• Armanda (10/5): - Zimmer mit Ausblick in den Innenhof war sehr fein & der kleine Fittnessraum war tipitopi. Leider war die Dachterrasse noch nicht offen - also muss ich wiederkommen ... ;)
• Neda Safavi (8/5): - Vi hade en väldigt bra vistelse på MOOONS Vienna. Personalen var supertrevlig och hjälpsam under hela vår vistelse. Frukosten var vi också väldigt nöjda med – mycket gott och bra utbud. Rummet högre upp med utsikt mot trädgården var lugnt och fint. Vi fick uppleva både stadsvy och deras lilla innergård, vilket vi uppskattade mycket. Det enda vi inte tyckte om var lobbyn, som kändes liten och inte särskilt trevlig. Vi tyckte också att det var synd att man måste betala för att kunna lämna sina resväskor några timmar efter utcheckning. Det hade varit bättre om hotellet istället satsade på en större och mer välkomnande lobby samt gratis bagageförvaring för gäster. En annan sak vi reagerade på var att frukostmatsalen kändes lite osmidigt planerad. Maten var utspridd på olika sidor av matsalen, till exempel låg brödet på ena sidan medan ost och annat pålägg fanns på andra sidan. Kaffet stod också separat, så man behövde gå runt mycket mellan olika stationer för att hämta mat och dryck, vilket kändes lite opraktiskt.

• Sander (8/5): Goeie uitvalsbasis met leuke extra’s - Goeie faciliteiten zoals de bar, gym, lockers etc. Mooie ruime kamers met zicht op de tuin. Goed geïsoleerd Ontvangst door personeel was aanvankelijk wat nors. We hadden vroege check in betaald en toen we arriveerden was het “check in is vanaf 15u kom later terug” zonder verdere vragen of uitleg. Na aandringen werd het dan toch bekeken en was onze kamer klaar. Beetje flauwe eerste indruk maar verder was het personeel (bar en receptie) wel vriendelijk.

Cuando llegamos a las 13:30 al hotel no nos daban la habitación xq hasta las 15 no teníamos la entrada y nos querían hacer pagar por guardar las maletas. Al final se solucionó xq nos dieron la habitación sobre las 14.

• Bernhard (7/5): - Die Roof-Top Bar ist nett. Bei Zimmer mit "Gartenblick" hat man keinen Blick auf einen Garten, sondern auf den Hinterhof der anderen Häuser. Der Check-in war mühsam, offenbar soll man das selber machen, womit keiner der Check-in Willigen zusammen gekommen ist und wenn man um Hilfe fragt macht das dann zwar jemand vom Personal, aber da gibt's dann auch Chaos. Das Personal kann einem nur leid tun.
• Stefanie (4/5): Leider enttäuschend - Schnelles, unkompliziertes Check-in. Freundliches Personal. Bin das zweite Mal hier im Mooons gewesen. Das erste Mal war damals so beeindruckend, deshalb auch diesmal die Wahl auf dieses Hotel gefallen ist. Leider gab es aber anscheinend eine Umgestaltung des Frühstückraums. Um mehr Gäste gleichzeitig "abfertigen" zu können, wurden mehr Sitzgelegenheiten aufgebaut, leider musste dadurch das beeindruckende Buffet, welches beim ersten Besuch stark gepunktet hat, weichen. Natürlich ist die Auswahl dadurch auch stark beschränkt. Ausserdem gab es lange Wartezeiten an den beiden Kaffeemaschinen, der Kaffee an sich war sehr gut. Beim Sitzen gab es Platzprobleme, kaum wollte ich aufstehen, musste der hinter mir Sitzende weg rücken. Alles in allem eine Enttäuschung, das Hotel ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hier wird eingespart. Da das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis (200 Euro für 1 Nacht) für mich absolut nicht in Ordnung ist, würde ich mir beim nächsten Wien Aufenthalt eine andere Unterkunft suchen.

• Wat Ho (8/5): We had a wonderul stay nevertheless. - Its location is very convenient as it is very close to the central train station and not far from Belverdere Palace. It is very handy and easy to find especially when you get in late at night from the airport. The breakfast is wonderful. The staff at the check-in were very kind and helpful. The room that we stayed was rather small although it was comfortable. We did not like that they put two single beds together instead of giving us one big bed. We did not feel comfortable as there were split in-between us while we were sleeping.

Номера современные, уютные, с интересным дизайном (особенно круглые окна). Персонал дружелюбный, нас, как я и просила, поселили на верхнем этаже, с отличным видом! Уборка хорошая. Хороший вариант для комфортного и эстетичного отдыха в Вене.

• Patrick (8/5): - Convenient for the station and metro. The street is rather unprepossessing but just behind there is a nice neighbourhood with good cafes etc.. Checking in and out is very easy. The room was very comfortable and quiet. They gave us the wrong type of room at the beginning but sorted it immediately. The breakfast area looked too crowded and hectic for us to try- but with so many fantastic cafes in Vienna that didn't matter much.

• Mari (8/5): Hyvällä sijainnilla ok hotelli - Sijainti, hiljainen, rakennus persoonallinen Aamupalalla tarjotaan kasvisruokaa, ei pekonia eikä nakkeja vaan montaa eri sorttia hummusta ja pullaa. Leikesiivut sai erikseen pyytämällä. Kattoterassi, Rooftop Bar oli kiinni, vaikka ulkona☀️ +25, se avataan vasta toukokuussa, josta ei ollut ennakkotietoa huonetta varatessa. Meille kävi niin, että siivooja unohti tuoda puhtaat pyyhkeet, vaikka vei vanhat pois. Astioita ei vaihdettu puhtaisiin koko aikana (4yötä) Huoneesa ei ollut paikkaa matkalaukulle, sellaista, jossa avata laukku muualla kuin lattialla.
