• Parys (10/5): Amazing and would 100% stay again! - Everything you could want for an apartment. Great location, loads of restaurants/shops/bars close by. It’s not a dislike but there are steep steps to the apartment. However if you’re going to Rome I feel like everyone expects it.

• Bruno (9/5): trés bon séjour nous avons bien pu decouvrir ROME belle experience - tres bien situé accés aux sites archéologiques très proche dont surtout colisée proche de la gare termini arrivée facile de l'aeroport avec le train express nous avons apprecié la rue sympa animée le soir avec beaucoup de bons restaurants à coté le canapé n'etait pas trés confortable

• Katarina (7/5): Overall, we had a pleasant stay thanks to the great location and the very helpful host. - The building is very old, so the stairs inside are quite inconvenient and there is no elevator. A big compliment to the host, Francesco, he responded to messages very quickly and was always there if we needed anything. The location is good, about a 10-minute walk from the Colosseum, and there is a market on the street as well as many cafés and restaurants. The entrance to the building and the air conditioning does not heat very well.

• Rodrigo (6/5): Es un buen lugar, aprueba con lo justo. - la ubicacion era buena, la calle tenia mucho movimiento y hay un carrefour express en la misma cuadra. Esta a unos 13 minutos a pie dl coliseo y de la avenida donde se encuentran otras atracciones. Tambien tiene parada de metro en la esquina. el departamento no esta mal, es como casi todo en roma un departamento viejo reciclado. Deberian aclarar que son dos pisos por escalera ya que para personas mayores o niños como fue nuestro caso, se complica un poco la subida. Tambien deberian cambiar la tv funciona muy mal y el sillon cama es bastente duro.

• Davide (1/5): menomale che almeno era in una posizione ottima, ma per il resto insufficiente - posizione vicino al centro pulizia assente, bagno in cattive condizioni, letto rotto, all'arrivo abbiamo dovuto aspettare un ora perché chi si occupava della camera la stava ancora facendo, per arrivare all'appartamento due rampe di scale ripidissime e sporche, lo sciacquone del bagno sempre andava
• Andrea (6/5): nel complesso comunque non ci siamo trovati male - La posizione, le dimensioni dell’appartamento La tv non funziona, alcune parti della pavimentazione in cucina erano danneggiate, abbiamo trovato una spugna sporca, ma per fortuna ce n’erano di pulite, il lenzuolo del letto aveva una macchia. inoltre non era specificato che per raggiungere l’appartamento si dovevano salire delle scale abbastanza ripide

• Evgeniya (5/5): Posizione buona, ma molti altri difetti - 1. Buona posizione: l’appartamento si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Termini e a 15 minuti a piedi dal Colosseo. 2. L’appartamento si trova nella parte storica di Roma, su una via con negozi alimentari, bar, ristoranti e altri servizi molto vicini. 1. Aspetto “stanco” dell’appartamento. Gli impianti idraulici e lo scarico del WC necessitano di riparazione. Inoltre, se la cassetta del WC dovesse rompersi durante il soggiorno successivo, l’agenzia che gestisce l’appartamento potrebbe addebitare le spese di riparazione al conto dell’ospite. 2. Pulizia di scarsa qualità. Tutto era impolverato. Io tolgo sempre le scarpe quando entro in casa, ma dopo aver camminato sul pavimento di questo appartamento, le suole dei miei calzini bianchi sono diventate nere. 3. Atteggiamento offensivo e indifferente verso gli ospiti. A. Il codice della cassetta delle chiavi viene fornito solo dopo il pagamento del deposito di 100 euro e della tassa di soggiorno. Tuttavia, la tassa di soggiorno, se non è già inclusa nel prezzo, dovrebbe essere pagata alla fine del soggiorno: questa pratica è una violazione delle regole. B. Metodo di pagamento del deposito e della tassa di soggiorno scomodo. L’agenzia non accetta pagamenti in contanti per queste due voci. Utilizzano invece SumUp. Svantaggi di SumUp: - non funziona in tutti i Paesi; - è necessario scaricare l’applicazione, aggiungere e salvare i dati della propria carta di credito; - le persone che non hanno dimestichezza con queste applicazioni potrebbero non riuscire a completare il pagamento e, di conseguenza, non ricevere le chiavi. C. L’agenzia richiede agli ospiti di registrare un video dell’appartamento prima di lasciare la struttura, di rimettere le chiavi nella cassetta e di filmare anche questa operazione, oltre a buttare tutta la spazzatura. Loro sostengono che i cassonetti si trovano su una strada parallela, dietro il palazzo, ma in realtà lì non ci sono contenitori per i rifiuti. Scrivono inoltre che, se non si getta la spazzatura, tratterranno una somma dal deposito. Noi abbiamo dovuto camminare per Roma cercando cestini pubblici per buttare i rifiuti a pezzi, operazione che è vietata dalle regole comunali.
• Nektarios (8/5): ομορφη ! - η τοποθεσια ,ειναι κοντα στο κεντρο ενδιαφεροντος της Ρωμης τα δυσκολα σκαλια ,αλλα δεν μπορεις να αλλαξεις ενα τοσο ιδιαιτερο κτηριο περασμενων αιωνων ! το επιλεξαμε λογω σημειου και τιμης και δεν το μετανιωσαμε .
• christodoulou (6/5): - The location was great and since it wasnt our first time in Rome we opted for that area The flat though functional was ancient. They provided linens and towels but there was no soap, toiletries at all. We arrived very late in the night we wanted to wash our hands and have showers but we ended washing our hands with my hankies and having showers only with water. The sofa bed was also on bad condition and the pillows very bad.

• Gustavo (4/5): In questo appartamento non consiglio a nessuno - Molto poco. 1- localizzato numa palazzina vecchia dove tutta il condominio sporco, della scale troppe inclinate facile da cadere. 2- la tv non funzionava, dovevano controllare. 3- la doccia se intasa ogni volta che uno fa il bagno. E se trova sempre com il piede dentro una vasca. 4- aria condizionata localizzata in cucina. Non suficiente per raffreddare la camera e soggiorno. 5- mini frigorifero tropo piccolo per una famiglia.

• Milica (6/5): We enjoyed Rome, but our apartment could be better. - Location was very good, all significant parts of Rome were in walking distance. Apartment was diferent from the pictures, it was much older and not as cosy as it looks on pictures. Earler check in wasn’t posible, host promised to let us know if we can check in earlier but never contacted us on that matter. Also, host wasn’t much frendly, they had different demands about trash and leaving everything tidy, which wasn’t the problem, but they couldn’t help us with one thing important to us (early check in).

• Luana (1/5): Bad - You cannot sleep there it should be removed from the booking list as it is so so dirty and dangerous for the health The ‘manager’ Marco told me he would get a taxi organized which he never did, then the man who opened the apartment shouted on me saying I had a big luggage and I should have known there were so many stairs. I mean it was ridiculous. And the apartment is such in a bad shape that I had to sleep in an hotel next door. Also the smell in the apartment was really bad.

Our host was lovely and gave us a map with all of the popular locations and even the best way to travel around The two flights of stairs up to the apartment were very uneven but expected for an older building. The shower was tiny

• Ionut (10/5): Comfortable, great access and very clean. - The property was clean and very comfortable. The shower was hot after a long day on the road. The location close to the Colosseum, the Roman Forum and the rail station was ideal. The steps were steep for large luggage, but the gentleman that checked us in helped us bring the bags up.

Good communication with Marco. Lots of shops around the area. Mold on bathroom wall. Steep steps on the way to the property (not the property’s fault of course, but I was concerned about my parents who were with me in this trip). No complimentary tiny bottles of shampoo/conditioner/soap (Bring your own).

Our host was great making us feel safe and provided us with information about Rome and great restaurants to visit on our first day. The apartment was clean, I’d recommend to anyone. Thank you.
