• Tiziana (7/5): - The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the location was very good. 2 nights out of three there were other people staying in the hotel that were making extremely loud noises in the middle of the night. They also came knocking to our door while we were asleep. We informed the receptionist who spoke to them but unfortunately with no avail, they were still loud. All the rest was good service.

• Eva (8/5): Preiswertes Hotel in ausgezeichneter Lage - Sehr gute Lage, mit über die Straße und man ist schon am Strand, oder vielen umliegenden Restaurants, Bars. Auch das Zentrum erreicht man nach ein paar min. Fußmarsch. Hotel ist schon etwas älter und von außen nicht besonders einladend, allerdings ist es innen sehr schön renoviert und gut ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und sauber und verfügen zur Straßenseite hin auch über Meerblick. Frühstück wird im ersten Stock als Buffet servier. Man findet hier von Wurst und Käse, Spiegeleier, gekochte Eier, über Marmeladen, Süße Croissants, Obst und Gemüse, sowie verschiedene Säfte alles. Kaffee wird frisch gebrüht serviert. Da das Hotel direkt an der abends viel befahrenen Hauptstraße liegt, hört man den Verkehrslärm sehr stark, was das Schlafen nur bei geschlossenem Fenster möglich macht.

Liegt eher in der Nähe der Stadt und nicht am Strand. Die Straße ist sehr laut Frühstück könnte etwas besser sein. Teilweise waren die Sachen kalt die warm sein sollten und Obst gab es nur bedingt das haben wir auf der weiteren Reise besser erlebt. Das Personal verweigert teilweise Kartenzahlung. • Paul Duncan (8/5): Well placed apartment in Durrës. - We had a 2 day stay at the apartment. The apartment was very spacious, with nice big beds, sofa group, and dining table. The kitchen had all the essentials, but there should have been larger cups for tea/coffee. The TV had a great choice of channels, if you wanted to relax and watch a movie in the evening. The Wi-fi was very good. We also liked that it was close to shops, restaurants and the promenade/water front. The only sad thing was that we thought the apartment had a seaview, but the balcony only looked out onto an inner courtyard and other people's balconies.

Excellent location. Close to shops and promenade Private Beach just across the road. Lots of historic sights to see close by. Staff very friendly and helpful. They could have white bread and cereals at breakfast.

Le buffet de petit déjeuner est varié et les serveuses sont très gentilles et efficaces. Nous avions pris une suite qui se trouvait au deuxième étage et elle était assez bien insonorisée par rapport au trafic routier sur le boulevard devant l'hôtel. Le ménage était fait consciencieusement tous les jours. L'établissement indiquait accepter toutes les cartes de crédit, néanmoins nous avons dû payer en espèces.

До речі, назва готелю Hotel Nais Kurrila Більш-менш працював інтернет. А тут ціла історія, на жаль, зі стресом, зіпсованим настроєм та вперше негативним досвідом на Балканах. Персонал готелю виявився дрібними шахраями і брехунами, які маніпуюють і обдурюють, стягуючи оплату за заброньований номер, а потім поселивши вас в абсолютно інший, до того ж гірший і дешевший. Працівник рецепції, чоловік низького зросту, відвертий хам, оком не моргнувши, стверджував і розводив руками, що це не їхня проблема, що я приїхала у той час, коли готель "full". При цьому на роздрукованому повідомленні про мою оплату, спочатку і був вказаний мій номер 404, а потім замальовано коректором і вже написано 203. Номер 203 над рестораном, виходить на галасливу вулицю, усю ніч було шумно. Одну ніч я провела не в своєму, до того ж набагато гіршому і дешевшому номері, де взагалі не працював кондиціонер. Менеджер у телефонній розмові запевняла мене, що це помилка і вранці все вирішить і я буду вже у своєму оплаченому номері. Однак вранці вже інші працівниці рецепції, молоді дівчата, продовжували цю лінію брехні і обдурювали, що менеджер поїхала у Тірану. До слова, з менеджеркою ми зустрілися на сніданку, я впізнала її по голосу. Я зрозуміла, що ніхто не думає " виправляти помилку" і стала вимагати викликати поліцію і що я звернуся на Booking. Тоді дівчата пошепталися, зателефонували згаданій менеджерці, яка сиділа неподалік і сказали, що я зможу отримати свій номер після виселення гостя. От така шахрайська схема діє у готелі. До того ж ніхто з працівників рецепції навіть словом не згадав, що вирішивши "помилку", варто повернути різницю у ціні номера " люкс" та двохмісного. Працівниці продовжували маніпулювати і переконувати про готель "full", хоч насправді я не бачила багато гостей. Хочу зазначити, що я бронювала готель ще взимку. У номері жахливо працював кондиціонер, шумів, неможливо було відрегулювати температуру. У номері не було ні чайника, ні праски, як це було зазначено в описі.

Most spoke english pretty well (the younger the better, no surprise), but they all were ready to give service when needed. Staff always around if you needed any help. Wifi connection was unstable and could be gone for hours... at least it worked consistently well on the restaurant and lobby floors (0 and 1st floor). No practical info letter in the room - but you could always ask for check-out time, breakfast, etc.

Anything you need, the Hotel Nais will help you. The room was very comfortable and clean, with a nice view of the Adriatric Sea. And the free breakfast in the morning was excellent, including the fresh cooked eggs. I'll be coming back soon.

• Daniel (8/5): Nice hotel good lovation fridndly staff very very good vslud for money - Close to Beach Very reasonable - large room nice view It would be nice if there was a toaster or some slightly more modern breakfast equipment An old toastie took ages to toast bread Also ran out of basic breakfast tea bags
• Kamila (7/5): Basic hotel but good value for the low cost - Very clean. The breakfast is decent with good choice and quality. The location is very convenient for restaurants etc. The staff are very responsive and mostly helpful. There is no private beach access as advertised. There is also no on-site restaurant or room service and no kettle in the room (maybe a british thing to expect this as standard!). The air conditioning is not very good.
