• Karin (10/5): Sehr schönes Quartier, etwas abgelegen! - Das Apartment ist sehr sauber, sehr gut eingerichtet und der Ausblick auf Altstadt und Meer ist ein Traum! Der Weg aus der Atstadt ist doch lang und die vielen Stufen zum Quartier (teils sehr hoch) sind für ältere Personen (ohne Haltegriffe) sehr anstrengend. Ich bin leider auch gestürzt und im Krankenhaus gelandet! Auch dass keine Sonnenliegen vorhanden waren, war sehr schade!
• Stefan (10/5): - Poloha ubytovania v tichej časti, výhľad na staré mesto z terasy. Správca ubytovania komunikoval rýchlo a vyhovel našim požiadavkám
• Chanika (9/5): Breathtaking view with a scenic walk to the old town - Amazing view and very quiet. If you choose this property, you should know it already that it’s 20-25 mins walk to the Old Town, closest shop is 10 mins walk. Not a problem for us.
• Kinga (8/5): Spędziliśmy w domku bardzo miły czas. Widoków z okien nie zapomnimy na długo :) - Piękne widoki na morze i zachody słońca, bliskość morza i plaży. Apartament świetnie wyposażony, czysty, wygodny. W trakcie pobytu pod naszą nieobecność zostały wyniesione śmieci oraz wymienione ręczniki. Tuż za płotem jest budowa, przez co czasami było bardzo głośno. Wypożyczyliśmy samochód, którym niestety nie dało się dojeżdżać do obiektu ze względu na wprowadzoną strefę ograniczonego ruchu wokół starego miasta. W związku z tym byliśmy zmuszeni zapłacić dodatkowo 800 zł za najbliższy parking, który był zlokalizowany ponad 2 kilometry od obiektu. Codziennie więc czekał nas 40 minutowy spacer na parking i z parkingu. Gospodarz nie ma na to wpływu, jednak uważam, że taka informacja powinna zostać zamieszczona w ogłoszeniu.

• Grzegorz (10/5): Idealne apartament i miejsce dla małżeństwa i weekendowy pobyt. - Najcenniejszym elementem apartamentu jest taras w widokiem na zatoką oraz Stare Miasto. Magiczna atmosfera jest szczególnie w godzinach popołudniowych i na zachód słońca. Miejsce jest bardzo spokojne i pozwala na relaks i spokojny sen. Blisko znajduje się lokalna plaża z restauracją ale trzeba pokonać ok. 150 schodów. Spacer do Starego Miasta zajmuje ok. 15 minut. Polecamy ten obiekt, planujemy kiedyś tutaj wrócić !!! Dość wysoka cena za dobę pobytu. Brak sprzętu plażowego. Pobliska plaża oraz plaża miejska żwirowo-kamienista, wskazane obuwie ochronne.

• Jolanta (10/5): Wyjątkowy apartment - Bardzo przyjemny apartament. Czyściutki i wyposażony w pełni. Świetna, spokojna lokalizacja! Widok z balkonu i okien wyjątkowy, jakbym siedziała na plaży. Zejście na plażę praktycznie obok apartamentu. Obok kościółek, w którym o stałych porach biją dzwony. W niedzielę mogłam uczestniczyć we mszy świętej. Za kościółkiem znajduje się duża, kamienista plażą z prysznicem. Jest również restauracja z której pięknie widać zachodzące słońce. Do starego miasta spacerkiem na piechotę ok. 15-20minut. Obsługa apartamentu rewelacyjna! Jeżeli znowu będę w Dubrowniku to napewno tam się zatrzymam. 🙂 Brak

• Simon (9/5): Superb - Amazing, absolutely stunning location with full apartment and separate rooms for kids and parents. Confy beds and fresh apartment, renovated not long ago. Short walk to old town. Only two things, with the kitchen there was no salt or oil which just makes it annoying that You have to buy. The beach Sveti Jakob that is very close is super nice but paying 50Euro for sunbeds is crazy. It would be so nice if there were chairs or some type of portable beds and small umbrella for the sun.

• Coleen (10/5): Lovely quiet spot near old town - Beautiful view of the sea and Dubrovnik. 20+ minute to old town and 4 min to swim beach(down 160 steps). We had the downstairs apartment, so comfortable and beautiful patio. Small store 15 min walk. Uber or taxi available if you do not want to walk! Would highly recommend. The walk is on a narrow 1 lane road so need to be aware of fast cars. We were there early June so perfect weather. May be too hot to walk in summer.

• David (10/5): A fantastic view and lovely snorkelling covers very close. - The apartment had amazing views over the Dubrovnik old town. it was spacious and there places to swim and snorkel very close by. (beware though around 150 steps to descend and climb!). Tehse areas were shingle / rock. Perfect for snorkling but also good for swimming and chilling. There was a bar in one of the coves where you could have beer / wine / cokctails and food with a wonderful view of Dubrovnik and the Adriatic. The dubvrovnik old town was about at 20 min walk away. This was perfect for us as we prefer to be in a quiet apartment rather than right in the middle of the busy city. The nearest supermarket was about 10 / 15 min away, which is a bit far when you are self catering. We did not have a car so had to walk this and the bags can be heavy when full of food! In fact it is best not to have a car in Dubrovnic as it is not at all car friendly. The Uber service is very good though if you do not want to walk to and from the city.
• Vilma (10/5): Amazing view! - The view was amazing ! I don’t think you can get the better view . Apartment was very nicely presented I would say quite to a high standard , beds and pillows very comfortable ( to our liking). Communication from the company was good. It’s in quite area at least it was in begging of the October. A little walk to old town but it what we wanted as ve love walking. Only few things I could mention would be to provide beech towels and maybe a better frying pan . But overall very nice property Got a bit flooded due a very strong rain but someone was sent to check on us , so would say it was dealt well .

• Sebastian (8/5): Spectacular views in a cool and close-to-the-beach apartment - The view was spectacular, and it was the only place from our trip in Croatia which did not feel extremely warm during the day, at the end of summer. We barely needed to use air conditioning. The price was quite decent, and the location made the Old Town easily accessible. Sv. Jakov beach is right around the corner, which is a huge plus! Upon checking in, we encountered plenty of ants around the bathroom door, then seeing more in the kitchen and around the bedroom door. The host was kind enough to offer to do something about them after we mentioned it, but they seemed to not be aware that the ants were there when we checked in. The bathroom could use a touch-up, as there seems to be some build-up in the shower and floor tiles. We were also expecting to find some items like a cutting board, breakfast bowls and kitchen paper, that we had in other places with fully equipped kitchens. These are nice improvements for future visitors, but our stay was nevertheless really nice in this apartment!

• Jane (8/5): Very good - We loved the location and seaviews. It was only a short walk to the old city and a few minutes walk to a lovely beach. It was an amazing holiday I would add a few more items to the kitchen eg cork screw for opening wine bottles The sheets were a bit ill fitting but this was rectified by the agent very promptly Our flat had 2 rooms. I would advise checking which flat you book as from the photos it seemed there was a lounge room also
• Lucie (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful apartment about 15 minutes from the historic centre. The nearest "beach" is below the apartment and there are 215 steep steps leading to it, we were mostly alone on this beach. We were also allowed an early check-in for which we were grateful. Self-service check-in is also an advantage.
• MICHAEL (6/5): - Unit above was very noisy playing soccer match until 2am and then singing and dragging furniture around the floor above until 4am. Very suboptimal. No onsite property management. Never returning.
• Sydney (7/5): Gorgeous and quiet stay close to Dubrovnik old town - The property was good. it was always quiet. The view from the private patio was absolutely gorgeous! The AC was so refreshing! Ice trays in the freezer were a nice touch. There is a beach down some stairs about a 3 minute away! We had to walk downstairs and through an odd courtyard with a lot of play equipment for children. This is just enough of a walk from the city walls that we were exhausted after the walking. And wish sometimes that we were a bit closer.

• Klaudia (9/5): Beautiful relaxed location - Absolutely amazing location, apartment 29 is more spacious than it is visible on the photos and the patio is a great vibe, astonishing view, comfy chairs and very spacious - great for Yoga practice, also great green garden with orange and fig trees and the river of rosemary. For -not drivers, location is absolutely great not only for the views from the apartment but the view point on Crkva sv. Jakov, very close secluded beach of Plaža Sveti Jakov, then a bit further up, magical Crkva sv. Orsula and not long enjoyable walk by the coast to Dubrovnik Old Town. We enjoyed our stay very much and gives big thumbs up also for SEA PEARL APARTMENTS for being very nice, polite and professional and very easy to contact before and during rental whenever I messaged with any query I received reply within minutes. More of consumables would be nice eg. coffee / tea / toilet paper

• Bogdan (10/5): Perfect place to visit Dubrovnik - Spectacular location in a stone house over the sea, looking to the old walls of Dubrovnik (or King's Landing, Game of Thrones fans know about), well equipped apartment, clean. Easy self check in. Parking ten minutes walking away, in a covered garage (was free in the beginning of December).
• Joaquim (6/5): Nice views - Property is located just a 20 min walk from the city walls in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. There's a small beach just around the corner. Views from the terrace are amazing. It was not as clean as one would expect. The fake plants in the bedroom had a thick layer of dust, the kitchenware was also greasy. The bathroom has no windows so the ventillation is very poor, humidity accumulates. We never met a host.
• Sophie (10/5): Beautiful apartment - Absolutely stunning views from this apartment in the most incredible location; close to the beaches and only a fifteen minute walk from the Old Town, but away from the hustle and bustle for a peaceful stay. Staff were incredibly friendly and only a WhatsApp message away if you needed anything. Airport transfers were also organised for us and these were excellent value for money, friendly drivers, and took the stress out of travelling.

• Nina (10/5): Most beautiful apartment, amazing value. - Location was spectacular. Sea views from every room and the balcony was perfect. Walking distance to the most gorgeous swim spots and 20 mins into the old town. Apartment was clean and check in was easy. They even let us leave our luggage in their office on our last day before our flight. One of the best places we have ever stayed in. Some tablets for the washing machine would have been a bonus.
