Shafeeq Rahiman (9/5): hotel is in a good location in the Beyazit area, close to the Laleli-Üniversite tram stop and with many shops nearby. - The room was comfortable for the three of us. My 9-year-old son especially enjoyed the cartoon TV channels while relaxing in the evening the room was a bit dusty and we were sneezing before going to sleep

Sinny (9/5): - L’hôtel est très bien situé, juste à côté de l’arrêt du tramway. De plus, vous pouvez rejoindre les sites historiques à pied depuis l’hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner est servi sous forme de buffet ouvert et il est varié. Je n’ai rien trouvé que je n’aie pas aimé à l’hôtel.

Lachezar (1/5): - They didn't accept us at all. They sent us to another hotel. In the other hotel they gave us terrible rooms My room was in the place of the closet. On the second day of our stay, they were doing renovations next to my room for 4 hours and it was noisy. (from 1 pm to 5 pm) On the second night, they changed my room to the worst room in the entire hotel. You feel like you're sleeping on the sidewalk and the window doesn't close. In the second room, the bathroom, sink and toilet were 90 cm by 110 cm in total. When you enter the bathroom, you can't close the door because there's no way to close the door, you have to either step on the toilet or enter the shower to close the bathroom door. This bathroom is actually so small that even if there's a person in it, there's no room to close the door. I'm terribly disappointed I'm very sorry that they charged me money for this torture in hotels. I am very disappointed.

Metro stations Vezneciler,Yenikapi and Aksaray are 10-15 minutes' walk from hotel.The hotel is clean,the staff is professional. Breakfast is delicious. Mr. Ismail is a very professional worker,attentive and ready to help people.

Khuram (8/5): Very good - Location is excellent. Near to tram and metro train to access main locations like SultanAhmet and Taksim. Reception staff's cooperation was also excellent. They take complaints seriously. Housekeeping was also perfect. Our soaps and towels were changed daily. Breakfast. No good variety. Even cappacino/espresso etc coffee was not available. Especially at the entrance of restaurant, a guy asks for room no for entry purpose. This really seems very awkward. Secondly, no tea coffee or even complimentary water bottles for the room. We stayed six nights, used 2 water bottles from the mini bar and had to pay for it. Washrooms are also very tiny.
