- M_i_k_e_GVA (10/5): Well located near Paddington, friendly staff and comfortable accomodation! - Due to business purposes, this Appart Hotel located 3 minutes from Paddington station was perfect between Heathrow and Excel Convention center. There are number of options either for breakfast and dinner around the location. Rooms were comfortable and staff of the reception were amazing! They stay helpful for the whole stay but specially the first day. When we arrived, one colleague discovered she made a mistake with the stay dates. They keep in touch with us during the day while we were in our meetings with various information's about the process of correction (we could not wait at the Hotel when the mistake was discovered). Thanks a lot for help (they have to check with remote backoffice as the changes can not be done on site). Sleeps have also been comfortable with peaceful nights! Great stay!

- ElaineA525 (10/5): Great near Paddington - Quiet affordable place to stay within 10 minutes' walk of Paddington Station. I was only here one night, but really enjoyed it. Clean, comfortable. A bit sparse in the basement 1 bedroom I was in but very comfortable beds, quiet. As someone who visits London a few times a year this is a place I'll come back to. Everyone was really lovely and welcoming, as well. I got in early exhausted from my flight and was able to check in straightaway which I appreciated.

- 765kayev (10/5): A wonderful stay in a super convenient location - We had a wonderful stay at Native Hyde Park. Stayed for 6 nights as a couple and adult daughter in Premium One Bedroom. Location is very convenient... easy walk to Paddington station or Lancaster Gate station. Lovely to be able to walk in Kensington Park and through Jyde Park. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, well equipped and comfortable. We especially appreciated the nespresso compatible coffee machine with pods provided. Important to note that in the premium one bedroom in which we stayed, the king bed and bathroom with showet were on a mezzanine level up a spiral staircase, so wouldn't work for guests with mobility issues. Also note that the bed for the 3rd guest is a sofa bed. Thank you Native Hyde Park. We would love to return.
- Go33756048326 (10/5): Great for value - Location is absolutely golden. Close access to both paddington station and Lancaster station. The room atmosphere is cozy, plenty of space for luggages with dining table space for resting time. Beds were comfortable. Love the towel warming rack. Minus one star because kitchen’s appliances seems old (kettle bottom peeling off) and a lot of car roaring noises at night. Staff were friendly and helpful, there is concierge 24 hours, check in all done online, making the whole process easy.

- catviz (10/5): Posh Little London Flat - We loved our little London flat. It was in the heart of several attractions, walking distance to Paddington Station and close to great food and souvenir shops. We appreciated the early check in and the rooms were spacious and cute! The front lobby was decorated with Christmas flair and the staff was friendly. We did not have an espresso machine in our room, so the only coffee available was instant. I would have appreciated another coffee option. I would stay here again the next time I am in London.
- sarahfC3219KT (8/5): Good option except for the foldout couch - Room (premium one bedroom) was nice base for exploring London. Only complaint was that the listing for that room type suggested that the second bed was a single bed (i.e. an actual bed) and it turned out to be a pretty uncomfortable foldout couch (ok for a kid but would be pretty miserable for an adult). With the couch folded out to be the second bed, there wasn't anywhere to sit in the living area except the dining table (or the main bed in the separate bedroom ). Also, as an FYI, you need to do online check-in (the front desk person can help you with it but can't check you in directly like a 'normal' hotel).

- JC82uk (8/5): Paddington stay with Native - Overall my stay was good. My first stay at a Native property after several stays with Numa. I found the building extremely warm and was glad to be able to open the windows in the room. The amount of space was fantastic and would be great for longer stays. The kitchen was very well equipped. Some of the furniture looked a little old fashioned and drab and the mattress and sofa were not very comfortable. A bit more colour in the rooms would be nice, everything is a bit plain and neutral at the moment. The view from the windows wasn't great but I suppose not much can be done about that. The location was great for transport links, places to eat etc. and in a very walkable area. Overall, a lot of floorspace, storage and living area for the money in this part of London, a great location. I would stay again, but I feel if Native is to be associated with the Numa brand, a little more interior design and modernisation is needed to match Numa properties.

- Mariajanemacree5 (10/5): Super spacious apartment - Booked native Hyde park based on locality and needing to be in the area for business. My allocated apartment (LG1) was super spacious and really comfortable. Lovely to have a kitchenette and living space as opposed to a standard hotel brand. Highly recommended and in such a lovely neighbourhood with the park itself minutes away and conveniently close to Paddington and Lancaster travel links.
- alistairmQ3434TX (8/5): Excessive booking in details. - We had a great stay and we were very pleased with our room. The staff were friendly and helpful. This was our fourth stay with Native and we were really unhappy with the new requirements for booking in. We did not like that all our personal details were required and even a scan of both sides of our driving license. This seemed excessive for a 4 night stay at an hotel. We like to minimise for security where our personal details are kept and could be used for identity fraud.

Room was larger than expected and had many more furnishings, including a washer, dishwasher and tub. Room was on the street, so we had a little more noise. Had issues with tub facets and had trouble getting the tub to drain. Overall great location near Padding square and three sub way points.

- Denise (10/5): - The apartment was lovely and very convenient to Hyde park and Paddington station. I had issues with communications. Firstly, I booked through Expedia well in advance, but a few weeks ahead was told they were downgrading me. Now I have to resolve the credit issued with Expedia. There was also a problem with their systems being hacked. I think I was duped into sending money to an unknown source. I will try to resolve when I am home. Also when I tried to call/email on-site, they did not answer. I think their claim to 24/7 reception is not accurate. The check-in instructions were received day of.
- Heidi (4/5): - I stayed here several years ago and it was great, so I booked it again. However, the experience this time did match up. Also, room and services did not align with description. Fire alarm went off multiple mornings. Hallways and lift smelled of cigarette smoke.

Not sure why our 2 rooms were switched in our reservation so that the larger party got the smaller room when we had indicated needing the pull out sofa. The front desk staff did not seem very experienced or helpful.

- Rachael (10/5): - This was a great find in the Paddington area. We chose it because it's close to the station and we had people with us who needed to get to Heathrow. We've stayed in the area many times for that very reason, and this is the nicest hotel we've stayed in. We wanted to have a place we could hang out in the later evening (as we had a 3 year old with us) and these rooms provided that. Plenty of space and decent amenities. We were very pleased, thank you.

- Indira (8/5): - The best thing about this property is its location. Proximity to Paddington station, Hyde park etc. The studio apartment we stayed was very small, two people can barely manage inside, no place to store luggage. There was one drawer unit in the apartment that we couldn’t even use as it was dirty inside. Bathroom is the worst part- there’s no proper sink, just a hand washing basin (tiny sink) so you can’t wash your face. Everyday I kept thinking why on earth would anyone put such a small useless sink in the bathroom? People working in the hotel are super nice though, everyone was kind and friendly. Balcony door wasn’t closing ( it’s a new door, but not installed properly).Kitchen has everything you need to make breakfast, full size fridge and even a dishwasher machine ( seriously, who needs it ? There are 2 plates and two coffee cups to wash! It looked dirty and moldy, as nobody uses it regularly. Why spend money on installing a dishwasher, but saving money on the proper sink in the bathroom …), there is a washing machine ( no dryer machine, but a dryer rack - well good luck getting laundry dry with the humidity). Overall I found this place pretty acceptable for the price, except I kept questioning the lack of common sense of whoever was in charge of recently renovating this place.

- Borislav (10/5): - We booked this property for two major reasons – the location, and the sleeping accommodations. It absolutely delivered. The location just around the corner from Paddington Station was perfect for reaching nearly every slight-seeing destination in a reasonable time; even our Hop-On Hop-Off bus stopped nearby. We had walking-distance access to groceries and several restaurants, some open even after midnight. The room was spacious, with two levels, two WCs, two TVs, two fans, a kitchen with a fridge and a microwave oven that we used a lot. The two beds (one an extended couch) were very comfortable. The check in and out process via the smartphone, access codes for opening the front and room doors, and WhatsApp communication made our stay frictionless. The only possible negatives would be the spiral staircase leading to the second level which could cause problems for elderly guests, and the lack of air conditioning only partially offset by the provided fans.

- Jason (4/5): - We don’t often make a fuss about our hotel stays, even when they don’t fully meet expectations. But what we experienced during our 4 days in the Native Hyde Park was just not acceptable. There are so many things that were not handled properly, despite the front desk people doing their best to hold things together. It started with the room not being ready for check in, the wifi was out for ~ 24 hours on arrival, workers are streaming in and out of the property as construction is underway on the hotel and various rooms (starting as early as 7:30am on our last day, you can hear the hammering and sawing from the room). We learned that our room was recently remodeled and it was clearly not ready for guests. There was construction dust throughout the place, no trash cans in any of the rooms or bathrooms, we had to request essentials like paper towels, plates/cutlery, as well as shampoo/soap. Honestly, we just got tired of asking for things that should have already been in the room. Additionally, the toilet upstairs doesn’t flush, it just runs continually. We had maintenance come by asking to do some appliance testing to ensure they were safe to use… which is concerning, given that we’d been using them for 3 days. Bottom line is that it’s just not acceptable for a hotel to be balancing renovations with hosting guests without providing notice to people who booked these rooms. The location of the hotel was very convenient, but little beyond that was a positive experience.

The accommodation was spacious for the amount we paid for london, newly renovated, clean. The location was excellent and was a short walk to paddington and lancaster gate. Extremely easy to get to all parts of London.
- Chuyue (6/5): - Pro: Very close to the Paddington station; the 1bedroom is very spacious and does have two beds (1 Queen, 1 pull out couch sofa) Con: no air conditioning, extremely hot and stuffy if the outside temperature exceeds 70F/20C. One fifth of the units are in the basement level, so we only had limited sunlight from the small courtyard. WiFi also was out for a good 12 hours for one night, so we had very limited cell service (from the basement floor) and no WiFi. Would not stay again here - can probably find similar, much renovated apart-hotels for same price / a bit more.

- sachmogoat (4/5): No AC. Hostel at Hotel prices. - Outstanding neighborhood, 2 blocks from Paddington and Kensington Park. While it was tolerable for a seasoned traveller, it did not meet the expectations set by the price and pictures/descriptions online while booking. - No air conditioning! Our room was over nearly 80F despite fans and windows that wer e limited to 6" of opening. - Some areas were renovated, others were "fraternity house/hostel" in terms of old dank carpet and furniture, smell of carpet/glue/paint in heat... tolerable, but not matching the description. - hostel, not hotel service. room was missing towels, soap, linens... had to chase them down. Junior staff wanted us to wait to the next day for basic soap in the bath. Not what to expect for hundreds a night in cost. had to repeatedly insist to get it. So, one staff member (Alu) was proactively helpful with these issues, anohter more junior was useless to remediate things. Overall, if the descriptions and price matched the hostel expdrience, I would have no qualms, but for the price and lack of basic hotel expectations met, I felt misled, hot, and a little ripped off. -

- louisf264 (10/5): Excellent Native Hyde Park - The hotel was so clean, very accessible to Paddington Train Station, shops and pubs within the area, near to Hyde Park. We stayed for four nights and the hotel receptionist upgraded our hotel room and to our surprise, no additional payment. It was my first time in London and the hotel worth the penny.

- AnitaGio16 (10/5): Great experience at Native Hyde Park - We stayed at Native Hyde Park for 5 nights in february and we loved it. The location is excellent and there are many markets and restaurants where you can eat and buy everything you need. Also Paddington st is 2 blocks from Native. All the staff is amazing and outstanding. They are friendly, always with an smile and ready to help you . Red (Front desk ) and Catalina D. from reservation department were extraordinary and make the difference, being attentive to all requeriments you could have. Both made us feel confortable and cared of. Congratulations and keep doing the wonderful and outstanding job that all of you do.

- aoifemI1158YA (10/5): Really accommodating - Very central hotel located right beside Hyde park and two tube stations : paddington and Lancaster Gate. Access to elizabeth, circle/ district ,Bakerloo and central line. The kitchen facilities are really helpful to save money and there is lots of utensils available.
- David (2/5): - The one-bedroom apartment looked nothing like the pictures. It was dark, stained carpet, and the couch was stained and sagging so much I would not sit on it. There were burnt-out light bulbs, and a constant clicking sound came from one of the vents. The shower head was in a terrible position and leaked. There was no handheld, and if you chose to take a bath, the showerhead would drip on you. There were little to no storage areas in the bathroom. There wasn't even a hook. There was only one outlet, and it was only for shavers. Hello, we need to plug in hair dryers and curling irons. I was very uncomfortable and felt the room was not worth the 233-pound price. I am very disappointed. I absolutely will not stay there again, nor would I recommend you stay there.

- adjukiangelz (8/5): Good but can be better - Lady at the reception was very helpful and kind. There was a not so helpful man in glasses and tied hair who was also around when we were there but he gave the impression that he just did the bare minimum. We loved the location but there are definitely some areas for improvement: 1. Washer in the assigned room had no drying function. We noticed this and were brought to the laundromat but somehow the dryer had no door??? So we were moved to another room. Anyway washer dryers really suck at drying so it would be great if there was a dedicated dryer. 2. The rain shower had water spraying in all directions attributed to clogged outlets. Had to use a toothpick/brush to loosen the sediments so the water was coming down straight. 3. Bathtub plug was not working. Impossible for the tub to fill or stay filled. 4. TV and sofa took up too much space in the room, we had to find a way to open up our 28 inch luggages 5. Lift doesnt have a close button, one of the lifts had an open button without the button cover Overall would be great if the place had an overhaul. Other than the above we had a pleasant stay.

That’s perfect for anyone breezing through London and needs to be in the west end. All in all hospitality is 100%.
- Laura (10/5): Overall great with a few small downsides - Good: comfortable bed, plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen, towel warmer in shower, clean fluffy towels, iron/steamer/clothes drying rack, fast wifi, friendly staff. Not great: some of the carpet and cabinetry is dated/slightly chipped or stained, and needing replacement. The washing machine has a mind of its own - use with caution. The furniture in living room seems outdated/not particularly inviting. The pillows on the bed are VERY overstuffed - not great for sleeping.

The accommodations were just perfect. The location is incredible very close to Paddington station, and really just across the road from Hyde Park.

- alessiarJ5781WY (10/5): Lovely holiday 💝 - We had a lovely stay at Native Hyde Park. It was myself and my partner’s first time traveling to London by ourselves and, being it such a big place to visit, we were quite worried about finding an accommodation that would suit us and be in a safe area. Native made our vacation feel like home. We had a beautiful little flat, comfortable and furnished with all appliances that worked and a lovely view overlooking Sussex Gardens. The bed was soft and cozy, the kitchen had everything we could have needed, even a washing machine! We had a spotless bathroom with a bathtub and a huge mirror. Everything went smoothly, reception was very accommodating and thoughtful. They worked fast and helped us when needed. We didn’t have any issues with items in the room, nor with the room being dirty or too cold. Every evening we would come back and be able to have a home cooked meal given by Native’s adorable little kitchen design. All in all we had a great stay and would definitely return! I am telling everyone about Native Hyde Park, and am looking forward to visit more of the Uk staying in Native’s accommodations. Thank you so much for making our visit so much better!
- Karolina_emp (10/5): Worth it for a quiet stay in London - If you’re looking for a quiet, undisturbed stay, this place is definitely worth it. The reception staff is communicative and professional, and my room was equipped with several useful household appliances. I stayed for 11 days, and my room was cleaned just once halfway through my stay. That worked well for me, as I work remotely in the mornings and prefer not to be interrupted, though I realize it might be a drawback for some. My only minor complaint was that the bathroom had only a rain shower, with no handheld shower hose. The location is fantastic, just a 10-minute walk to Paddington Station and Lancaster Gate Underground, with plenty of great restaurants nearby.
- Jamthel (8/5): Good location, good transport links, pleasant "Pied-à-terre" would stay again. - We are a married couple in our early 60s. We found this to be an excellent location with very good transportation links, Paddington and Lancaster Gate both very near. It is also an easy 40 minute walk to Soho (50 minutes per Google maps ) if you are of a reasonable fitness. Front of house staff were very polite, attentive, and efficient (problem with missing TV remote quickly sorted). The reception was pleasant, clean and had a nice chilled vibe. Our first floor Studio was compact but it was clean and met our needs - kitchen area, small dining table, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer all in good order and a small sofa seating area at the bottom of the bed - we have experienced very much smaller accomodation in London. The apartment was clean albeit a few elements were tired or had signs of heavy usage - kitchen appeared new-ish yet worktop was heavily scored, some previous occupants not using the supplied chopping boards would be the cause, We heard very little corridor noise and nothing at all from adjacent rooms. Bed and bedding was very comfortable. We were lucky enough to have a view to the front which provided a nice London feel during those day time stints in the accommodation but meant some slight traffic noise at night, probably due in part to the imperfectly fitting but secure wooden french windows which were in keeping with architectural frontage of the building, Perhaps a secondary glazing panel could resolve this issue. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again and have stayed here before in a bigger one bedroomed apartment. We are Native 'fans' having stayed at Native St Paul's 3 times, Native Manchester once, and Native Glasgow Twice. In conclusion, as stated above we would stay again.

- Amber (8/5): - We loved our Premium Studio room! Great amenities: full kitchen, a washing machine, large windows and high ceiling; to name a few. The location could not have been more perfect; close to so much, and a 5 minute walk to the tube! This property (Native Hyde Park) definitely blends in and truly gives the feeling of being a local, however, upon first arrival, a little hard to find with only a little sign, by a door, to identify this property. Also, we had twice a staff member enter our room without invitation or announcement. First time was found that maintenance came in to cleaning gutters and cleaning off the balcony, but did not follow their own protocols. After that all staff (cleaning crew, included) were instructed not to enter our room for the remainder of our stay, but even with the sign on our door, not to enter, when we got back to room on one of our last days; a cleaning staff member had been in our room. Reception was apologetic, and said that management would be notified, but to our knowledge nothing came of either of this offenses.
- Sena (8/5): - Good. Nice neighborhood, good transport links and pleasant staff. Spent five days at Native, Hyde Park. My only criticism is the place is rather pricey considering our room was never cleaned, towels were not replaced and our bins were not emptied for the whole period we were there.

We stayed in a 2 bed apartment which was well equipped. the only slight negative would be the size of the living space/kitchen area, we felt this was a little small with very little natural light.

The shower/bath handle didn't work so could only have a shower. Place was very clean. Unfortunate we got a place with so many items not functioning.

The bathroom was also spotless and had great smelling personal care products. The staff was kind, helpful, and so great about answering questions. Aside from that, the location between Paddington Station and Hyde Park was perfect. Best coffee ever right around the corner, too! We will be staying here everytime we come to London.

The 24-hour front desk service is a great touch, and the staff is incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a fantastic stay. Although the apartment isn’t cleaned daily, I truly appreciated the fresh towels and the thorough cleaning service throughout my entire 11-day visit. Thank you so much; I will definitely recommend it!

Close to Paddington station which gave me access to the Elizabeth Line and 5 other lines as well as being close to Lancaster Gate station which gave me access to the Central line. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby too.

The apartments are well set up and the location is great, very convenient to Hyde Park and several Underground stations and bus lines. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to return!

- 531stevieb (8/5): Great location and good hotel after some issues - The location of the hotel is great, it’s really close to both Lancaster Gate and Paddington stations about 5 mins walk to both. On entrance the hotel is very stylish, the only down side was the heat. It was super warm, almost unbearable. But that wasn’t a game changer for us. I booked a premium studio apartment, which on the images showed a modern bedroom/ kitchen with big windows allowing for plenty of natural light. When I book hotels I always look for the windows and light due to being extremely claustrophobic which can cause night terrors and panic attacks. When we checked in we got put in a small 1 bedroom room in the basement of the hotel. There was a small window with bars on it, that looked out onto a brick wall. This was less than ideal for me. I spoke to Paul on reception and explained the situation and that this wasn’t the room I booked. He told me that when they sell out of the studios they upgrade to 1 bedroom. Honestly this was more like a downgrade. The room was dark small dingy and everything was dark brown. We were very very grateful for Paul, he did everything he could to make this work for us, and in the end managed to get us moved to our original booked room on the 3rd floor (which did make me wonder if this was free anyway why did we get over the basement in the first place??) Anyway thank you Paul! The room we moved to was beaut. It was modern, a big comfy bed and pillows, big windows and the shower was great too. We didn’t use the kitchen but it came with a mini dishwasher which I thought was a great touch. All in all, we would stay here again as the final room and location was great for a 2 night stay in London!

Our hotel felt claustrophobic, congested with no A/C and little windows without mesh. No fan in the bathroom made things uncomfortable for the family usage. And no cleaning service for 5 days we stayed was not made clear in the hotel description . Kitchen amenities, laundry was useful. Location was great and convenient to station. But otherwise rooms felt like a dungeon. Wouldn’t recommend to friends

We’ve had three stays over two weeks - visiting other England cities for meetings between stays. Luggage storage and welcome back has been appreciated. We’re back for one more stay this trip in two weeks. 😊
