- Patrick Picard (10/5): Je reviendrai dans cet hôtel si je reviens à Tirana. - Tout était parfait avec un choix généreux de salé et sucré. Nappes en tissu blanc changées entre chaque client. Il manquait un coffre de sécurité dans la chambre du 12è étage pourtant grande et confortable.

- Begoña (1/5): Terrible experience - Nothing Terrible experience! I had a reservation that was cancelled by the hotel the same day of the check-in without informing me, leaving me with no accomodation. Initially the credit card was declined multiple times for no reason, so I tried to call them and send messages but there was no answer at all. In their booking page was written that they will provide to contact you with the necessary information to do a bank transfer, however they ignored me. The next day (also the day of the check-in) the reservation resulted confirmed in booking, so I call them another time and finally get a response. Unfortunately they told me that my reservation was cancelled by them. I spoke with a booking assistant 4 times and they said that the reservation was probably cancelled because of overbooking, which is a clear breach of Booking's terms, and so I was left without a place to sleep. Booking provided me another hotel and assured me that they will pay the difference. Hotel Opera seems fabulous but the reality is that they don’t care about their clients. I strongly recommend to not book here!!!

Lots of restaurants and shops in the surroundings. Room was spacious. Comfy bed. Wifi and a/c worked fine. Good breakfast. Housekeeping starts early (before 9 a.m.), so if you sleep in until around 9:30 or 10 a.m., your room might not get cleaned.

Although my room faces the main road, being on the 8th floor means it is actually quite quiet once the windows are closed. The facilities and breakfast are pretty basic. L'hotel è molto pulito e arredato con uno stile elegante che rende l'atmosfera davvero piacevole. La camera era bellissima e molto spaziosa, ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro. Colazione buona per un inizio di giornata perfetto. La posizione è semplicemente "super",centrale che non ho mai dovuto utilizzare i mezzi pubblici si può raggiungere tutto comodamente a piedi. Tutto perfetto
