• Daniel (6/5): Ok verblijf maar zou het niet nog een keer kiezen - Locatie, vlakbij ov Gedateerde kamers Ontbijtzaal lijkt op hele ongezellige kantine Kamers zijn heel gehorig Service onder de maat, slecht Engels sprekend personeel, douchekop die niet opgehangen kan worden en de plek waar deze hing zat op 1.20 hoogte, naast de kraan (zie foto). Ik ben bijna 1.90. Twee keer bij receptie hierover geklaagd, bij vertrek nog niet gemaakt . Je kan voor 10 euro in het luxere restaurant ontbijten, altijd doen! Is veel beter en rustiger. De andere standaard ontbijtzaal is een ongezellige, lawaaierige vreetschuur waar je niet normaal met elkaar kan praten. Lijkt een oud communistisch overblijfsel.

• Nick Pierags (6/5): In Ordnung für eine Nacht. - Die Zentrale Lage war gut(man braucht nur 10min mit einem Fahrrad bis zur Karlsbrücke), das Schwimmbad ist schön. Eine der Mitarbeiterinnen war sowohl bei der Rezeption als auch beim Frühstück nicht freundlich. Das Frühstück war OK allerdings waren alle Säfte sehr verdünnt. Die Einrichtung ist altmodisch(DDR-Style) und auch die Reinigung könnte Besser sein.

• Angelo (3/5): Ich würde das Hotel nie mehr buchen! - Die Zimmer sind gut und sauber aber lieblos eingerichtet. Tramhaltestelle vor dem Hotel, das war super. Aber das war dann schon alles was gut war. Das Personal, sei es am Empfang oder im Frühstücks Saal, war demotiviert und oder gestresst und weit weg von herzlich oder freundlich! Der Frühstücks Saal war viel zu klein, zu laut und es war wie in einer Kantine, das Essen war Kantine Niveau (der Saal nebenan wurde nicht geöffnet?!).

• Michaela (7/5): Nebylo to špatné ubytování, ale jedna noc mi stačila. - Hezký hotel a hezké pokoje. V pripade otevreni okna hrozny hluk z cerpadel, chapu klimatizaci, ale certstvy vzduch je potreba, jinak bylo hrozně na spaní. Snídaně neodpovídaly těm nafoceným, bohužel oproti jiným hotelům slabší výběr.

• Mustafa (8/5): Top Adresse in Prag.Leichte Punktabzüge beim Frühstück - Anbindung an den ÖVP ist super. Das Frühstück war zum heutigen Zeitpunkt wahrscheinlich eine Ausnahme, in Punkto Qualität. Die Brötchen waren allem Anschein nach von Vorgestern. Der Kaffee eine Zumutung und das Rührei nicht fertig durchgezogen. Trotzdem habe ich gut reingehaun und bin satt geworden. Der Salat und die Kuchenauswahl haben alles Wett gemacht.

• Jindra (8/5): S Olšankou sme vždy spokojní. - Roky využívame služby tohto hotela. Spĺňa v podstate naše požiadavky. Možnosť použitia varnej kanvice je výhodná pre dodržanie pitného programu najmä pre dietárov, deti a seniorov. Sme vždy veľmi spokojní. Pohodliu by pomohla chladnička najmä v letnom čase.

• Petra (5/5): Was ok, but could be better. - Nice complete facilities, wellness, pool, gym, bar, restaurant and hotel, location for travel around Prague Broken door handle at the shower, small shower, not comfortable beds, loud even in night, kids/teenagers screaming and running in halls. No fridge in room.

• Jana Christin (5/5): Ok - Günstige und saubere Unterkunft, wenn man es nur zum schlafen nutzen möchte Die Matratze war steinhart. Wir konnten kaum schlafen. Es gab aber auch Zimmer mit anderen Matratzen. Unsere Freunde hatte Matratzen die absolut ok waren.

• Zuzana (3/5): - location, view I was very disappointed with this hotel. At about 9am, I was woken up by a member of the housekeeping stuff just entering my room for no reason I can understand. That was extremely intrusive. The check out was at 10am and my doors were locked from the inside. Moreover, the whole place was very noisy, the walls were so thin, and I heard someone vacuuming around 8am already. When I went down to the reception to ask a question, there was nobody there. I am surprised that this hotel has 4 stars, as the rooms did not have that standard at all.

• Joanna (6/5): Pobyt udany - Hotel duży. Wysoko oceniam czystość - równiez w łazienkach, co jest dla mnie najwazniejsze. Miła kawiarenka przy recepcji, smaczna kawa. Brak lodówki w pokoju, bardzo skromne śniadania. Szczególnie przeszkadzały mi suche warzywa - mieszanka sałat bez mozliwosci polania chociażby najtańszą oliwą.

Neprofesionalne , neovladaju interne pravidla hotela, parkovisko nam najprv otvorili aj ked som im zvonil aby som sa opytal na cenu najprv nas pustili dnua potom vydierali ze musime zaplatit 400 kc za parkovne. Mala sa pri brane ozvať, nie ju hneď otvoriť. Bral som to ako signal ze mame to v cene. Absolutna arogancia pri vysvetlovani situacie. Napokon situaciu obe recepčne aj tak pochopili po svojom a vyjadrili sa že zažili aj horšich zakaznikov. Akože WTF. Skazili zažitok svojim pristupom ktory s hotelierstvom nema nič spoločne.

• Henrietta (1/5): It's not a wellness hotel! - Location was ok. The staff wasn't friendly, they didn't help us when we needed.. The hotel was ok but not like a 4 star hotel schould be. They call it wellness hotel but we couldn't use the wellness because they sad the kids have to be quiet... This wasn't a problem...the problem was...EVERYONE WAS NAKED !!!!! In the wellness you have to be naked as they sad... How can't you say before observation this very important detal?! If i knew this before, i would have choosen an other hotel for sure! I DON'T RECOMEND FOR FAMILIES AT ALL! The breakfast was poor quality. It was many different type of food, but they were all tasteless.

• Daniel (7/5): Gute Lage aber nichts besonderes - Zentrale Lage Kinder machten Party bis nachts um 4 Uhr. Kein Einschreiten des Personals. Das Frühstück war sehr schwach bestückt und die Brötchen stein hart.

• Karolina (5/5): Hotel mieści się w bardzo przyjemnej okolicy, przystanek tramwajowy pod samym hotelem, niedaleko jest stacja metra. Duży - Lokalizacja na duży plus, schludny pokój. Byliśmy tylko na jedną noc, więc ciężko ocenić personel i inne udogodnienia. Dużym minusem jest to, że gość hotelowy musi płacić za miejsce parkingowe.
