- İbrahim (10/5): Çok güzel bir kalış oldu bizim için. - Üç kişilik bir odada kaldık, anne baba ve kızımız olarak kaldık. Valizlerimize rağmen o da gerçekten çok genişti. Bütün otel ve odalar her zaman çok temizdi. Küçük butik bir otel ama bütün konfora sahip. Büyük otellerin kargaşası yok. Ekip hem yardımcı hem de güleryüzlü. Kahvaltı büfesini çok sevdik. Otelin küçük bir bistrosu var. Bir akşam bir de öğlen yemeği yedik. Küçük bir menüsü var ama yemekleri gerçekten çok lezzetli. Imperial College’a yakın olmak istediğimiz için lokasyon bizim için idealdi. Bir şeyi sevmedim demek doğru olmaz. Ama belki banyosunda lavabonun altındaki dolabı daha büyük tutabilirler, özellikle triple odalarda.

The staff are very professional and welcoming nothing is too much trouble. Very attentive. The bedroom was as the photos online a lovely big bed which gave a good nights rest. Air conditioning was fantastic especially as we stayed in this unexpected heat in May. The bathroom was beautiful and had a lovely big walk in shower also provided a selection of toiletries. Plenty of wardrobe and drawer space as you enter the bedroom Lovely quiet room no 515. We arrived an hour half early with intention to have a light lunch and was told our room was ready for us already and we could check in. The lounge and bar are very comfortable also very stylish. Breakfast provided in the restaurant was full of a variety of everything you could want. You could also order from a menu for a little extra some specials. check out was fast polite and very friendly. Our needs were taken care of right up to getting in the taxi. Location is perfect it’s very central for The beautiful park where you can get cycles walk or run. The Albert Hall is literally just around the corner as is the Science Museum and History Museum. A very beautiful part of London. I always book my hotel rooms well in advance and that generally I’ve noticed the price is a little better. We had a wonderful stay. Trying to find the toilet roll it was located under the bathroom sink to back although next to toilet it would have been better placed visually on the other side. Just a little thing.

The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. A nice hotel situated in a reasonably quiet location. The mattress on the bed was very hard; consequently we did not have too good a night. In all other respects the bedding, furnishings were very good.

- Doris (5/5): - Wir haben das Zimmer schon vor der ersten Übernachtung kurz nach der Ankunft wieder storniert. Zuerst hatten wir ein sehr dunkles Zimmer. Statt normaler Glasscheiben gab es Glasmalerei mit Bleirahmen wie bei einem Kirchenfenster, wahrscheinlich um den Blick in den hässlichen Hof/Hinterhof zu verdecken. Das Zimmer war unpersönlich mit einer Kaminattrappe und veraltetem spärlichem Mobiliar. Dusche über Badewanneneinstieg. Sehr unkomfortabel. Nach Beschwerde Zimmerwechsel. Jetzt zwar große Fensterfront mit Balkon zur Straße, diesen konnte man aber nicht betreten. Türen waren abgesperrt - absichtlich wie uns der Hotelmitarbeiter mitteilte. Straße gut befahren und laut. Vielleicht Einfachverglasung, alte Holzfenster, es zog jedenfalls eiskalt durch alle Ritzen. Das Zimmer hatte ca. 18 Grad! Das Badezimmer war ca. 3 qm groß mit einem einzigen winzigen Handwaschbecken, einer kleinen niedrigen Toilette und einer sehr schmalen ebenerdigen Dusche, vielleicht 70 cm breit. Das Haus strahlte Tradition vergangener Zeiten aus. Eigentlich von außen hübsch auszusehen, aber eben nicht der Standard, den wir erwartet hatten. Die Gäste, die wir gesehen haben, waren überwiegend älteres Publikum. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und wollte uns für den nächsten Tag noch ein weiteres alternatives Zimmer anbieten. Einen dritten Versuch haben wir aber nicht abwarten wollen. Wir waren enttäuscht, die Unterkunft entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen. Da besteht erheblicher Sanierungs-/Modernisierungsbedarf! Deutlich überbewertet aus meiner Sicht. Preis und Leistung stehen in keinem Verhältnis.

- Kayleigh (10/5): - The staff are fantastic, very polite and accommodating. I don't like lifts and were initially put on a higher floor, when they realised I didn't like lifts they insisted on looking for a floor on a lower floor which they did (they kindly moved me to the first floor), even though I said I was okay walking the stairs. Both the bedroom and bathroom were very clean, and the beds were very comfy. The breakfast was lovely, I had avocado on toast and it was so nice, my mum had an omelette and said it was the best omelette she's ever had. The location is excellent, I was seeing a concert at the Royal Albert Hall and it was about a 5 minute walk. The area was really nice and felt very safe. It was great there and there wasn't anything we didn't like as such. The only thing is it took a little longer to get checked in but we know it was busy on that particular date, but it was a tiny detail and they really did help us with getting us a different room and they were really helpful.

- Alison (9/5): The hotel is clean, quiet and inviting. The bistro food is also very good. - Staff were very accommodating and nice. We opted to stay in for dinner twice and the bar staff made sure that we had tables for dining. The staff also arranged for taxis to Heathrow at our request and the service was great. There are pubs and restaurants within walking distance. While the location was great for the V&A and Nat History, we were quite ways from other attractions - okay for most of us who walk, but one member needed transport - not a criticism of the hotel, but we need to do better homework next time in terms of location.

- Fabrizio (9/5): Excellent location, quiet area, comfortable stay - excellent location for going to the Royal Albert Hall. Very easy to reach using public transport. Quiet area. Hotel very clean, efficient and polite staff. The choice of places to dine around the hotel is very limited.

Staff were all exceptional. Location is perfect with a short 5 minute walk to the Royal Albert Hall. We had only booked for one night.

- Howard (9/5): Comfortable and well located. - I chose the hotel due to its location (close to the Royal Albert Hall) and it did not disappoint. The staff were very helpful and friendly and check-in was seamless. The breakfast was very good with a wide choice of options. The room was a little on the small side but otherwise very comfortable.

- Elena (9/5): - Abbiamo alloggiato in questa struttura per due per assistere a dei concerti al Royal Albett Hall. La posizione è comodissima, ci si arriva in 3 minuti a piedi. La zona è stupenda, molto signorile e tranquilla. Appena arrivati ci hanno comunicato di averci cambiato la stanza e ce ne hanno data una migliore, abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo. Pulizia e ogni genere di accortezza. Abbiamo avuto un problema con l'aria condizionata che non funzionava, ma ci hanno fornito un ventilatore e aprendo le finestre abbiamo risolto. Ritornerei sicuramente e consiglio questa struttura!

- Marja Riitta (10/5): Trevligt prisvärt hotell i Kensington nära Royal Albert Hall. Utmärkt om man är i London för en konsert eller annat uppt - Personalen framförallt Leyla vid front office. Hon är trevlig, kunnig och omhändertagande. Rent, bekväma sängar och läget är perfekt. Frukosten var bra. Maten på kvällen var medioker.

- Elise (9/5): Comfortabele en rustige plek - De locatie naast de Royal Albert Hall was perfect voor ons. Het is ook vlak bij diverse mooie musea. De buurt is rustig en we kregen een mooie ruime kamer met heel fijne badkamer en koffiemachine. De bagage werd zelfs naar de kamer gebracht en er werd uitleg gegeven over de kamer. Dit hotel beviel heel goed. Een paar kleine verbeterpunten: in de 3-persoons kamer waren maar 2 stoelen (1 comfortabele stoel en een bureaustoel), het zou fijn zijn als er 3 stoelen zijn.

- Jenny (10/5): Amazing staff, great location and extremely comfortable room - The hotel location was perfect for our visit to the Royal Albert Hall. There are also lots of museums, restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were extremely helpful and the room was very comfortable and modern. Breakfast was really good quality, probably the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. It's buffet style and has lots of great options, as well as freshly squeezed orange juice! I highly recommend this hotel.
