed my options a few times, with little fuss. Overall, I was very satisfied and I would recommend it. Good value of money.
• Luke (10/5): A diamond in the rough - I am an experienced traveler but never have I found booking a good value hotel so difficult as I did for this trip. However, I finally found Residenza Rioni, and I must say they were most hospitable. From checking us in an hour early, to giving directions, to the personal touch when extra assistance was required, this place met our needs. The breakfast was very small and the options severely limited. On top of this, we got a Double when we had requested a Twin Room, and one day the butter was off. All that being said, we had a positive experience at this hotel - rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms top notch. Well located on the outskirts of Rome and close enough to walk to Vatican City. Would recommend, especially for couples.
• Sharon (8/5): Great Location - I loved the location of this hotel. A few steps to the Metro station and buses. The receptionist is helpful and very friendly. The area is great with lots of shopping and places to eat. You are close to the river for nice walks in the evening. I had a single room which was small but comfortable and quiet.

• Lee (10/5): New, clean and cozy French chic accomodate delight - We are extremely happy with our stay and very delighted for the hospitality! The accommodation is very clean, you can tell it's actually brand new renovated so it's bright and clean. Nice interior and cozy which is surely delightful. Excellent location and it takes only 2min walk to the metro Lepanto station so it's really easy to get around. Personally we feel it's safer to stay closer to the Metro so you don't have to stay on the street for too long heading back alone. The host is very helpful, decent breakfast. Hardly think of anything to complain, if there is any, that would only be the sign downstairs showing 7A- which we had been running in the ground floor a couple of times as it's actually on the 2/F. However it's in fact our carelessness for not being aware of the host's reminder when answering the door as well. Overall it surely is a delight to stay here and we would recommend to anyone who is planning to travel to Rome.
