• Gregor (6/5): wie wg Preis erwartet - Die zentrale Lage in Lehel Das indische Restaurant
• Magdalena (7/5): Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt im Zentrum war die Unterkunft insgesamt in Ordnung. - Das Zimmer war groß, aber ziemlich rustikal ausgestattet. Die Lage war top – im Zentrum, sodass man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen konnte. Leider war es im Zimmer sehr laut, da es sich direkt über einem Restaurant befand. Der Eingang war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Sowohl das Zimmer als auch das Bad waren renovierungsbedürftig – kaputte Fliesen und eine Dusche, die sich nicht richtig schließen ließ. Zudem wies die Eingangstür Einbruchsspuren auf, was etwas gruselig wirkte. Das WLAN funktionierte leider ebenfalls nicht, trotz drei verschiedener Zugänge und Passwörter.

Und... exzellente indische Küche - Da ich im Lehel arbeiten musste, habe ich eine Unterkunft nach dem Motto "Schlafen, Duschen, Los" gesucht und mit dieser Etagenpension auch gefunden. Der Check In findet im Restaurant Sitar statt und ich kann nur empfehlen, dort essen zu gehen. Der Aufgang ist ein bisschen schmuddelig. Doch das liegt wahrscheinlich eher an der Hausverwaltung.

• Hans (5/5): The outside appearance of the hotel is poor and uninviting. Inside the room it is much better. - The room had older decor, but was clean and well kept The hotel ws poorly displayed - my taxi driver could not find it. A larger sign would be an improvement. The entrance was a propped open door down a dirty, poorly lit alleyway. Not very inviting at all. My room door had marks of it having been forced open - one wonders what had happend before. Not a place to take one's family

• Michael (5/5): great location, old rundown rooms - Location, approximity to subway station, clean room, the smell of indian cuisine from the restaurant downstairs, friendly staff Bed, comfort, state/age of equipment and room/bathroom itself, but atleast it was all clean. It was ok for me and my purposes, but dont expect too much.
• Russell (7/5): Great value hotel, in a great location with Indian restaurant a bonus. Building work noises :-( - The location was great, a 10-15 min walk into the old town was pleasant. Also a few places to eat/drink on your door step if you didn’t want to venture further. The adjoining Indian restaurant was fantastic. The staff and food was brilliant. Unfortunately there seemed to lift/building repairs during my visit so for 2 out of the 4 nights I was there I was woken up by drilling and banging at 7am when I was trying to sleep. This spoiled those 2 mornings which was a shame.

• Luca (7/5): Bettolone economico in centro - Posizione ottima, ogni giorno venivano a rifarci il letto e a dare una pulita generale Al mattino entrava troppa luce dalle finestre, non cerano ne persiane ne tapparelle, solo 2 tende rosse che non erano adeguate per riparare la luce che entrava nella stanza.

• Mario (4/5): We weren’t excepting a luxury room or a 4 star experience… but the bath tub scam and the wifi not working making us regr - The room was decent and clean Wifi didn’t work… in the room description it was said that there was a bath tub but it was just a shower booth with a little deep base… we weren’t excepting a Jacuzzi but this is what you call a scam!
• Dr Jon (1/5): Absolutely unacceptable and deeply disturbing experience. - Nothing at all We left our luggage at the Indian restaurant associated with the pension, exactly as we were explicitly instructed to do on the website and by staff. This is also the same place we were told to collect the keys, so it was clearly presented as a trusted and official arrangement. The situation was already concerning, as the entry is via a shifty back alley, with open refuse bins, poor lighting, and no clear signage. Access is through a confusing gate that appears to never be locked, which immediately raises serious concerns about security. When we returned to collect our luggage, it was obvious that our bags had been opened and rifled through. Items inside had been moved around, including an Aldi bag we had tied over our suitcase, which had clearly been disturbed. Most upsetting of all, a bottle of expensive German alcohol was stolen from our luggage. This was something we had deliberately purchased to bring home as a gift. Not only was this a financial loss, but it also represents a huge invasion of privacy. The fact that guests are instructed to leave their belongings in such an insecure location, and that those belongings are then interfered with, represents a serious breach of trust. We are genuinely disgusted by this experience. We strongly warn others never to leave personal belongings here, regardless of any assurances given. This completely overshadowed our stay and is wholly unacceptable.
• Sergej (5/5): Ok für eine Nacht, aber zu teuer für das gebotene. - Die Lage, der Gastgeber. Flecken an den Wänden, verstopfter Duschabfluss, Dusche fällt auseinander, dünne Wände, dünne Türen.

The room felt a bit tight for two bags and was quite run down: like for example the shower door did not close, the drain took forever to flush all the water, the walls in the room were scratched... We also felt cleaning could be better. We found a lot of old dust and the building going to the apartment was quite dirty as well.

• Neri (8/5): Buen lugar y tranquilo para pasar unos días. - La ubicación muy buena! Lo amable de las personas. La ayuda que ofrecieron y que tenía restaurante muy conveniente y comida muy buena. Las almohadas. Las cortinas en mal estado. La entrada no le hace justicia al lugar, deberían mejorarla.

Staff was friendly, it’s okay for a few nights stay but expect what you pay for. The property wasn’t very clean, stains on the walls. Very outdated furniture, bed, bathroom and toilet
• Tina (6/5): OK for one night. - Location. And the staff at the Indian Restaurant where I checked in were friendly. Price was also competitive. The room was full of beds, with too little space to move and no rugs on the tiled floor in winter. Mattress was too soft for me and the heating system difficult to regulate.
• SUTTAYUN (7/5): Easy Location to connect with the city transportation. - The location of hostel is really easy to travel around the city area with different destination, and the room decorations delivered feeling of calm and relax. the facility in the restroom is meet my expectations. The noise coming from neighbors' room while sleeping in the nighttime.
• Sicily (8/5): Not a bad option for Munich - I stayed her during the last weekend of Oktoberfest, so the price was higher than usual. It’s also important to note that you check into the Indian restaurant, there isn’t a regular check-in desk. It is around the corner from the U-baun, which is very convenient. The beds were pretty comfortable and the bathroom was good. The neighborhood the pensione is in is cute. The room itself was kind of crammed (not a ton of walking room). It got very cold at night with no control of temperature.

• Elke (5/5): Kein Aufenthaltscharakter, aber ein sauberes Bett für die Nacht. - Lage war für meinen Aufenthalt passend. Frühstück hatte ich keines. Der gefließte Boden und die z. T. kaputten Kacheln im Badezimmer. Die Treppenstufen im Treppenhaus haben geklebt.
• Dietlinde (4/5): - Die Lage Es war sehr laut, weill auch spät am Abend und in der Nacht viele Personen sich laut unterhalten haben und die Türen zugeknallt wurden. Im Badezimmer war am Duschkopf Schimmel, die Dusche sehr rutschig. Die Internetverbindung war schlecht, in den Gastzugang kam man nicht hinein.

• Maite (8/5): Ordinary, but does the job! - Great if you just need a safe place to spend the night. Bed was comfortable, location was great, heating worked. All the basics were covered! We got there early, so the staff at the restaurant looked after our bags and allowed us to check in 30min before usual, which was kind. Not modern, but does the job. Pillows could be comfier. But you get what you pay for, and I feel like, considering how expensive Munich is, this was a pretty fair price.

• Maia (6/5): It was fine but I wish it was better. - Location was decent. The staff was very friendly. Room size was fine, bed was fine. The resteraunt below was 10/10 and overall it was a 5. Fine but I wish it was nicer and less run down. But for the time of year we went and everything it was manageable The shower/ bathroom was horrible. Tiny, dated, and the shower didn’t drain…. The pillows were flat as paper. Even with 2 it was hard to be comfortable. Honestly I wish it was better

Staff is very kind to keep our bags after we checked out. It's very kind of them. Overall It's a decent place to stay. 1. Entrance Hallway is bit unmaintained. 2. Wifi doesn't give us good speed. Even for video call. Intermittently disconnected. 3.Lighting is adequate and could have been improved.

• Annalies (3/5): Astromomischer Messepreis, mangelhafte Ausstattung - Gute Lage, relativ sauber, auch wenn die Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen ist. Kein Frühstücksangebot, Personal spricht kein Deutsch und Englisch nur in kaum verständlichen Versatzstücken. Geruchsbelästigung durch Restaurant nebenan. Die Preise von über Euro 220,00 pro Nacht ohne Frühstück grenzen an Wucher. Hier wird die Marktsituation (Messe in München) ausgenutzt. Die beiden Betten meines Zimmers wurde wohl kurz vorher von einem Randalier zerstört. Es blieb ein 3. schmales Bett. Ausstattung entspricht einem 1Sterne-Hotel, TV ebenfalls kaputt

• Campbell (6/5): - I asked for an electric kettle and obligingly gave us one. We were so thankful for that. A bit disappointed with cleanliness. They did not change our towels if I didn't ask them so. When the cleaner came, it only folded and tidied up the beddings which it didn't really need to. They didn't sweep the floor unless I asked them which only happens once. They should at least sweep the floor. The bathroom doesn't have an exhaust fan. It gets steam up during shower.

• Svetlana (7/5): Good - Nice location, close to U-bahn and the city center. Rather comfortable beds and nice towels. The sound isolation could be better, but it wasn't too noisy. We enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. My friend complained about her pillow, but mine was very comfortable to sleep on.
