- Hubertus (8/5): - Der Zugang zum Pool hat etwas Gefälle und ist gefliest. Da es geregnet hatte, war alles sehr glatt und ich bin wie auf einer Bananenschake ausgerutscht. Zum Glück ist nichts schlimmes passiert, aber ich würde diesen Weg bei Regen absperren. Sehr gutes Essen😋

We had dinner there and the food was also very good. Water was expensive and few options were available as it is not located close to town. We also had no way to change money at the hotel or anywhere close by.

Pena que a nossa estadia foi de apenas uma noite. Nota 10 para a limpeza do apartamento e conforto das camas! Tudo perfeito!

En general cumplió con lo que esperábamos. Fue genial poder dejar valijas en recepción y disfrutar las instalaciones hasta salir al aeropuerto. Cumplió con nuestras expectativas. Volvería Solo que la ducha estaba tapada y nos dijeron la habían destapado y se seguía llenando de agua, nos facilitaron un destapa caños y pudimos hacerlo nosotros mismos. El bungalow para 4 personas, aparte de los dormitorios, cuenta con el frigobar y un apartado donde tenían microondas, hervidora de agua, entre otros. También cuenta con estacionamiento propio. Queda a 20 minutos aproximadamente de las Cataratas. El desayuno también estuvo muy bueno. La habitación matrimonial me pareció un poco chica y la habitación con 2 camas single no tenía salida directa al patio, se tenía que pasar si o si por la habitación matrimonial.

Super cómodo, con dos baños y aires acondicionados (fundamental para el calor húmedo de la selva). Ademas está en altura, por lo que esta lejos de las demás habitaciones. En cuanto al personal, unos genios. Nos permitieron dejar las valijas antes y después de los checks (in y out). Ademas nos traían la comida del restaurante al bungalow para el momento de la cena. El desayuno exquisito.

Das Buffet am Abend war hervorragend, Kinder (zumindest bis 7) durften kostenlos Buffet genießen. Insgesamt sehr familienfreundlich. Frühstück war auch mit guter Auswahl. Möglichkeit, bei spätem Abflug die Anlage zu nutzen. Cabaña etwas altmodisch, Essen der Poolbar kann nicht überzeugen und ist verhältnismäßig teuer.

The hotel sent out information stating that we needed to have enough cash to pay the tourist tax, but no information about how much we would need to pay - so how would we know that we had enough cash? In the event they said the tax could be paid by credit card anyway.

Also the hotel recommended a taxi driver for us so we booked him for an 1pm pick up to bring us across the boarder to airport. He arived at one and was intoxicated he even had a can of beer in the car with him we were in the middle of nowhere and had no choice but to tak the car as we needed to catch a flight it was a terrible experience

- Martin Francisco (10/5): Excelente, sin dudas volvería! - La ubicación para hacer las excursiones es la mejor, porque al estar cerca de las cataratas, sos de los últimos en ser recogidos, y de los primeros en ser dejados. El desayuno y la cena buffete todo muy rico, lo único reprochable es la falta de variedad pero es entendible por el espacio que tienen. La pileta para los chicos es excelente ya que cuenta con 1/3 de la misma a un nivel que los niños de 5-6 años en adelante hacen pie. Los precios que te cobran en todas la bebidas, en un lugar donde hace tanto calor no pueden lucrar con esa variable. El agua mas grande que venden es de medio litro. Para una familia de 5 si tengo que comprar toda el agua en el hotel es un número importante para ser simplemente agua.

When l enquired they treated me like an idiot. The rooms omg, very poor low 2 star. 1 inch pillow, we asked for 2 more never arrived. Very old and mouldy showers, cracked tiles. The list goes on. Staff say yes yes to answer you but nothing ever arrives. Restaurant is only area to sell wine and it doesn't open until 8pm. Pool bar sells beer and cocktails but no wine which is bear the restaurant. Pool seemed very slimy and needs a good clean. We are not exaggerating as most trips we stay 3 star and happy with clean bed and room. Without the fuss. This hotel is very low level. Choose other hotels in area
