Guest Reviews
- Emel (6/5): Ok for the price - + spacious room and bathroom
+ cleaning was ok - the night before my arrival I received an e-mail from hotel stating that they needed to direct me to another hotel nearby called City Central with the same features(?). It seems it is a regular trick for this hotel and since it was a short notice I had to accept the offer but I didn’t like it ofc.
- room was smelling very heavy (because of the carpet I suppose) when I arrived but opening the windows for a while made it bearable.
- the bed was very hard.
- breakfast was very very basic.
- Martina (7/5): Good -
- Jose (9/5): So nice so good - The location and cleanness and good breakfast Nothing

- William (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nazrin (8/5): Very good -
- Dinara (1/5): Bad - Nothing Wasn’t as advertised small no air conditioning no space for luggage no internet. Unhelpful staff not nice room.
- Kelly (2/5): Would not recommend staying here - That it wasn't far from the Congress centre
1 or 2 staff on front desk were helpful Staff were rude, 1 shouted at my 10 year old daughter about her filling her drink bottle up.
Would barge past you. Breakfast was the worst iv had, we had to go else where and get breakfast. Bed were like sleeping on the floor.
- Simon (8/5): Very good -
- Milan (7/5): Good - The hotel we booked couldn't accommodate us but offered a solution in their sister hotel. The breakfast was actually a highlight of our stay in the hotel. A good choice and reasonable quality for such a budget hotel. The staff were all great - both the reception and kitchen/cleaning staff. Overall quite pleased with our stay, especially given the price. Our room was really smelly, I blamed the old carpet. It's impossible to ventilate the room because it's facing really polluted and noisy street. Aircon didn't seem to work.
- Illia (6/5): Pleasant - Wi-Fi was not good enough
- Seyed (8/5): Very good -
- Derick (7/5): Was not what I booked. Most of staff couldn’t speak English. - Nothing Got to hotel it was closed for renovations, were then booked into a sister hotel, every morning the breakfast was a disaster, space to small for all the guests
- Vasiliki (4/5): this review is for the hotel city- central, as city club Prague hotel was not able to host us. - The stuff was very friendly. The breakfast was ok. They changed the towels daily which was nice. City club prague cancelled our reservation and they were kind enough to pass us to another hotel called hotel city- central, instead of canceling the whole trip!
However, the city- central hotel was very disappointing, as the room had a very weird smell and the walls were dirty. I believe that is basic necessities to open the windows and air the rooms sufficiently and also clean the walls from stains. I think our initial booking at city- club prague was a better choice, so staying at the city- central hotel was not ideal at all.

- Sitepu (6/5): Pleasant - The place is close by city center They changed our hotel and it isn't comparable to the first hotel we chose. It looked like a downgrade of our room
- Raghavendra (10/5): Exceptional - Good breakfast Easy access
- Mariam (10/5): Exceptional -
- Viktória (7/5): Good - Very nice staff ; lot of option at breakfast
Close to tube /tram stop Broken shower screen , room need to be repainted .

- Elżbieta (7/5): blisko do centrum -
- Mr.ozols (4/5): Don't spoil your vacation, choose another one - The only positive in all of this is the location, but considering that I will visit Prague 5 times already, the ratio of price, quality and options for this hotel was critically low. The building is outdated, the rooms are old, the beds are worn, the level of cleanliness is very low. The rooms are dark, with few sockets.
A complete reconstruction of the hotel is required. Otherwise, it's a sinking ship.
It is possible in Prague. find in much better locations, much more modern hotels and in a better price category. Don't spoil your vacation, choose another one
- Huy (7/5): Good -
- Clemon (6/5): Pleasant - breakfast was poor
- Smiljana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cristian (1/5): Bad - This Hotel was HORROR!!! "City Club Prague" & "City Central De Luxe" are the same. They canceled our booking a few days before arriving! Avoid at all costs!! Poor breakfast, very bad staff attitude, very bad customer service). They threatened us with not honoring the booking at all, unless we pay extra! HORROR HOTEL!!! Do you want hotel reception staff to yell at you?! They do that here! Aggressive behavior from the hotel staff! They DO NOT CARE about your booking. com confirmations, and will openly say "we don't care about Booking", "Booking does not matter, you are staying at our hotel and we can charge our own rates. Cancel your booking on Booking . com, you will pay separately, what we ask you, or you can go".
- Filippo (6/5): Pleasant - Quite good position. The price is affordable. Abundant breakfast buffet. Old structure, the room had an old and a bit dusty carpet on the floor and few hairs on the sheets.
- 小姐 (6/5): Pleasant - This price with the cozy breakfast is really really niceee The equipment in the room is a bit old especially for the carpet
- John (1/5): We spent a fortune in taxis looking for the other accommodation - We didn’t stay as when we got there we were told they didn’t have room for us as they house Ukrainians N/a
- Hanmin (5/5): Passable -
- Giorgos (8/5): Very good especially considering the value for money! - It was really clean.
Very good location.
The staff were very friendly!
For the money I gave I am most happy and I will choose this hotel again in the future!!! I could have been a bit more modern.. Not bad but a bit old fashioned.
The breakfast looked cheap and there were not a lot of options to choose especially for those who were vegan.
- Sopio (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chidiac (6/5): Pleasant -
- Yohana (8/5): Good - The hotel cancelled our reservaron 2 days before my arriba but they Booked another room in another hotel on the same Block for the same price.
It s close to metro and tram.

- David (6/5): Pleasant -
- Fadel (3/5): Poor - A/c not working for all stay
- Nazirakhanim (4/5): Disappointing -
- Mary_pan (4/5): Disappointing - The only good was that there was bus sand metro station near to hotel. This hotel changed my reservation for City Central Hotel. The hotel sent me an email to inform me about the change and when I asked more information they didn't ansered me. The City Central hotel was awful, the room was so dirty with a lot of dust everywhere and dirty floor. Also breakfast included in the price but when I go to eat everything were awful too. There was a bad smell in the restaurant and the chairs were dirty too. I strongly do't recommend it for anyone.
- Gaia (5/5): Passable -
- Richard (4/5): Disappointing - Breakfast and location There was no air conditioner in room so it was really hot and the fridge didn't work
- Giancarlo (7/5): well located for reaching the center, it offers everything you need for enjoyable days in Prague. - The hotel is well located and easily accessible by public transport.
It also offers everything you need to spend your days in prague little choice of sweet options in the breakfast.
- Dovilė (9/5): Superb -
- Isidora (10/5): Exceptional -
- Milan (8/5): Very good -
- Milena (7/5): Good -
- Elene (6/5): Pleasant -
- Szabolcs (5/5): Cheap, acceptable. - The breakfast was good and enough. The room was good, but very noisy, the noise isolation of the window was very poor.
- Hose (9/5): Superb - The room was big enough and clean. The breakfast was complete and the restaurant is big for having many guests. Nothing, all is Good.
- Alper (5/5): Passable - Location and price
- Manuela (7/5): Good -
- Burakhan (7/5): Good - Location Room entry and checkout time
- David (9/5): Superb -
- Sarkar (8/5): Good, but could be better - The room was very clean. The breakfast buffet was good. The check in and check out time is less than 20 hours. The stay should be at least for 22-23hours.
The breakfast buffet had one rotten rice dish. The breakfast place was small and cramped and underground.
There was no shower curtain in the bath.
- Miriam (8/5): Very good - All good, but we didn't stay in this hotel. We were sent to another one.
- Anton (10/5): When I go to Prague I’ll choose this hotel again - Breakfast, location, staff, price Small room, but in general okay
- Sarah (1/5): Bad -
- Maha (8/5): I would definitely go back - I was at their other property city central Prague few minutes walking from city club Prague. The breakfast was excellent. The room was so clean. Yet, a little bit small. The location is nearby most of Prague attractions and close to the public transportation. The area is safe. Thank you. The room was small but this did not bother me.
- Tszg (9/5): Superb -
- Veronika (8/5): great value for money - perfect location. great value for money. accessible 24/7. breakfast was included. breakfast was a bit boring
- Vasilis (4/5): Disappointing -
- Oyarzo (8/5): Very good -
- Ngumbi (5/5): just ok - bed was comfy and location good. breakfast no variety, hardly found anything to eat,my window was at the roof, couldn't close, light entered the room early morning, so much noise
- Marina (7/5): Good - we booked this hotel for the weekends but the hotel was full and we were asked to move to City central hotel. I suppose that these hotels are the similar and are close to each. City central is good hotel for several nights, everything was clean and breakfast was quite good for the hotel of such category. Tram and metro station are close, a lot of cafes and 2 km walk from city centre. elevator was broken several times but nothing special else.
- Mariam (7/5): Good - Breakfast was great Bathroom didn't have the cartoon or the drain on the floor, so after a shower the whole floor was flooded. The staff only gave us the old towels and we had mop the floor by ourselves.
- Lina (8/5): Very good -
- Pant (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rade (8/5): Very good -
- Gaynor (7/5): a basic hotel suitable as a necessary stay, not a holiday hotel. but you get what you pay for & it is inexpensive. - clean, basic lift served two floors, mid way - had to carry bags up & down stairs.
breakfast in a cellar.
no international tv
- Natalia (8/5): Very good - Clean, quiet, very comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet was wholesome Shower head was broken, but got fixed the same day we told hotel staff about it
- Mara (10/5): Great value for that money! - The original hotel that we booked was closed at that time, so they offered us to stay at their another hotel at the same price and on the same street, which was great. We had a delightful stay. Real good value for that price, it was a clean room, everything was very decent, the breakfast was good, a lot of choices for mediterranean breakfast, luggage room was available to us at our arrival (check in was at 15pm), Wi-Fi was great.
- Leon (7/5): Disappointing quality for the price - The breakfast was varied enough and of good quality Old, run-down facilities, very small room with no minibar or house phone in the room, not too clean, an extremely slow lift and surly reception staff .
- Senkovic (10/5): Exceptional - All of the staff was very helpful and kind, the room was clean and the hotel is on a walking distance to the city center
- Katarina (8/5): Great value for money! - The hotel was clean with great location and it was fairly quiet. We also had breakfast for 3 mornings and although it was the same food every morning it was tasty (loved the beans we had on the last morning!). There were also towels included and ready on our bed and soap in the shower. Overall there is nothing we could complain about as the price way reasonable for a hotel with these facilities.
- Ronak (8/5): Very good -
- Arka (7/5): Good -
- Mounika (1/5): Bad -
- Carmen (7/5): Recommended - It was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was nice. The room was a bit small and wifi wasn't working properly.
- Max (8/5): All in all good hotel - Close to centre without the tourist crowds. Comfortable room. The breakfast wasn’t that great.
- Bojan (9/5): Superb -
- Honza (7/5): Good -
- Ahmed (1/5): There was no hotel existed with same name they are cheater and referred to another hotel - There was no hotel existed with same name they are cheater and referred to another hotel There was no hotel existed with same name they are cheater and referred to another hotel
