• Carol (8/5): - The staff was exceptional! Our reception was beyond compare. We were in touch prior to arrival, and provided with travel directions. Upon check-iin, we were able to ask questions about the area. The receptionist spoke perfect English (among other languages) She was very fiendly and helpful, extremely responsive and knowlegeable about area attractions. The accomodations were somewhat dated with huge entry keys and multiple doors which were a little problematic. We also had toilet back-up issues, which let me add, were immediately addressed. The location was centralized and ideal for the plans which we had. Public transportation was consistent and reliable (buses and trains) All in all, it was a positive experience. Can't thank our receptionist/contact enough for being the best hostess!

When we needed help, there was not a problem!!!

Definitely has a bed bug or flea issue as I left early due to bites all over my arms and legs. I did contact the property re my issue but never heard back. Would not recommend a stay here.

• HannahG4402 (10/5): As good as the first time we stayed - Stayed here initially in 2015 with my mum then returned in 2017 with my partner, was so good we went again in June this year (2022). The room we stayed in had a little balcony and was very clean and big for the two of us. Fridge was also very helpful to have. We booked the room with the large double bed and a small single for myself like we had last time. Air conditioning was amazing coming from maximum 20 degrees in Scotland to 30+ in Rome. Not a negative for the hotel but Cipro station was not very accessible for disabled people as my mum was in a wheelchair as she struggled with her walking and the majority of the time the lifts didn't work which made it extremely difficult to use the metro. Aida (sorry if the spelling is wrong!) on reception was absolutely amazing, helping us out with everything we asked about no problem. We were even able to check in a little early which we were thankful for after our transfer being delayed. If I'm ever back in Rome I would definitely stay here again, can't recommend enough.

• Charlbun (10/5): Little gem! - My family and I recently stayed here for 5 nights on our mini adventure in Italy. We received a warm welcome on arrival (despite the very late check in!) and were shown to our rooms. We had decided to upgrade our rooms from the original booking and it was definitely worth it. The rooms are very clean and spacious. They also come with a fridge (handing for stashing wine & chocolate). The bathroom was light and the shower very hot & powerful. The courtyard was tucked away directly off reception (with a variety of coffee, tea & pastries provided daily). The location is a 2 minute walk from the nearest metro (Cipro) which made the journey into Rome effortless and saved on the pricier taxi fare. Also, it’s on the doorstep of the Vatican City, many restaurants & of course Bonci Pizza 🍕(which I recommend). The staff are warm, helpful & a credit to the hotel. They booked a taxi on our behalf for the return journey to the airport. As our flight was late, they stored our luggage after checkout before our departure allowing us to explore a few hours more! This was my first time staying here, however, my family have stayed here previously. If you’re looking for a well located, friendly, less expensive stay near Rome here’s your place!

• ELENA (6/5): average hotel in a average town - The local area was a little uncomfortable, the hotel was average at best but ok for a quick weekend trip.
• Simonpee17 (6/5): Good budget solution - InnVatican is a guesthouse at the ground floor of a building close to Cipro metro station. The position is very convenient, as you can be in 10 minutes by foot in San Pietro or in 15 minutes by metro in the city centre. The room we chose was a small one, and it was really a bit too small for the 2 of us. Also the bathroom was pretty small, with the bidet so close to the toilet that was hard to use it. Also the bed was quite uncomfortable, as negative remark. The good thing is that there is air conditioning and also a small patio where you can drink coffee or tea for free. I understand the reason behind it but I did not like the fact that late check-ins are charged 20€, basically as half of the daily rate. On the other side, the receptionist is very nice and helpful. All in all, a good budget solution to visit Rome, especially if you are planning to stay here mainly to sleep.

However, temperature in the shower varies uncontrollably and there is insufficient socket points to share the kettle and fridge concurrently. The place also doesn't have many steps, so pram and huge luggage are easily accessible. This is considered value for money.

• Teresa (10/5): Glorious Rome - The staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The room was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was small but functional. All the major sites of Rome were within a 15 mins metro ride away. Cipro metro station was just a 3 minute walk. I would happily recommend Innvatican as a wonderful place to stay in Rome and would definitely stay there again

Girls on the reception were very nice and friendly , thank you for this. My room was upgraded to the bigger one with really cute terrace . My room was great , very clean , modern furniture. Wi Fi worked good so I was very satisfied . There is no breakfast offered but you can use tea and coffee machine for free , plus there are many bars so it’s not a problem

Morning walk to the Cipro Metro station - 4 minutes + a stop for fresh coffee and hot breakfast sandwiches - was a pleasure; end of the hot and busy day of walking the city's landmarks taxi ride home was around 12-15 EURO Overall great place!

• ngoctrangp (8/5): Good place - The room is clean and quite. The staff is friendly. It located a little bit far away from the central, after 24:00, there are no tram or bus, so you have to walk, it is a chance to discover Vatican at the midnight.
• 1996dlc (10/5): Modern hotel minutes away from the Vatican - Stayed here having it been recommended by my dad and was not disappointed. It is a small but modern, clean and quaint guesthouse minutes away from the Vatican and a metro that takes you everywhere you need to be. Staff are extremely friendly and offered us a room upgrade and bottle of wine free of charge after seeing it was my birthday on my passport. I cannot stress how clean these rooms are and the shower is extremely powerful. Only fault is that the hairdryer in the bathroom did not work and I had not brought my own.
• 585fraserm (8/5): Small, but perfectly formed. - What it lacks in square footage it more than makes up for in convenience to the Vatican, a Roman metro station, and local shops. While the rooms are small, they have everything you would need, neatly packed in. The staff were so friendly, trying really hard to accommodate you, assist in any way they could. Be realistic, if you go to Rome, you are not going to spend time in your room. Spotlessly clean.

• Ivy042078 (10/5): Excellent location, clean room and helpful and friendly staff - Our first holiday in Italy and we stayed here for 7 days. Excellent location, just 2 minutes walk to Cipro metro station. Vatican museum is just approx. 6-8 minutes walk and if you are fit enough you can explore Vatican and Rome by foot like we do. We're able to visit other cities in Italy as well such as Florence, Pisa, Milan, Naples and Pompeii because Cipro metro station is only 7 stops away to Termini central train station where you can catch the train tp visit other cities. Room is good size, modern and clean. We've been welcome by Liliana in the reception upon arrival. She's very helpful and patiently gave us instructions/advice on how to explore Vatican and Rome and where and how to find the tourist attractions. The following day another staff in the reception greeted us, her name is Serrena. She's very helpful as well and make sure that we are comfortable with our stay in the hotel. • Brenda (10/5): Vatican experience - We enjoyed our stay here. Good area, as very close to metro and the Vatican. May be hard to find as it was for us without gps.
• andrelian2016 (10/5): Fantastic - We stayed at this hotel 2 years ago at first it was difficult to locate the hotel as the sign was small. But other than that, we couldn't fault the room and service we received from the staff who were very professional and our room was spotless.. We loved Jackie and Gigi, who made us feel at home in our short 3 nights stay. They were helpful and gave directions to the places we needed to go. There's a great pizza place just around the corner of this hotel which we frequented and very close to the station. All in all it was a pleasant stay. Keep up the good work. Service and friendliness is hard to find in some parts of Italy so we were glad we found it in this hotel.

Roberta was very helpful and welcoming, made us very comfortable because we were early and had to wait for room to be ready. Only had to wait 15 minutes but we were given cold water, cappuccinos and dolci. She helped us with our ongoing travel plans from Rome. We appreciated her help very much. • Verified traveler (8/5): Great Location and Staff. - We planned to visit St. Peters first thing on Tuesday and the Vatican Museum first thing Wednesday so staying near the Vatican was important for us. We also wanted to be near a metro line to make moving around Rome easier. InnVatican fit the bill and we really enjoyed our stay.
• Hannah (8/5): Lovely little guesthouse - I went for a week with my mum. We arrived around 1 oclock but to our surprise we got to check in earlier than the 2 oclock time we were told which was a relief after trouble with our transfer at the airport. The staff were lovely and accommodating. The building is slightly difficult to find but if you download the trip adviser app it is easy to find even without internet. Very easy access to the Cirpro metro station which in turn gives you easy access to all the main attractions. There's also an amazing and reasonably priced geletaria called Geletaria Millennium within easy walking distance. The guest house can't serve breakfast but they are happy to give you juice or make you a coffee which comes with cookies. Our room had a fridge and a balcony. The balcony was nice and all but there was an issue with the balcony being covered in water when the plants were watered. Also there were issues with my mum not being able to sleep with people being quite noisy around our room as the communal patio was right beside the room bur I slept right through that. Despite the noise we had a great stay and compared to some of the other places near the Vatican that I looked at it was very good value for money. We would definitely stay again

Rooms are very clean, towels and linen white, new,bathroom was perfect, that's what we wanted and the rooms are the same as per photos. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We will stay again in InnVatican.

The hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating and went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable. It is close to the subway which was great for traveling the city center. On the outside it looks like a apartment or office building but the rooms in the hotel are clean and surprisingly well maintaned. I would defintely stay there again.

Really clean, good beds, helpful friendly staff, they give free coffee, tea or american coffee every morning if you ask. It has everyday room service, excellent FREE WIFI, clean private bathrooms. the rooms are small but cozy. bathrooms are small as well but you get over it. it has poor sound proof in rooms, so every morning you wake up early from talks. still we had no problem with this. • Justin (8/5): Inn Vatican - Hotel is small but clean. The room is very basic, but for the price it is very cost effective. Location is very convenient, as it is 2 mon walk from subway. However, location is away from the main restaurant and nighclub areas.
• Jacqui (6/5): Simple hotel, not worth the cost. - The hotel was not worth the cost. First off, the hotel staff was friendly and upon arrival gave us a map of the city. She indicated on the map where the hotel was. Upon using the map to get back to the hotel, we got lost. When we finally found the hotel and told the girl what happened, she said that the marked spot of the hotel on the map was not exact. She didn't explain this to us before. We booked this hotel because we thought it would be not too far from the Vatican. Walking wise it was quite far. It was faster to take the train to the Vatican and walk from the station. The train station wasn't too far from the hotel. The room itself was very small and the paint on the wall was peeling. My husband and I only had 1 pillow each. The bathroom was tiny and the wi-fi was unpredictable. I don't think I would stay at this hotel again.
• H and J (10/5): Great hotel fantastic service - We stayed there for 3 nights. It was our first time in rome and as soon as we arrived we got a very warm welcome and were given advice and a map o how to get around and recommended places to eat. We also wanted to arrange a taxi for the airport home and she took care of the whole thing for us. Great location around the corner from the Vatican 2 minutes from the metro and some of the best pizza in rome around the corner at the pizzarium. Would definitely go again
• Traveller (8/5): A good service apartment - Very well maintained service apartment. Neat and clean. 20 min walk to the Vatican Museum. Staff was very helpful in helping us with local sight seeing
• Aw (6/5): Sound Proof - Too small and noisy, no sound proofing. The staff service is above average. I would still tell friends that do not mind noise and budget wise is affordable .
• Caro and Glen (8/5): Modern rooms - Great location and close to the metro, also close to Vatican City. Nice modern rooms and easy access to and from the hotel. Great eating places nearby.
