Cuida mucho el espacio, las habitaciones, el trato con los clientes, el mensaje previo al hospedaje con recomendaciones, el precioso desayuno personalizado que te lleva a la habitación. Además está lleno de arte, es como entrar en una galería. Todo muy limpio y silencioso. Estoy muy agradecida, repetiría. La ubicación no me pareció excelente, estaba muy bien porque en 30 minutos estabas en el centro, pero había que andar 10 minutos y luego hacer un o dos transbordos. Eso sería lo unico, igualmente estaba lleno de servicios.

Côté pratique , tout est pensé pour que les hôtes soient comblés : le confort est impeccable, le service du petit-déjeuner en chambre est très confortable, le petit-déjeuner étant aussi copieux que varié, le cadre est très viennois authentique, enfin la situation de l'hébergement et les conseils de l'hôte achèvent de magnifier le séjour. Vous pouvez franchement choisir cet hôtel, mais pas au point de nous empêcher d'y retourner prochainement !

We stayed in a beautiful large suite and the freshly prepared breakfast brought to our room was gorgeous. Ordered the night before, they are brought to your room by the owner himself. The public areas are filled with art, curated by the owner. The property is across the street from the metro and tram stop. We found the neighborhood safe, both day and night, and within walking distance of several excellent restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

The deco within the apartments itself was quirky with a unique arty Vienna feel. Absolutely loved it. Breakfast was also magnificent. Everything prepared fresh, order all you want, and served right to the room. Can't be beat! Location wise, it sits in the middle between old town and the other attractions so really nice location. Bus stop, tram station all nearby. And as noted by others, extremely near Westbanhoff train station, which makes it easy to arrive and travel out. As an aside, it's right next to Delik Kebab - must try! I guess the only thing is to have shelves next to the shower? A small matter tho!

Die Zimmer sind überraschend geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, jedes Zimmer verfügt über eine kleine Küchenzeile. Die Lage ist optimal. Der Hotelier ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel hat außer den Zimmern keine Einrichtungen (nicht mal einen Frühstücksraum, geschweige denn Bar, Gym, Restaurant, Pool etc.)

Das gebuchte Zimmer gleicht eher einer Suite, ist absolut sauber. Die Betten bequem und nach dem Aufwachen erwartet einen ein tolles Frühstück auf dem Zimmer. - Claudio12345 (10/5): Einmalige Location - Dass einem der Hotelbetreiber persönlich das am Abend vorbestellte Frühstück aufs Zimmer bringt ist schon einzigartig. Kein Gedränge im Frühstücksraum, kein anstellen auf Kaffee, toll. Die Zimmer sind groß. Das Hotel liegt in einer Seitenstraße, man ist aber in 3 min an einer Haltestelle von U-Bahn, Straßenbahn und Bus. Wir hatten einen Garagenplatz mit gebucht. Diese liegt in einem Nebenhaus, der Gastgeber fuhr mit mir mit, gab mir dafür einen Transponder zum öffnen des Tores, der Weg zurück zum Hotel ist zu Fuß keine 5 min. Vorteil: Die Garage ist verschlossen und hat großzügige Plätze (für große SUV ideal). Nichts

Our room was extremely spacious, comfortable, and awesomely decorated! Minor: need a short bus ride to reach city attractions, but this bus is very frequent and comfortable.

La ubicación, si bien no es en el centro de la ciudad, es muy buena, porque es un barrio tranquilo y el tranvía está literalmente a la vuelta de la esquina, y funciona muy bien. And patient with our full blown energy kids (which is rare in Austria). The appartment was super comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. They even helped us with the laundry, which was very appreciated. I liked everything. Only thing missing was a shelf in the shower! Location is good but a bit far. However we knew this before booking. The bus stop is very close (like 1min) . For metro, you need to walk 10-11 minutes.

- Maarten (9/5): Perfecte ruime locatie, wát een superhost. Een aanrader! - Het was zeer ruim , schoon en compleet. Wij hadden de luxe suite en er was zelfs de mogelijkheid om te koken. Het openbaar vervoer was om de hoek en daardoor was de innerstadt heel gemakkelijk te bereiken. Het ontbijt, dat altijd precies op tijd op de kamer werd gebracht, was overheerlijk. De avond ervoor kon je laten weten wat je keuze was. Echt perfect! De inrichting is wat gedateerd. Was even wennen, maar zeer comfortabel. Prima bed, ruime kamer + badkamer en zelfs nog een extra entree kamer.

Dostali jsme klíč od brány co bylo velice dobré řešeno. Měli jsme pejska a vše proběhlo výborně. Poloha hotelu je jen přes cestu na metro. Možná větší hluk. - Jelena (10/5): A family hotel with a special touch - A family hotel with its specific touch in a very convenient place just a couple of minutes away trom all kinds of public transport. The host is very helpful and stays in touch with his guests all the time for useful hints and advice. The breakfast is very special and is served in the rooms, which is really nice and unusual. We wish the hotel to flourish. There is no lift, so it may be a challenge for some guests to go upstairs.

- Ryan (8/5): Almost great - Quirky, clean and a good comfy vibe. Close to transport options. Breakfast was delicious and stunning. The manager was a bit sarcastic and at times I thought he was a bit too much.
- Hedvika (10/5): - Velmi milý a ochotný hostitel. Vyšel vstříc našemu požadavku na poslední chvíli. Byli jsme nadmíru spokojeni. Ubytování je blízko centra, je prostorné, čisté, s kuchyňkou. Určitě se sem rádi vrátíme. Jen to, že jsme byli jen na 1 noc, příště rádi zůstaneme déle

Locația este excelentă — chiar lângă stația de metrou, ceea ce ne-a permis să ajungem rapid și ușor în toate punctele turistice importante ale orașului. Camerele au fost confortabile, curate, iar personalul foarte amabil. Raportul calitate-preț este foarte bun. Recomand cu încredere pentru oricine dorește un sejur comod și bine conectat la transportul public!

Se puede estar. las fotos no son lo que muestran y todas las cosas que ofrecen son del propietario, hay que pedirlas por ejemplo los juegos, el lavarropa, la bicicleta, hay una sola, etc. La pileta del baño se tapa. El aire acondicionado no funciona bien. Mucha decoración.. Para llegar al centro hay que viajar en bus. La caja fuerte o de seguridad debe estar atornillada o empotrada a la pared, estaba suelta, o sea ninguna seguridad, y se atascaba, la arreglaron pero siguió igual, así que tuvimos que llevar todo con nosotros. Después de éste comentario el dueño me mando mensaje al whatsapp diciéndome que yo era muy mala, y en realidad no puse todo lo malo, porque él fue muy amable. de todos modos todo es muy subjetivo, veo que le han puesto muy buen puntaje por eso reservé
- Sarvesh (10/5): Wonderful stay, highly recommended if travelling to Vienna. - We had a wondeful room - very spacious, well-furnished/decorated and comfortable with a built-in kitchen and large bathroom. We enjoyed the artworks on display throughout the hotel. Breakfast was well-priced, delicious and delivered straight to our room after sending through our order the previous night. The hotel is located just around the corner from a metro station, tram and bus stop and offers very easy access to Vienna main station and multiple attractions within the city. The owner was also very accommodating, allowing us to check in early and keeping our bags for a few hours after checking out. N/A
