• Fabio (8/5): - La camera era molto spaziosa e bella e moderna, anche gli infissi erano molto buoni quindi non si sentiva rumore da fuori. La posizione è molto comoda e centrale, quindi sicuramente la consiglierei! Non è chiara l'informazione della pre-autorizzazione del pagamento, penso sia più comodo far addebitare direttamente il pagamento sulla carta; comunque in verità mi avevano mandato questa informazione sulla mail (molto lunga), quindi ci puo stare che uno non la legga, penso sia meglio scriverlo proprio nella descrizione della stanza. Comunque sia non ci sono stati problemi, però si suggerirei di modificare questa modalità di pagamento o di esplicitarlo in maniera chiara sull annuncio.
• Bianka (7/5): - The apartment was in a good location, close to the main attractions. The room met expectations and was clean, although the bed was not very comfortable. There was no kitchen equipment available, so we couldn’t even make ourselves a coffee, which was disappointing.
• Pérez (10/5): Muy agradable! - La habitación es tal cual las fotos y las descripciones, no hubo sorpresas. Ideal para conocer Nápoles, con estaciones de metro y trenes muy cerca, incluso caminando pudimos hacer mucho desde allí. La anfitriona es muy amable, nos ayudó y tuvo mucha paciencia. Volvería y lo recomendaría para quienes no quieran gastar tanto sin sacrificar comodidad. Limpiaron la habitación todos los días. No pudimos utilizar la cocina ya que no había muchos utensilios
• Alexander (7/5): Soggiorno piacevole per posizione e accoglienza, ma con alcuni aspetti della pulizia da migliorare - Posizione davvero molto vantaggiosa, con la metro raggiungibile in circa 5 minuti a piedi, rendendo gli spostamenti semplici e comodi per visitare la città. Nonostante la stanza si affacciasse su una strada piuttosto trafficata e il passaggio di aerei in fase di decollo, all’interno i rumori esterni non risultavano particolarmente forti e il soggiorno è stato comunque tranquillo. Il letto è risultato confortevole e anche il terrazzo era molto carino. Inoltre, la proprietaria è stata molto gentile e disponibile. A parte alcune cose legate alla pulizia del bagno, mentre la camera era sempre pulita e ordinata così come le lenzuola, nel complesso è una buona sistemazione che consiglio a chi vuole visitare Napoli per qualche giorno. L'unica cosa la pulizia del bagno ci ha lasciato un po’ perplessi: avendo detto il primo giorno che non era necessario pulirlo in quell’occasione, nei giorni successivi non è più stato pulito. Inoltre, il bagno era sprovvisto di scopettino. Abbiamo notato anche che il pavimento della doccia rimaneva costantemente umido e che le saponette venivano rimosse anche quando non erano terminate, senza però essere sostituite. Per quanto riguarda la carta igienica, ci erano stati lasciati due rotoli inizialmente, ma non sono poi stati reintegrati durante il soggiorno

• Katarzyna (5/5): - The location is good for exploring the city. It’s close to majority of the things in napoli. They lack basic things in the kitchen: there is no coffee machine or even kettle to boil yourself water. There are no mugs nor other cutlery, plates. The cooking station uses gas so you need to have your own lighter to cook something :) not even a lighter is provided and not everyone smokes and has one. There is also one more thing that is not mentioned anywhere in the description of the apartment: the payment. You pay a “preauthorisation” couple days before but once you arrive you have to pay again even though your money has already left your bank account. You try to explain it to owners by showing your own bank account and they you hear from one of them that “booking has already called you and contacted you through email” which has never happened during my stay. Yes, the money come back to your account but it should be indicated somewhere that you have to be prepared to double pay at first and wait at least a day to get your money back. And if you pay on Friday, you may get your money on Monday. Keep that in your mind while reserving this booking.
• PEP277 (8/5): good value accomodation for experiencing Napoli life - the location is amazing, you get to experience the authentic napoli life, jist like you see on tv, with clothes hanging in the balcony. very close to spacca napoli, there is a place where you can get breakfast just outside and another 3 pasticcerie within 2 or 3 minutes walk, conad 3 minutes walk away, bar for drinks also very close if you do not have the energy of going too far after a day out exploring it islocated in a narrow road opposite the balcony we had - got some amazing grappa that was served with some dark chocolate on the side. the stuff are super nice.the bed was comfy and clean, we got the room done daily. I mean for what you are paying this is top notch. the place is lacking some finishing touches and some things needed repairing, nothing that major to be honest. and yes it is noisy, but that's the fun of it too, not good for people who want total silence at night or early morning as there is a kind of street market just outside the window, I loved it personally, but just a heads up for the guests who are not up to soaking in the authenticity of the location.

• Anne (5/5): Die überaus aufgeschlossene und sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin und die Lage mirVerkehrsanbindung waren für die Nacht vor - Die Nähe zur Altstadt und die gute Anbindung zum Hafen, Bahnhof und Flughafen. Leider wirkten Handtücher und Bettwäsche fleckig und dadurch ungepflegt, trotzdem sie offensichtlich gewaschen waren. Der schön und wohnlich eingerichteten Küche, entbehrt es jeglicher Utensilien diese auch zu nutzen.

• Monica (3/5): Posizione strategica, ma per tutto il resto non ci siamo - Unica nota positiva della struttura è la posizione centrale a due passi da Porta San Gennaro e dalla fermata della metro nonostante avessimo avvisato, trami te messaggio abbiamo aspettato 20 minuti fuori dalla porta sotto la pioggia . il materasso assolutamente inadeguato troppo morbido si sprofondava e la nostra schiena ne ha risentito tantissimo, i cuscini sarebbero tutti quanti da cambiare perché scomodissimi non tanto per altezza, ma per quanto sono pieni di rotoli all’interno, suppongo di lana.. la cosa che più mi ha lasciata perplessa non avevo mai sentito di una struttura che richiede il pagamento di un euro per ogni ora in cui conserva le valigie.in tutti gli alberghi in cui sono stata; questo è un servizio gratuito offerto ai propri clienti dopo che hanno soggiornato e pagato un periodo in quella struttura

L'extra che abbiamo pagato perché siamo arrivati dopo le 22,€20, abbiamo aspettato 20 minuti che venisse il proprietario, posso capire che eravamo arrivati i tardi ma una donna con una bambina di dieci anni non si lasciano ad attendere 20 minuti in una zona non tranquillissima.. e la TV non funzionava. Per il resto anche se è stata l'unica volta in 3 giorni che ho visto il proprietario la vacanza è andata bene.

The room itself was comfortable, with a strong hot shower and a soft bed and mattress. The city itself felt quite noisy, and the good supermarket was a few kilometers away. We also had an unpleasant situation with Booking’s unclear payment process. The money for our stay was charged before the trip, but when we arrived, the property asked us to pay again. We contacted Booking support right away, but they responded only the next day with a generic message saying “everything is fine,” without explaining what happened or what we should do. We never received any clear follow-up. We were confused and stressed, trying to understand what a “pre‑authorization” even meant, and why there was no warning about it in our booking or on the website. In the end, we decided to pay directly at the property on our last evening. The host processed the payment via terminal and gave us a receipt. Just an hour later, the original amount was automatically released back to our card — which confirmed that it was, in fact, only a pre-authorization. We're glad it worked out, but we were left disappointed with Booking’s lack of transparency and slow, unclear support.

• Inka (8/5): Liebevoll eingerichtetes Zimmer nähe Piazza Cavour - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist für alle, die gerne in der Stadt sein möchten, sehr zu empfehlen. Direkt vor der Tür befinden sich Metro, Café Bars und kleine Geschäfte. Das große Zimmer war liebevoll vorbereitet und sauber. Auf unsere Anfrage, ob wir etwas früher einchecken können, wurde schnell geantwortet und dies war ein bisschen früher möglich. Die Dame, die uns empfang, war sehr freundlich und gab uns noch ein paar Tipps. Die Küche konnten wir leider nicht benutzen, aber für eine Nacht kein Problem. Das Gepäck kann bis 18h am Tag des Check-Outs dort aufbewahrt werden, allerdings gegen eine kleine Gebühr.
• Laura (6/5): Da accontentarsi..... - Struttura pulita e abbastanza comoda al centro Al di là dello stile degli arredi abbastanza vecchio, segnaloquanto segue: - parti non funzionanti o rotte (TV e porta doccia) - assenza del personale e contatto telefonico irraggiungibile (per comunicare occorre usare booking con la conseguenza che rischi di aspettare ore prima di poter ricevere risposta dalla proprietaria). - all'arrivo in B&B, alle ore 8.00, dunque ben prima del check in (ore 13.00), come per tutti gli altri soggiorni , eravamo convinti comunque di poter lasciare le valige nella hall per poter incominciare il tour della citta. Abbiamo suonato al citofono per numerose volte, senza successo. Dopo di che abbiamo chiamato il proprietario al cell ma il telefono era spento ( così sino alle 13.00 almeno). Solo tramite booking, su nostra richiesta inviata la stessa mattina dopo i citati tentativi di presa di contatto, ci è stato comunicato che prima delle 13.00 non era possibile entrare! Risposta che chiaramente ho letto non immediatamente. Di fatto per alleggerirci dei bagagli li abbiamo lasciati per qualche ora in un bar adiacente. All'arrivo della signora Anna in struttura, alle13.00, abbiamo segnalato il disagio e ci sono state accampate scuse di sorta... Va beh. Nel complesso, un po' di fastidi e poca assistenza...ciò non rovina la vacanza, che sia chiaro, però già che sostengo un costo per una struttura, fa piacere se tutto andasse per il meglio.

• Farkas (7/5): - A tulaj barátságos volt, először veszélyes környéknek tűnt (valószínűleg az is) de semmi probléma nem volt éjszaka. A szobában volt hajszárító, szappan, sampon, papucs, nagyon kedvesen vártak minket :) A bútorok régiek, az ágy recsegett a matrac pedig nyikorgott. A fürdőszoba tisztasága picit hanyag volt.

Purtroppo la zona in cui si trova la struttura è molto degradata e a tratti poco sicura, soprattutto di sera. Solo per questo motivo mi sento di sconsigliarla, nonostante la qualità dell’alloggio e la disponibilità dell’host.
